It was already a long time for delivery, 90 minutes ETA, so adding an extra 30 minutes meant it was a 2 hour wait. The food was nice and it was lovely and hot as well. Spoke to restaurant for update and person was very nice on the phone and the delivery driver apologized for being late. I would give this take away an opportunity to be able to write a glowing review when I next order from them.

Gave me the wrong order for one and then the curry wasn't I expected

Food turned up in the time advised. It was hot, fresh an tasted amazing! ... I went for Italian and my partner had Indian and both were extremely tasty. We will 100% be ordering again.

Extremely good food great taste really pleased with the factor that your not just Limited to ordering one pacific cuisine dish you have multiple selections of different culture cuisine foods for example Indian pizza noodles burgers Italian food you name it they have the lot which is a very good Business to have all the different types of food is an absolute bonus for everyone. The food Quality is tremendous great portions of food and they taste very good The curry which I had was extremely delicious along with ter pizza which is outstanding and also the garlic bread pizza which was really light and fluffy and cooked perfectly and also the spaghetti Italian dish was absolutely jawdropping had my tastebuds into meltdown. Will definitely recommend this place to everyone and I’ll definitely order from here again as you don’t just get one specific food you get multiple different cuisine choices. 100% great place to order from.

Food although late was absolutely beautiful. My husband had Italian and I had Indian food. You could really tell it was all freshly made and flavours were delicious. Would definitely go back.

Although the food was very nice, the delivery fell very short of the expected time. We finally got our order over an hour late. By that time it was late and we'd just about gone past wanting food. I had to ring them in the end and just got told they had been exceptionally busy. That didn't help us though. Because the food was very nice we will give them another chance, but if we get another very late order we won't bother again. We didn't even get a message to tell us there was a problem.

Been getting takeaways from this place a few times over the years, but stopped after last year as it was the final straw. Was good many years ago and value for money but the prices are too high for the portions of what you get and not worth it at all. Quality of the food there like it used to be, maybe rethink your prices and food quality. Sorry to say you've lost my custom as I'm not wasting my money here again

The food was absolutely beautiful. The staff here are so kind and welcoming, they are adhering to the covid 19 rules really well. Defo try the pastas and lasagne, DO NOT FORGET TO ORDER GARLIC BREAD. I in particular love to order the cheese chilli garlic bread. I would have uploaded pictures but the kids attacked the garlic bread straight away.

Food was delicious as always but kept getting fobbed off by restaurant about delivery time. Waiting almost 2 hours for food is too much!.

Normally the food is lovely. I don’t know what happened today. It took over 2 hours to receive the delivery. I called the restaurant twice; first time I was told that they are waiting for a driver. On the second call, I asked for the order to be cancelled - I was told to cancel at my end but couldn’t as the order was marked delivered on the app. The people answering the phone definitely shouldn’t be working in hospitality. When the food did finally arrive it was cold. The chips tasted strange, the wrap was burnt black and the pasta tasted awful. As I said before usually I cannot fault the food. The delivery times have always been sketchy - it is better to collect. But I don’t think I’ll be using or visiting this place again!

Ordered at half 6 and didn’t receive until nearly 9pm!! Ring the restaurant and all you get is mixed messages about when the driver leaves to deliver your food, I still haven’t even received it yet so hopefully this wait will be worth it if not you will be hearing back from me for another poor review

Delivery was extremely late when we ordered food 2 hours prior we were told he was on his way mulitple times.

Brilliant food! Food was so great, I ain’t even bothered about it being a bit late.

I don’t like usually like leaving reviews but considering the experience I’ve had with the restaurant is quite appalling. I placed an order for 7pm, just eat confirmed the order will be delivered at 8:30pm. As soon as it was 8:35pm, I rang the restaurant to understand what is happening with my order, the lady informed me there was a delay, which I can understand however to tell a customer that your order will be 30-40 minutes late isn’t that good, especially when you have hungry children who need to be fed. I understood so I waited another 30-40 minutes. I rang the restaurant to see what is happening at 9:20pm as the 30-40 minute delay had passed. The lady was absolutely rude and clearly didn’t have the politeness on how to speak to a customer. She first said the order has left, I said okay, where is the driver, surely there should be some sort of tracking system where the restaurant should know where the driver is. The lady cut the phone and I had to contact her back, how rude! She then said the driver just left, which meant I didn’t get my order till 10:30pm!! I can understand delays can happen and I do support local business, but then they need to learn firstly how to speak to customers, provide exceptional service, and not be rude! The food wasn’t hot when it arrived and it was appalling as we have been eating here for years so I was very shocked to the service that I received!

