After having dinner at nearby Mohanthal we walked to this place to satisfy craving for some Indian sweets. Staff busy chatting amongst themselves and finally when they attended to us, I just asked for 100gms of Kaju kalti and 100gms of angoori rasagullas. The lady said 100gms of rasagullas will only give 2 balls and I said that how much my daughter wants. When she eventually measured it it turned out to be a substantial quantity of almost 10-12 balls. When you selling by weight and don’t have a minimum restriction, why worry about how much the customer wants to order. Anyway she was kind enough to provide only the pink coloured rasagullas that my daughter wanted. So thanks to her for catering to the demand.

First time visiting this lovely restaurant. I have a peanut allergy and so trying a new Indian restaurant is quite a scary thing as they usually use nut oils to cook in,I was reassured that things are kept separate and indeed I didn't have any reaction. The food was absolutely delicious.all really fresh. The service was really nice and there was a good atmosphere in the restaurant. Also the prices were very reasonable. We will definitely be back with friends and family.

Just Punjabi is a very nice place which is located in Belgrave Road in Leicester. Food was prepared during our visit, so it was brought in the frying pan which was steaming. We ordered mixed grill and fish which were very delicious. Service was fast, polite and pleasant. The restaurant is beautiful and cosy though it is not very big. Thank you for such a pleasant time on Saturday night.

Went here once when it opened after being the currywala. The new owners were false advertising offers to bring people in and we felt conned. We spent about £20 on a Peri Peri Chicken and a curry with rice as a take away. When we got it home the consistency was glue. The chicken Peri Peri tasted rotten as though it had been marinated for a month in a bucket. I had to contemplate calling in the Environmental Health department as it was so disgusting. They even had a kid manning the reception taking the orders to get people to feel sorry for them and stay when duped into going in there. I love Indian food and this visit made me heave. They have now closed as Spice Bengal and a new name is being put over the door - make sure it is not the same people or you could be sorry.
