Plain chicken was off 2nd time given them another chance never again

First class food and service from our favourite takeaway! Highly recommended.

Most of the food ordered went into the bin. The worst Rogan Josh and greasy nan I've ever had.

Food was terrible. Found an green elastic band in my curry. Shocking!!

I thought last time we ordered food wasn't very good ,but give it a second chance it's even worse cold,bland prawns with poo veins left in cold chewy onion bahgees..will not use again shame really

Delivery was fine can’t fault that but our meals no not sure if we was a one off issue or it happens regularly but I ordered 2 chicken tikka curry’s, rice, naan, chips and poppadoms etc. I plated them up and sat down within a minute my plate was very watery after half was through the dinner plate had so much water came out of my meal I had soggy chips it watered down the curry sauce and the rice was swimming we binned the lot £30 wasted. Personally won’t be ordering again

Food was good quality, was missing items which was disappointing, and delivery was on time but had to wait quite awhile.

Won't be ordering from here again. Chicken in Korma was completely dry and inedible. Majority of the food got binned. To top it off ordered a can of Pepsi that went out of date October 2021!!

30 minutes late, even though we ordered in plenty of time. The food was inedible. The madras tasted like warm cream. Completely tastless. The whole lot went in the bin

I have place order for first time I thought food will be excellent but samosas was not cooked well and butter chicken i have order from other restaurants but it is not butter chicken 0 rating and I have place naan and roti both looks same nothing different u people make me disappointment I’m not all happy with ur food taste I thought to call u but I was busy.

Great service food and delivery

Food was absolutely amazing. We have ordered from other places before and not been impressed, so was dubious to order. But so glad we did and we have now found our new go to!

I live in London where we're all told that you can't get better Tandoori than Brick Lane. Well London is wrong! This place is amazing! I'd literally drive up from London just for the tikka tawa! Seriously - they have some magical cooks in this place!

Amazing quality and consistent flavours

Really hit the spot. I loved the taste of my order. The Bombay potatoes was the best…. The curry was great- felt so good after eating all that! Best Indian Curry ever!

The food arrived quicker than expected. Delivery driver was very courteous and polite. The pilau rice portion could have been bigger. The popcorn chicken was a little disappointing and one of the poppadoms was stale. In saying that, overall the meal was good and would recommend.

The curry was a bit bland; it really needed more flavour. I couldn't taste the tamarind at all. But the rice, naan and starter were good quality.

Food arrived early and had big portions so we had high hopes. Ordered chicken tikka masala and chicken tikka dansak. The dansak had very under cooked chicken in, we would have return it but we were tired from travelling so just binned it. Will not be ordering again from here or recommending.

My food order was delivered promptly. Usually the food is very good. But unfortunately this evening our food barely tasted of anything at all. We don't order the most exciting curry in the world but expected it to at least have some flavour especially after parting with £30 for a treat.

Delicious food and still hot. Hefty delivery charge and service charge from Just eat but will defo order from Brixworth Tandoori again but not through Just eat.

I ordered via their own website, paid by card but my food never arrived. I tried calling but nobody answered. Now I'm out £20 and I've got to order from somewhere else as I'm starving. First time I've ordered from here I definitely will not be ordering from here again! 😠

Ordered at 9, accepted by the restaurant at 9:09, delivered at 10:35, 20 minutes until late. The plain naan was cremated, I have photos, it was burned and inedible same as the onion bharjis. On delivery the korma had spilt, so all in all a very bad experience. We used Brixworth Tandoori all the time, but last couple of times have been awful, time to fined a new Indian takeaway

Tonight was my first order from here and I paid a bit extra to the other local Indian restaurants. I was as a bit disappointed in all honesty, as normally you get a few poppadoms, onions and yogurt as complimentary, but not from here! Also the naan bread was a bit burnt on the edges which spoilt it for some. Food was nice but felt let down overall.

Food required microwaving. Dish was missing.

He apologised for the delay, but I put the order through at 16.30 before the Indian was open. It would have come much quicker if I had just rung the tandoori up with my order….. Kormas were very watery, missed out a rice and sent two normal naans (not one garlic) and had no extra poppadoms / sauces like they normally do when I ring them up. Very disappointing.

Not long moved back from the states and it’s been years since we’ve had an Tandoori - it didn’t disappoint - food was wonderful :) highly recommend the kofta balls :)

Awful, over priced food. Order was late and the portions were tiny

Ordered a couple of meals, I had chicken korma. Not normally a lover of it,but wanted something different...and wow !!! I didn't think you could get a chicken that tender...melt in the mouth tender. Flavours were gorgeous too. Seemed as though there was a ' special extra ingredient' added. I even managed to save some to reheat tonight. Thankyou. H.