DIDN’T TURN UP! We waited two hours for our food before we called the restaurant to be told the driver was just leaving. We waited another hour tried to call back but the restaurant was closed and the food never came.

Lovely hot food. Tasted amazing

Chips were half cooked and came to us cold as if they had been there and just re warmed / refried. Lasagana was nice and so was the pizza.

The person who delivered was very helpful - even thought of our dietary requirements and amended the order accordingly. Thanks!!

I ordered fish biryani, but did not taste like a biryani and also chana masala which I ordered a couple of times, but this time was not happy as chana were not cooked properly 😞

This is a repetitive saga with this restaurant- long delays. They don’t have the manpower to run the restaurant. The owner is the chef and singlehandedly can’t cope. Ordered at 7:15 pm - delivery was supposed to be at 8:45 pm - just eat app showed delivered order . When I contacted customer service the order time was updated automatically to 9:30. I called the restaurant at 9:31 pm to be told that the order has left. Recieved the delivery at 10pm. Disgusted with the service of the restaurant- a wait of 2 hrs 45 mins isn’t acceptable. And this isn’t the first time this has happened- it’s a chronic issue with it. Not going to order again 😡☹️Would want my money back.

Food was great, however delivery was far too late.

Will not be ordering from here again after today. The food is generally good but the customer service is appalling. After waiting over 2.5 hours for our meal, we were not given an apology for the lateness, only a £1 discount off the price! We were told that the driver had gotten lost from his earlier deliveries when we chased the delivery. The restaurant owners have a lot to learn about providing good customer service.

Quick friendly delivery and the food was delicious and tasty. Portions were also good. Highly recommended.

The quality was not as good as I expected. The drink I ordered was 1.5litre and they bought a can and then argued at door that it was right even though receipt said 1.5l. Will not use again

Food was not tasty. Forgot to send saurce that came with the meal deal. Chips were half a portion. Food standards have dropped.

Had a really lovely lunch here with my husband. We ordered the chicken tikka naan and the chicken tikka pizza and chips. Both tasted fresh and flavoursome and service is given with a smile. Can't wait to return.

Ordered for delivery... food was 30 minutes late, when it arrived the driver waited 27 seconds before getting in her car and driving away (I can prove this with my doorbell camera) no phone call nothing, when calling the restaurant within 4 minutes of her driving away I was told to wait, and he wouldn’t call the driver and just gave me attitude - after 45 minutes I called just eat, when they called the restaurant on my behalf.. the man hung up on them! - you’re in the service industry your service is just as important as your mediocre food

I went here today and as I didn’t have any change for parking I asked the them if I could have £1 for the machine, which they gave with no hassle. Ordered chicken burger for myself and youngest son and paneer pasta for oldest, they both loved it so much, the youngest normally needs a nudge to eat faster and eat it all, he ate it with no complaints. We will definitely be back. When it came to paying the bill I had to remind them to add the £1 on that I had borrowed. Thank you and see you soon.

The first time I ordered from this place it turned up 30 minutes late. Stupidly, I ordered a second time and ordered two curries, a rice and 2 naan’s. One of the curries was completely wrong. I called them and spoke to a rude lady who said to replace it would take an hour. I explained that isn’t good enough and she said she’ll call the driver as he’s gone home and she’s dealing with a big party. A rapid 5 minutes later the driver comes to COLLECT the curry that was wrong. Surely it would make sense to bring the correct dish and then take the old one?? Never again!

Food is amazing! Everything i have ordered i have enjoyed always tasty and good quality and quantity of food. We order every Friday for our lunch at work, Always ready when we go to collect it. Never missing any items or get the order wrong. Staff are very friendly and polite.

Delivery was bang on time. Had a couple of tasty curries - we found them a little on the spicy side, so I'd advise anyone who doesn't like too much chilli burn to go one notch milder than their usual dish. Lots on the menu, so it's a good choice when you can't decide between curry, pizza, burger or kebab!

