The best restaurants serving Indian food in Epping Forest East of England

Tanisq is such a beautiful restaurant, it's so beautifully decorated and everything is so well thought out! We celebrated my husband's birthday there last night with my in-laws. It was quiet on a Tuesday evening but the staff are extremely attentive and the new menu was incredible! Everyone had the crab cakes to start and they were delicious and a generous portion. We ordered a lovely and reasonably priced bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon. For my main I had the Chandigarh Da Makhanwala which was delicious. The chicken breast was huge! We want to come back over christmas and try the tasting menu! Would highly recommend!

Actually one thing I do like about this place is that the owner is friendly and they have a awesome mint sauce which comes in yellow colour but tasty! I have not come across this mint sauce anywhere. Highly recommended!

Best king prawn puree I've had ever

Lovely atmosphere , piano music was lovely. food was really good especially the chicken curry , garlic naan , lamb chops and lamb samosas. Definitely going back!

Went to this restaurant tonight with some guests from Cornwall only to find there was a power cut in the area affecting a nu.ber of premises. But to their credit they brought out dozens of candles and cooked a reduced menu on gas. It was very cosy and they carried on with such good humour. Many other places would have shut and we would have had nowhere to go with my guests. A beautiful meal at a reasonable cost with good service. Well worth a visit.

So got a takeaway for the first time and it was amazing it arrived hot loads of flavour probably one of the best takeaways I’ve had we also received free poppadoms which I thought was a nice gesture. The staff was very helpful on the phone as well I will definitely be going back 👍🏼

Had a lovely evening at The Chambers. Food was excellent. Amazing flavours, totally different experience from your standard Indian restaurant with a nod to traditional style Indian food served in a modern way. Serving staff were attentive and friendly. Decor was modern and good atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back.

Food and service very good . Food better than your average Indian restaurant and service personal without being intrusive . Would recommend over any other Indian in this area.

Indian restaurant within a golf club. Modern and chic deco. View from restaurant to the green was peaceful and relaxing.

Excellent food. Staff are very polite. Very welcoming. Will be back soon.

Really enjoy coming here on Sundays. Food is always good.

Nice food reason price they seem very touchy on how you pay enough they don't like debit card want to charge you more when paying by card