Order placed at 7:06pm Delivered at 8:20 against and original window of 7:51-8:06 when ordering Restaurant estimate at 7:50 was 8:15-8:35 so they hit the revised window Definitely worth the wait although poppadoms were in many pieces

Awful Delivery Experience!!! Driver rang and said he can’t come in the flat building because of Covid, absolute rubbish! I am in a wheelchair and getting around can be difficult for me, I told this to the driver and he didn’t care! Still wanted me to come outside! I am happy to say that I WILL NOT be ordering from this establishment ever again! Just awful!!!

On time. Good food. Friendly staff. Had a lot of takeaways from these guys and always happy with the quality of the food. Ordered Methi Paneer and Tikka Jalfrezi this time round. Chicken samosas tasty too.

I'm not one to leave bad reviews but our food wasnt great. The food was really not good. The prawn madras was a few shrimps swimming in sauce with no onions or veg, just liquid. The dhal was bland, the onion bhajdis were overcookedand the portions were very small. Would never order again.

Food quality was poor. Rice was all stuck together which indicated precooked and left waiting. Overall, low quality food and severely over priced for an Indian takeaway. It used to be free delivery when not using JustEat and calling direct. £14 per person was not a good takeaway meal price for the basics of rice plus main meal. Avoid

Food is great, bit pricey considering the portions. The prawns are cut into pieces to make it feel like more. Plus hardly any meat in the curry, mainly sauce. It's a shame because would order more of portions where reasonable.

Flavoursome food, prompt delivery.

The only thing I was disappointed in was that I ordered the 'meat' option but it came with chicken. Now granted, chicken is a meat but the only other option was chicken! So they either only do chicken, but call it meat or chicken or they got my order wrong. I will try again though as delicious.

Absolutely superb. The lamb was very tender and lean and nothing was swimming in grease. Delicious!

Vile food. Would not recommend to anyone. Chucked the food in the bin and went to McDonald’s. Nice waste of £40👍

Food was vile. Cold canned drinks put on top of chips which crushed them and made them cold and soggy. Butter chicken had half an inch of oil on the top and we didn't eat any as taste was awful. Saag paneer was awful worst iv had. Tikka masala wasn't creamy at all. Not ever ordering here again we have not eaten the meal and wasted our money

Disappointed to not receive the complimentary poppadoms, salad and dips. Also the food was very watery, had to empty off a lot of water from the plate before eating. Found a piece of bark also in the food. What is normally a regular order of amazing food was somewhat disappointing tonight.

Was great food as usual but for a fairly large order £50 we didn’t get the normal free poppadoms & dips like you get at most Indian restaurants which was a bit of a shame

Food was really early and warm when arrived and was a delicious takeout. Will definitely use from now on.

The food was absolutely DELICIOUS!! Everything was fresh and hot, crispy samosas with delicious fillings, the onion bahgi’s were so yummy. The wraps were so good, the bread was fresh and so fluffy, even the salad was perfect!!

First time using this takeaway and it certainly won't be the last. Stunning food.

Always amazing food, always earlier than expected. I've hands down never had a takeaway curry better than Brixworth Tandoori.

Poor customer service - was told extra busy due to Mothering Sunday??? Food arrived 55 mins late phone put down on me when called to enquire Food obviously had been in transit a while Will not be using again!!

Really lovely food as always. Was disappointed not to receive the free bombay potatoes, poppadoms with chutney this time as well really enjoy these. If this is no longer part of the deal will order next time. Thank you. Will continue to be loyal customers.

Tasty and good value. Can’t fault it

The food was really lovely although we were a bit confused by the labelling on the trays and we found it hard to know which items were which.

Found Brixworth to be the best Indian takeaway. Food is always hot and tastes good. Service is good.

Delivery time is shocking, waited over 2hrs. Then had missing items. Called the restaurant to complain and spoke to someone and agreed that next time I would get a free main and the missing Naan as a token of an apology - recently called to place an order and they deny all knowledge and was told that it was acceptable for over 2hrs delivery. Real shame as the food is good but the service and delivery time is shocking

Ordered food a couple of weeks ago for delivery. Took 2.5 hours to arrive and when it did we were missing our Naan. Called them up and we were told that because we ordered through Just Eat they couldn't refund the naan but they'd give us a free naan next time if we called them direct, and a free dish for the delay in getting to us. Tonight we called up and we were called liars. They denied that it had been late in the first place and refused to honour the free dish. As a result they've lost our custom for good. I won't be called a liar. All they had to do was honour their previous commitment and we'd have kept using them despite the poor service we'd experienced. Instead they compounded the poor experience and we've voted with our feet. They clearly understand customer service as well as they understand punctuality
