Green City Cafe & Restaurant in Milton Keynes

After being stranded in Bletchley when our train to Euston was cancelled we made our way to the bus station to seek an alternative means of transport. As there was an hour's wait we decided we needed a coffee and as Green City was right there and open on a Sunday we went in and were very pleasently surprised. The decor was lovey and very clean. The gentleman serving was friendly, helpful, and understanding of our situation. Our coffee and very delicious chocolate fudge cake (much needed to combat the stress of the situation) was brought promptly and he even allowed us to charge our phones which was fantastic as we envisioned being stuck with no access to them as both of our batteries were low. Thank you to Green City for being an oasis of calm in a chaotic day!
