The best restaurants serving Indian food in London

Great meal as usual. Best curry in West Wickham.

Mi esposa y yo reservamos este restaurante la noche antes de ir a Londres para un jueves por la noche, y estoy muy contento de que lo hicimos. Auténtico restaurante indio diseñado para parecer un vagón de ferrocarril indio, y era un diseño estéticamente atractivo. Todo el personal estaba ocupado, pero muy amable y atento con un flujo interminable de clientes sentados, así como comida para llevar y entregas de JustEat. Compartimos Punjabi Samosa Chaat (increíble! ) y algunos poppadoms para empezar (nunca había sembrado poppadoms antes). Seguido de un curry House Black Daal y un curry Railway Chicken Curry, además de una generosa porción de arroz pilau y un encantador chile ajo naan. En general, la comida era sublime. El personal era genial. Los precios para Londres creo que eran muy justos. Realmente siento que podríamos haber cambiado nuestros platos por cualquier otra cosa en el menú, y todavía sentía exactamente lo mismo. Si alguna vez estuve en Putney de nuevo, no dudaría en volver!

This pub used to be called the ashgrove , its now called the central.it's not a pub anymore ,its solely an Indian restaurant. You have to book according to one the waiters. One of the waiters was very rude and abrupt he's name was kertan , he didn't have a name badge on which he should.ordered drinks and the order was incorrect. The coke had the syrup missing from the machine. The food was too too hot and the nan breads too dry. It's expensive for what it is . If the owner is reading this turn one side back into a pub and leave the other side into a restaurant. The food was to o hot and the customer should be asked if they'd prefer there food hot medium or home style. This place isn't BYOB which let's itself down too. Better customer focus from the waiters is needed and from the chef.

We’ve been having takeaways from Yasmin’s for the past 10 years. It’s always been great. Last November we thought of the idea to eat in there as a family for my birthday. We have then been back for NYE and again tonight. The food is exceptional, the service is second to none & we highly recommend. It’s always packed in there, from 6pm & all night, which is testament to how good it is.

1st time ordering. Butterfly terrible wouldn't order again. Onion baghi greasy popodum not crunchy soft. Everything else was OK. People on the quite rude. Not the bespoke customer service.

Un comportamiento impactante e inaceptable de un restaurante que dice representar la cocina india. En lugar de mostrar hospitalidad, insultan a los indios con comentarios irrespetuosos sobre las “actitudes indias”. ¿Qué quieren decir exactamente con eso? ¿Ser apasionado de la comida? ¿Esperas un buen servicio? ¿Respetar los valores culturales? Es irónico que un lugar llamado Indian Gourmet parezca tener tan poco respeto por la misma cultura de la que se benefician. Si menosprecias a los clientes indios, ¿por qué servir comida india? Hay un montón de restaurantes que tratan a la gente con dignidad — este no es uno de ellos. Un restaurante debe respetar a sus clientes, no sermonearles sobre dónde comer o qué pedir. Decirle a la gente que “no muestre su actitud” es increíblemente poco profesional, especialmente cuando lo único que hacen los clientes es tomar sus propias decisiones. Decidiré a dónde quiero ir y qué quiero comer. Si no puedes manejar eso, tal vez estás en el negocio equivocado. Muchos otros restaurantes tratan a los clientes con respeto. ¡Evita este lugar!

This restaurant was so good that we ate there twice in a week. Mohit the owner greeted everyone personally, including my 3 year old grandson. The food is delicious, generous portions, very good value.

Very bad food (Chicken not cooked), very unprofessional staff and above all very poor hygiene. I only took the food because I paid for it in advance via an app, most of which ended in the bin. AVOID!!!

Excellent food as always, I've been going to Saras for many years and will continue to go, definitely the best curry in Harrow and probably the whole of London! You won't be disappointed. Classic order pairing, Chicken Tikka Biryani and Lamb Rogan Josh. The lamb is always so fresh and tender. Highly recommended.

Fui ayer y fue recibido por Kamal que nos atrae. La comida era un buen servicio era incluso mejor a un precio razonable y abierto hasta tarde. Sin duda volveré!
