The best restaurants serving Indian food in East Midlands

I've been coming here for years, with family. I've started coming with one of my mates, we have to get 2 buses but it worth it! Excellent value especially on a Tuesday night. Slightly cheaper than my local takeaway, but I'd rather travel the extra 10 miles to get to the three spices. A brilliant restaurant!

Food was cold. Milkshake had spilt everywhere including over the food. The chicken was crammed into the box and over spilling. Food was low quality and not worth the money.

Wouldn’t really recommend to be honest, food service was slow and even when we was done our food thet gave us the dessert menus, took our order and then brought dessert out all while we still had dirty plates next to us. Never has this happened in any restaurant before. Because of this there was no room on the table to barely put the desert down but they still ignored that. Took 40 minutes to bring us one coke we ordered half way though the meal. also forgot about someone’s desert so all of us was done and she was just them handed hers Service would be so much better.

Had a fantastic curry and rice from here tonight, 27th October. The food was delicious and the delivery was very friendly. Will definitely order from the Red Hot Curry Pot again.

We ordered a £30 takeaway meal to be delivered, when it arrived a chicken tikka starter was missing, when we realised we contacted the restaurant to explain, and was was told the chef had put the starter in, we was asked to double check, which we did and still no starter. We was told they would send a starter out in ten minutes but it never arrived. You have now lost a regular customer with £30 orders. As your restaurant is always empty, I would of thought you would look after the customer you have. There are lots of takeaways in the village to choose from.

Definitivamente volviendo para otro regalo. Llamamos hoy por casualidad, ya que estábamos en la zona y decidimos probar, ya que cada vez que hemos pasado en una tarde se ve lleno, ahora sabemos por qué! El servicio fue la excelente banda, la comida divina. Tenía el almuerzo pollo especial. Comida y servicio excepcional.

What's not to like. Genuine traditional tasting, mouthwatering satisfying food. Run by ladies from the start and the effort to keep it authentic and tasteful just takes it to another level. Chai is also great. Every time we come down from Leeds, if it's open we eat there.

I went here last night with my family there were six of us altogether. The food was excellent everyone liked it and considering in our group there was three people who ate meat.. two who were vegetarian and one vegan. The restaurant is beautiful with coloured lights and Indian music. The staff were friendly and very helpful.. Highly recommended

Ordered through app, no problem. Waited 1 hour 30 minutes for delivery. Ordered Chicken Tikka with salad, NO salad, only a load of onion. Not impressed. Phoned to ask why the wait, no customer service, cut me off.

We had a curry from here on Thursday omg the curry tasted amazing I love it was the most delicious curry I’ve had for a very long time highly recommend one of the best curry places in Burton Latimer
