The food is absolutely splendid. The chef customises it as requested. It has become more of a Saturday morning routine to order and have food here. Itās served with a smile and warmth as if itās all just one family. There are always new people and new faces of different languages and cultures at the joint, to talk to about random things. The little birds keep chirping and playing around whilst one eats there. Itās more than just a food joint, itās more an enriching experience to just be there early and find happiness.

I ate alone as had just finished work on a Saturday. Firstly the positives: I had a tasty Lamb Rogan Josh, with freshly prepared rice & a light Nan bread. The pops & dips weāre good although I would have liked some chopped onions. The draught kingfisher was also v good. The only negative is they do not offer a discount off the menu prices for collecting a take away. Their competitors do offer min 10% off if you collect. I found the staff friendly and attentive.

Had a lovely home made curry. The staff weāre extremely friendly. Also couldnāt get over how spotlessly clean the toilets were. Very enjoyable and reassuring.

Bitterly disappointed in our visit here. Came recommended and from the moment I walked in and got no eye contact and had to hover waiting for attention I should have known this was going to be a disaster. Took half an hour just to get poppadoms. Then another half hour to get any drinks. Then another 20 mins to take our order for food. We went straight to mains and had them 2 hours after taking our seats. The food quality was fine, decent portions and tasty but while everyone else in the place - including those coming in to collect take-aways - seem to get attention we got zero. We were then told they were in a hurry to close at 10.30 when we were just trying to relax over the coffees...bit of a cheek given the circumstances. About Ā£35 a head for a drink and mains and the nibbles. EDIT: Appreciate the response from manager/owner but not sufficiently confident to try again.

The food was absolutely delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. However, the customer service fell short of expectations. After we finished and requested the bill, the manager processed the payment without exchanging a single word. When I said thank you, there was no acknowledgment, and he turned away without a proper farewell. A warm and courteous interaction would have made the experience truly exceptional.

Used to come here a lot, but following a refurbishment and then a pandemic, it's been a long time. I used to love being able to "design" my burrito by following along as they created it (no slaw for me please, although extra cheese, mango chutney, oh and black beans) but that's all gone. Now, a chicken mughlai burrito was exactly that, as is, and even the idea that I didn't want slaw was enough to raise eyebrows amongst the staff (who might I add were really not at all friendly, in contrast to staff from years gone by who were always really friendly and had a great approach to customer service). In addition to our very "as-is" burritos, we also got wrapchos. There used to be such a delicious side. Nachos with generous lashings of cheese sauce, optional salsa and jalapenos. I used to opt out of salsa and jalapenos as a matter of preference, but I didn't get that option, and beyond this whole "no customisation" thing they've got going on, the "generous" amount of cheese seems to be a thing of the past. The cheese was incredibly sparse - I've never known anything like it. Things were already going pretty bad, but that hadn't prepared me for what was to come. The burrito was ok. No where near as good as what we used to have, but it was fine. That is, at least, until in the second half, I've bitten down into ligament. This had me heaving, but forgivingly, I just spat it out discreetly and put it to a side, then moved on, putting it down to a one off error. I carried on eating until suddenly I'd bitten down on bone. Two different instances in different parts of the burrito - the quality of the meat preparation by this point is clearly questionable. To be clear, wrap chic was once one of mine and husband's favourite places to go for a quick bite. We would always rave to the people around us about how good it was. Today's visit? This wasn't wrapchic. I don't know what's happened, but this is not that same place we loved for so long, what feels like so long ago now.

Lovely atmosphere and ambience. Cosy place and nice music in the back. Service was great and enjoyed hospitality. Plenty of food options available. Indian Street food , meat dishes vegetarian and fix thali options available. Enjoyed fix thali vegetarian. Dal , rice , alloogobi and chana was great in taste but paneer was to sweet being North Indian would not like that much of sweetness in meal. Overall good quality food and value for money. š°

We had a deeply disappointing experience at Crispy Dosa. Both the parotta and medu vada were undercooked, and the service was nothing short of appalling, with delays exceeding an hour and the subpar food adding to our frustration. While the staff discounted the price for two plates of parotta after we raised our concerns, they still charged full price for one parotta and the medu vada, along with a Ā£10 service feeādespite the terrible service. Overall, it was an unpleasant dining experience, and we left feeling dissatisfied and unheard.
