Although not a restaurant, the food is of restaurant quality, I think. Little seating next to the van, but a nice little spot to eat mid-shop.
Pizza was delicious and not badly priced either. Would definitely reccommend.
Not sure if they do drinks? I didn't see a list for any so if they don't already, would reccommend drinks being available.
The food is absolutely splendid. The chef customises it as requested. It has become more of a Saturday morning routine to order and have food here.
It’s served with a smile and warmth as if it’s all just one family.
There are always new people and new faces of different languages and cultures at the joint, to talk to about random things.
The little birds keep chirping and playing around whilst one eats there.
It’s more than just a food joint, it’s more an enriching experience to just be there early and find happiness.
An amazing Milton Keynes local offering authentic, tasty Jamaican food! The options are great for both meat lovers and vegetarians! If you’re looking for good food on a Friday, there’s no better place to go.
I visited the Dome for the first time with my family on Saturday 24th August for a birthday meal and all I can say is that it was amazing! It was the first time we had visited and from the moment you walk in, you can tell this place is different! We were greeted as we walked in and shown to the elevator (which was easy to access) to go upstairs as my dad is in a wheelchair.
Once upstairs, we entered into the restaurant area which on first impression looked very high end and clean. The ceiling had a lot of chandeliers and blue mood lighting which made it look both high end and cool and the area was spacious despite there being a good amount of seating available. As the weather was nice, the doors were open and anyone was able to go outside onto the balcony which offered some very nice views and added to the uniqueness! There was also a small but well stocked and nice bar in the corner of the restaurant.
We were looked after very well and seated and given menus straight away, and when we ordered, the food was brought out in good timing! We got a mixed hot mezze to start (and got bread with dips as a pre starter for free) and then house specials for mains and the food was delicious, full of flavour, well presented and very filling! We then had ice cream and baklava for dessert which again was very tasty! The servers were all very friendly too, especially Alex and Iwanna who served us and looked after us and made sure we had a wonderful night.
Once we were done, we headed downstairs to leave but I noticed that they had started up the nightclub downstairs, so I asked if I was able to have a look (as there was no one in there yet) and they let us in to have a look around! The nightclub looked very trendy with a good sized bar and VIP areas and was definitely one of the best clubs i’ve seen in MK, and although I was not able to stay to enjoy it, I will most certainly be back to eat and go clubbing there!
All in all, it was a wonderful experience, fantastic food, lovely and friendly staff, a great atmosphere and we will definitely be returning again soon!
I have been going for Sunday breakfasts for a good while like 8 months and never been disappointed, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the food arrives in good time hot and good quality. Can recommend
Very pleasant experience, with fantastic tasting food at a reasonable price. Sumac compares favourably with the other Turkish cuisine restaurants in the area and I would recommend eating here without hesitation
I've been here two or three times. Each time there's been a nice atmosphere, a place to sit and work while having a hot drink or snack. The staff are friendly and they offer what good customer service used to look like. Hot drinks are lovely. They open early which is perfect for early risers. They do close early however the reasons why are commendable as they do so to support the community. Bear in mind they do have music playing in the background so if you’re working, noise-cancelling headphones for meetings, calls etc would be advised.
Love this bakery. Great range of cakes, cheesecakes, toasties and pizza breads, and also wonderful loaves too of all kinds. Also it's an absolute bargain. Huge wedges of desserts for 3-6 people for £7.50 and very tasty and fresh too. Try them out!
Midsummer Boulevard Queens Court, Milton Keynes MK9 3BB England, England
I have been visiting this vendor for a couple of years, they have now moved from Queens Court to the Out Door market at the centre:mk, lovely new trailer and great location. All of their dishes are well cooked, your supplied with napkin, hand wipe, spoon and folk which ever you require. My personal favourite dishes are the Jerk Chicken with sauce, Ackees and Salt Fish and their fried dumplings are cooked to perfection. Looking forward some of the changes to the menu in 2020.
Mikey and his team are really friendly and helpful when you're not sure what dish to choose.
Even more exciting they are soon to be available on Uber Eats
I had my birthday recently and my friends had ordered desserts for the occasion from Kek and Kekko. Absolutely loved it and will definitely encourage people to support a small business such as this one. Their quality is amazing and their customer service was most helpful
