The best restaurants serving Indian food in Sefton North West

Found this restaurant on a short stay in Southport. We were made so welcome into the comfortable environment. Given the casual and homely nature of the restaurant, we weren’t expecting the 5 star food quality which we were served. The staff were lovely, the food was exquisite and brilliant value for money. Thank you so much for a lovely evening.

First time having having food here - we were not disappointed it was delicious!! And great service too!! Staff are lovely. Will be back soon. :)

Just ordered a takeaway (this is not a restaurant) from here and was pleasantly impressed. Only been open a few months, premises are clean, staff were friendly, food was ready when they said it would be. I collected my order. Samosas and onion bhajis were crispy, pilau rice was fragrant and fresh. Chicken madras could have been hotter but was tasty nevertheless. Chicken tikka massala was also very tasty, only maybe missing some onions or a little veg, but chicken pieces were tender thighs, so a thumbs up there. These additions would have made it 5 out of 5!! All in all, a tasty meal at a reasonable price, from a clean premises, hope it continues and I wish them luck with the new venture. I will return!!

Bhaji ok, tikka and curry not so great. Service was slow, long wait past collection time quoted.

Lovely food only just tried this place recently. Unfortunately they've had a possession order and it looks like they're no longer in business.

Excellent food best Indian i have had in a long time

Ordered from them for delivery, just ordered a few picky bits as we didn't fancy anything proper. Everything was really nice, cooked well, and just what we wanted! Delivery was quick, and the driver was kind enough to advise that the chicken 65 was salty and said to use the dips with it, but we thought they were great even without the dips, salty sure but not in a bad way! Will be ordering again from here, and will be trying their meals for sure.

Went for Aziz on a recommendation very glad I did - Really enjoyable curry good flavour and tender meat and a good portion size well worth the visit

Excellent food delivered fresh and hot, including the popadoms! Driver was excellent, food delicious. Bhajis were crisp, mains hot and tasty, great take away experience

Service was very poor. Waited over 90 mins and ghe when rang up to see where it was.driver who answered was very abrupt saying it is what it is. Then when food did eventually arrive the other driver was no better. Told him to take it away. I know they're busy but to just keep you waiting is very poor customer service give it a miss from now on

Have been going here for 25 plus years. Always been happy with the food, never had a bad meal. The staff know me and I enjoy a natter if I wait a few minutes to collect. Hopefully will be going for more years yet!

Don't get a take away from here the foods crap. Had a take away from here last year and it was not that great but I thought I would give it another try. And last month tried it again the chicken chatt was like water looked horrible even the dog wouldn't eat it . The pops was ok the meals wasn't up to scatch either. They need to get rid of the fella that's in the kitchen. Will never go back there. It used to be nice there as well. Sorry guys

The order was delivered quickly and the driver was lovely. The food was delicious and piping hot. Portions were also very generous. Excellent value for money.