Food was delievered 2.5 hours after placing the order. We called the resturant several times to find out where the food was and were told nothing but excuses with no apology. Very disappointed and will not be ordering again.

Rang up to place order, lady very rude on phone. Made mockery out of the way I was pronouncing words, clearly she thought she was miss India and believed her Punjabi is 'the right' Punjabi. Food came to over £30 and she then told me there would be a delivery charge. She told me she would call back to let me know how much the charge would be but didn't bother calling back. My sister called them back as we had guests and after regrettably taking an hour to decide this place, didn't want to have to search for a new place. Big mistake, food arrived with a pizza and naan missing. Called the shop to let them know and matter of factly was told 'yes the pizza is not in there' no apology or nothing. She did not offer any kind of reimbursement, my brother had to say we do not have the whole order how much do we owe. The lady on the phone offered to take £4 off. The pizza costs more than that for a start and we felt ripped off cuz we paid for a delivery but did not have all items delivered. They did not care. I definitely wouldn't recommend any Asians to go there. They look down on you and take your custom for granted

Ordered meals which included drinks which we did not get. Cutlery was not provided this time. We order regularly from here but this time its was not up to standard.

as usual food was lovely. kebabs are wow nice and tasty. but I think salad should also be given with the kebabs just a suggestion x

The delivery was early, which was very nice. All food was hot and the egg biryani was delicious! Would recommend the Garlic Chilli paneer. My only complaint is that there could have been a little more salt in the dishes, but overall the food was excellent :)

Pizza base was burnt so badly, it went in the bin. Food was cold. Took a long time to be delivered. Very disappointing.

food was 30 mins late after ordering 2 hours before, popadoms just tasted like oil, the "pizza" came cut up in a little polystyrene box, charged us £2.50 for a slice of cake which was about 6cms big! won't be ordering again, disappointed this time round.

Chicken tikka starter was good, garlic chilli chicken was over salted. Naan was good.

The food is great and it's cheap in price as well. The service is fine. But everyone should try their chicken in any curry sauce as all of them are good. The noodles are spicy and too good. Do try.

Food took ages to arrive! Had to wait almost 3 hours for it to arrive! I even had to ring to see where the food was and when it arrived it was cold! Not happy! I was a regular customer but not anymore! So disappointed. 😢

I've visited place at least 50 times over the past few years, mostly for lunch and occasionally for dinner. The food is consistently good. I'm a veggie and usually opt for the paneer wrap or the kebab. The pizzas are tasty and the past also nice but spicy! The mint and chilli sauce they offer is very nice indeed. The staff are super friendly. Well worth a visit.

Food came over 30 minutes late (on top of the 30 mins that the restaurant added to original delivery time) and wasn't the same quality that it usually is. Ordered a burger but the bap was burnt at the edges ruining the taste of the whole thing and paneer pasta didn't have its usual flavour. Disappointed as this restaurant usually gets it right. Also surprised that restaurant was so busy as it's a Wednesday evening.

Se encargan de todos mis gustos familiares incluyendo hamburguesas, envolturas de alimentos tradicionales tales como platos indios pollo. Mi favorito es el de Pasta Vegetariana en una cremosa salsa. Que pedimos dos comidas hoy y a nuestro pesar la comida en una orden era muy poco hecha (este es el único elemento de esta persona ordenados) así tenía que ser tirado después de un coupe de rodajas. Terminar pronto así que tengo tiempo para llamar y quejarse o conseguir un reemplazo. La otra comida no era correcto, ya que se suponía que iba a ser una comida pero sólo con la hamburguesa sin las patatas fritas y bebida. El plato de korma era agradable y muy sabrosa. El llamado para preguntar donde estaba y me dijeron 'no escribo una comida cuando te llama. Esto no es lo suficientemente bueno como esperas tus pedidos para ser llevado correctamente y ya he solicitado.

The Biryani would have been better with raita or some vegetables of some sort. We thought raita was included, but apparently not. We won't be back.

I would defo NOT buy anything again!!! The spaghetti stunk of mince meat so much I couldn't even eat it!! The lasagne was a weird colour and was all watery. I ordered cheesecake, instead received dry fudge cake. Delivery guy was nice. I am disappointed as I am a student and I feel I have wasted my money, which could be spent on something more enjoyable!! Good luck to anyone who orders from this!!. X
