The best restaurants serving Indian food in Aldersgate, Cheap City of London, Westminster London

Superb food and friendly staff, some of whom feel like family. We've been going for years and it's our go-to, always incredible dine-in/takeaway. We"re blessed that this gem of a restaurant is part of our community. Make it part of yours, too!

This is the 3rd time we have visited this restaurant and each time on New Year’s Eve, we hadn’t booked but they were so accommodating. The service was exemplary, the food was so fresh and delicious and the atmosphere was just perfect. We highly recommend this z so eatery and look forward to visiting them again soon!

I WAS JUST TOLD THEY CLOSED DOWN MONTHS AGO FOR SOME UNKNOWN REASON 😭 Currently my fave Caribbean food shop of all time, food is legit true Jamaican fire keep coming back when I’m in the area. Chicken properly marinated and spicy unlike majority of Jamaican food shops, rice and peas to die for, cosslaw is amazing and I don’t even like veg, the hot gravy is amazingly good on the rice. This is closet thing I’m going to get to Jamaican food in Uk.

Absolutely delicious!!! Would 1000000% recommend! Everyone was lovely welcoming and friendly, even boxed up the rest of my meal for me.

Had a brilliant experience! Food is great with good portion, variety and reasonable price. I had a ordered a set meal for me and my friend. The food is absolutely delicious and the service was excellent, would definitely recommend this takeaway and will be ordering from here again.

the address here is misleading but the restaurant by this name in E1 whitechapel is fab. great food...good service...fresh cooked breads. great for families or friends getting together. got to be one one my favourite places to eat. we dont do indian food from restaurants often but this place is amazing.

We were not sure what was going in at first, but we thought we would give it the benefit of the doubt. At first we were charged £2 extra than what we would be charged when going by the menu? The week after, we gave them a chance and then all of a sudden we were going to be charged £4 extra. When I challenged the guys, they said the price was incorrect? I thought how crazy it was and that one of them had a cheek to say we would give you a discount. In business you don’t mess around like that, you go by what the menu says in accordance to the prices. Whoever goes there make sure you are being charged the correct amount? Otherwise it’s fraud? Please check your bills and do not be fooled!!! However, the food was excellent but if they wish to improve their services then they need get their prices right and getting a system that will help them to getting things right?

Teníamos kebab aquí para cenar y fue absolutamente delicioso. La carne es muy sabrosa y bien sazonada, se fríe para que quede sabrosa. El pan se hace fresco en el tandoor y también increíblemente agradable. En general, es uno de los mejores kebabs que he probado y también tiene un valor increíble.

Got a take away - the king prawn jalfrazi was hugely disappointing. Prawns totally inedible and cooked beyond recognition so had to leave them. Rubbery and not at all how king prawns should be. Rest of dishes were good.

We visited the Barbican Tandoori for our wedding anniversary. The service was excellent and the pizza was delicious. I can't recommend it enough. If you go ask for the 'Off the menu special' - it's amazing!!

The food was lovely but we've ordered these dishes several times and they added far too much spice this time, it was extra hot so unfortunately not enjoyed by all.
