The best restaurants serving Indian food in London

Visited this evening as a group of four (2 couples) and had a lovely evening. We all had different starters and main courses, which were all delicious. The service was excellent and we all agreed we would return soon - highly recommended.

Great food, yummy buttery chicken, lamb b and lamb kahari, delicious peshwari!!! Roti was not nice but everything else was spot on! Great prices Will be back!

Average local curry house. The restaurant needs a refurb and update its dishes.

We had our wedding reception at Hankies and it was absolutely fantastic. The food, the atmosphere and the service all exceeded our expectations and our guests were raving about the food long after the event. A special thank you to Florian who was wonderful to work with – he was extremely responsive, reassured us that everything was in hand and delivered the most memorable event for us. We could not recommend Hankies and the team enough!

Tuvimos el brunch sin fondo en un sábado y lo pasamos de lo mejor! El servicio fue increíble y nunca tuvimos un vaso vacío. La banda en vivo fue genial y mantuvo el ambiente. El interior de la taberna es realmente único con un toque de estilo victoriano. ¡Uno de los mejores brunchs que he hecho!

This restaurant called me when apparently closed saying they wanted to talk to me about mobile phone service on my 3 contract when I’m not on the 3 network beware of this as they wouldn’t answer me when I called back to challenge them on their actions.

I had food delivered I was disappointed with the food this was also my first time ordering from the restaurant. My lamb korma was soo sweet with sugarthst I could not eat it. I had to throw it away. Total waste of my money. I would really appreciate a refund.

Amazing kathi rolls. Very flavorful with all the right chutneys and super fresh. Enjoyed every bite of kathi roll. Surrounded by other food options, this place stood out for me because im a kathi roll lover. Will go there again and highly recommend it to others as well.

What a great experience.. We are here with my family ( also two grand kids 5 year old and 8 months) from East coast USA. The moment we entered to the restaurant and till the end, the entire staff’s hospitality was so remarkable. Coming from the hospitality industry, I have appreciated that most. The food and drinks are excellent. I would stringy recommend to visit them.

Gran experiencia también para los niños. Fantástico y muy amable tripulación. Fuimos un viernes por la noche, el lugar estaba ocupado, pero no lleno. Algunas cortesías tradicionales como el Dal y el pollo al curry. Nos encantó

Delivery: The portion size is so small, I paid £20 for a delivery and the 'samosa starter' (£3.95) is literally two tiny microwave samosas, the curry was okay (portion had more to be desired), I felt a bit ripped off by this.
