The best restaurants serving Indian food in London

What a great experience.. We are here with my family ( also two grand kids 5 year old and 8 months) from East coast USA. The moment we entered to the restaurant and till the end, the entire staff’s hospitality was so remarkable. Coming from the hospitality industry, I have appreciated that most. The food and drinks are excellent. I would stringy recommend to visit them.

awful. food was not on time then told another 25 minutes. UNACCEPTABLE. I t will be cold by the time it arrives.Will not use tis lot again. Waiting for refund Or small claims court.You will not get away with this. Then the owner did not want to know and expected me to arrange refund with restaurant. HIS job to do that.

I’ve been coming here for 30 years and the food has just gone up a notch, Always a warm welcome and I’m never disappointed. The complimentary brandy is the icing on the cake. I thoroughly recommend!

Delicious food! Couldn't fault anything, great choice of vegetarian and vegan food of great quality. Would definitely reccomend a visit if you are in th erea.

1st time ordering. Butterfly terrible wouldn't order again. Onion baghi greasy popodum not crunchy soft. Everything else was OK. People on the quite rude. Not the bespoke customer service.

My favourite Indian takeaway in Islington! Their dishes are authentic, just like my Punjabi mom makes! Try the chana masala with puris or chicken balti with tandoori roti.

Whilst this was a delivery, I think the quality has really gone down hill. Puri which used to be small, brkwn were large yellow and excessive oil! Dhal makhni wasnt creamy and felt tastless and watered down. V disappointing.

This place is run by crooks. Don’t give them your credit card information because they will charge you even if you don’t eat there. I made a reservation and the night before my time slot I got a flight cancellation and I wasn’t able to get to London on time for the booking. So following the instructions on their confirmation email, I wasn’t supposed to call but to an email. I explained the situation on the email, didn’t get a response and they charged me 70 pounds (US$100) on the credit card they requested for the reservation. This is abusive and criminal. These people are crooks!

Excellent little spot nr London Bridge Station. Small Restaurant, but service was excellent and the food was really good. Lots of menu options. Recommended and will visit again.

Very bad food (Chicken not cooked), very unprofessional staff and above all very poor hygiene. I only took the food because I paid for it in advance via an app, most of which ended in the bin. AVOID!!!

Next to Euston station, great lunch deal avaliable for 10£ (samosa, lamb curry, rice or naan) but lots more individual menu choices also. Reasonably priced, nice table setting, comfortable atmosphere with attentive service. Pleasant experience.

Saw the reviews at this place and thought we would give it a try. Came hot to touch and (quickly) delivery drivers and always very respectfully and friendly and the food is hot and fresh and very tasty would highly recommend. Such good value for money too !!

Lovely food. Chilli paneer, veg manchurian, momos, Tarka daal, mushroom rice. Good service. Thank you very much. Will be back again. See you next time.

The waiter gave us very bad service. He loocks like to see as a monkey. Food has provided very delayed, and its was cold. We will no go there again.
