Me and my fiancè visited tonight, our waitress was Indu, who was very attentive made sure we had everything we need. Towards the end of our meal she also had a trainee with her who I saw her encourage. A credit to your restaurant and we will definitely return again! Thankyou.

Went here for valentines and the atmosphere was ok, however, despite there being alot of staff hanging around, it took nearly 45 minutes to get a starter and this was only because they came over to see if we wanted another drink. The food was servicable but the lamb was very overcooked and not tender and chicken was a little dry. They had set meals and for 2 it came to £85 + tip (which they automatically applied and did not deserve). Took about 2 hours to have a starter and main and it wasn't overly busy. Would not recommend and will not be going again

3rd time I’ve been to this restaurant and not disappointed it’s been around along time that speaks for itself. Good night out 👍

Came here last week at 5pm; were the first ones in. Greeted well by husband and wife team. Ordered: onion bhaji (came out in bits like it was meant to be 'deconstructed'?) and shockingly, only a small amount that you can fit in one mouthful. Also, my friend had the veg. samosa - two tiny triangles that you can eat in two bites. I had hoped that the mains would be a lot better. My potato and aubergine curry was fine, quite greasy as I think the aubergines were deep fried before adding the curry and potatoes. The garlic nan had a lot of burnt areas which I had to discard. It was also very dry as there was hardly any butter on it. My friend's veg. jalfrezi was very hot and he found it was more chilli than flavour. The pilau was served in a small dish, that was only half the portion of his curry. For afters, we wanted coffee, but they didn't serve plant based milks, so we only ordered one at a cost of £4.50. In the end, the bill came to £55. I couldn't believe they had the cheek of adding 10% service charge. I knew that it was a min. spend of £15pp, but to omit this from their menu was not on. We shan't be going back which is a shame as the owners clearly were quite nice and welcoming.

Another Christmas treat from Tastees this time at home. 1st time that I have had to have an home delivery thanks to covid. I like the restaurant. Anyhow I choose the Shahi King Prawn. Garlic and Chilli naan. Really succulent prawns which went with the curry sauce perfectly. The naan just a little kick just how I like it. Sides I had 2 popadum and chutney tray. Well done hope to see you in your restuarant next year.
