We alway use paprika as they are deliver quickly and food is always really good

Didn’t receive it! Apparently closed and you’ve taken my Money!!! Not happy

It’s been more than 2 hours since I ordered and it hasn’t arrived yet. I don’t even want the food at this point. I tried so many times to call them but their number doesn’t even work. So unprofessional. If you are incapable to run your business and do your job properly, just stop taking orders. I was so hungry and I was waiting for the food more than two hours. It’s a HUGE NO from me and I’ll make sure to tell everyone I know to never order from you

I’ve not received my order …I’m still waiting for it..

Food never came. Was marked as delivered on the app, none of my neighbours received it and the place never picked up and my of calls. Poor service.

This order was one hour twenty minutes late and when it did arrive after three chase up phone calls was missing poppadoms, salad and sauce! I was promised a refund by the driver this has not happened either, I’ve dropped a note into them but no contact atrocious service not happy at all

Its my favorite. When I can afford it. This time the chicken was sliced and the cream on top was yellowish and bubbles. The cauli dish was also different.. no tomatoes or potatoes in it .. was a bit disappointed this time!

Have used this place for a while last two times haven't been so happy thought would try again and worst we have had food cold and over half hour late items missing or not complete are u under new management or something seriously disappointed

Stranded on a Monday evening staying over in a rural barn with next door pub closed. Tried Just Eat. Excellent quality on time and reasonable. Can’t fault Paprika. Well done guys. Pulled me out of a spot. Thank you!

Received a message through just eat order was on its way at about 8.45pm but didn't receive my order till 9.20pm but I only love about 10-15mins away.The order was only just warm and also they didn't read the notes I put for the order either so basically some of the order was wrong.I called the take away to let them know the food had only just arrived and it was only warm and late the gentleman on the phone asked me 'are you sure.Then just fobbed me off by telling he will get details from the driver and will note our details.They also gave complimentary poppadoms that was crushed.Obviously with that service I won't be ordering from them again anyway.

Food was very late, rice was cold, however quality was good.

Bit disappointed in the usually great food from Paprika. My Curry container was only half full. My wifes curry was more sauce than meat. No sauces were provided with the Popadoms. Just felt it wasn't very good value for money. Will go elsewhere in future

The only niggle is the curry box was slightly crushed by something heavy been put on top of container.

Love the food but second time in a row I have ordered the vegetable thali and something was missing....this time the pilau rice so probably try somewhere else next time

Terrible, I’ve eaten from here a lot over the years but tonight is the last time, over an hour late food was cold, rang the restaurant to ask were my order was and told it was on its way and turned up an hour later, what a waste of money

Delivered McDonald's chips including the curry sauce dip with McDonald's logo on it. Told us it was not them Food handled in car between kitchen and delivery address Manager extremely rude Disgusting service

The food, although on time, still took over an hour and a half to come, got both rice orders wrong, one curry was cold and there was a naan bread missing. over £30 for one curry each, the incorrect rice and which was supposed to be a naan each and a bottle of coke. Very very disappointed in this service.

Really disappointed, second time the food came cold an the curry sauces where extremely watery. Disappointing given previously the food had been excellent an had gave it a second chance hoping that the poor food was a one off but nope

The food is normally so out of this world however this time round the quality wasnt there. All three dishes were either not cooked properly/cold/or just half the amount as last time.

Complete wrong order. Man on the phone said he would get the manager to call never did. Also said he would just come and swap the curry. Nann bread was more like a poppadom. And onion bajhis were soggy dripping with fat.

Have used Paprika before, but this meal was awful, fatty meat and the sauces just not tasting right. I won't be using Paprika again after this. Really dissappointed.

Disappointing, really disappointing! Paprika is usually our go-to Indian takeaway and I've reviewed previously saying the best in the Rothwell/Desborough area. However it's been going downhill a while so time for an updated review Every order I order chutneys and get short changed. This time, no chutneys at all! Chicken pakoras? More like inedible boulders. These things look like scotch eggs and are rock solid! Chicken tawa was basically cold and only half filled the tray. Cheese naan was ridiculous, just a plain naan with a block of cheese shoved on it and rolled up. Not worth the £40 I paid and feel genuinely ripped off today. If paprika was too busy to cook the meal to a decent standard I would rather have been told so and could have ordered somewhere else. Sort it out, Paprika - you've really badly let down a regular customer. I've lost all confidence to order again as a result.

I have used Paprika many times. Just wanted a prawn puree. It was awful overcooked, rubbery prawns. Very strange taste, like cooked in bad , bitter oil. My husbands korma was too bland. Do t think I will eat there again

Advertised Balti comes with naan bread as most Indian restaurants do, however it does not come included! Apparently I have an old menu! Funny that I ordered online from just eat. Like ordering beans on toast without the toast! Taste of India for me from now on 😡

Cold, stuff missing and late Paprika has gone downhill over the last few months,

Usually we don't have a bad word to say about the food from this but today arrived 15 mins late and the food was cold we had to reheat it in the microwave. There was also a few additions to our order ie no free naan and only 1 poppadom. The mango chutney was like water. I don't like to leave negative feedback but I wasn't happy with our delivery tonight will definitely think twice in reordering maybe it's time for a change

Very nice and tasty. Could have been hotter, had to warm up in microwave and the peshwari naan could have had more filling.

I ordered nearly 2 hours ago. An hour ago they said the food was on it way. This level of service is shocking. Can’t speak to the restaurant. Fuming. I would like a full refund or a replacement meal at a later date as I now need to go to bed as I’m Up at 4-30 am. 😡

No spoons … food taste was terrible. Not even close to the taste, chicken was dry and the drink … cheap and not even original.

Ordered from Paprika one veg thali and one butter lamb - didn't disappoint, the thali was amazing value for money - it could easily feed 2/3. Food was hot and delicious and arrived in good time. Will definitely order from Paprika again.

I have been using Paprika for over 10 years and rate them as the best Indian takeaway in our area. However this last year we have seen a few orders with items missed off, which is a real shame as it’s such a let down when it happens. It’s happened again this order and I feel I need to give you some constructive criticism. You really need to sort out your attention to detail, we also received our naan in a plastic bag which made it soggy. Did you not think to wrap it in foil first? I will be checking my order at the door in future of this continues, please sort this out as the food is still good. Also our saag paneer was not up to your usual standard. Can you give any reason for these issues? Tell me what you are doing to improve.

Delivery driver very rude he called me and told me he was outside he wasn't food finally arrived he just dumped it on the doorstep and walked off food was lovely

The wrong this was delivered then when I rang the restaurant they wanted to charge me for sending the correct food!! We stuck with the wrong food and it was not very nice. Poppadoms we’re soggy, chicken was tough. Overall not happy at all and will not be ordering again

Not only was all our food cold but was actually delivered at 9;08 not the 8;30 you have stated , I will never use this restaurant again on just eat? Total waste is money as it all went in the bin,

Came over an hour late. Rang to chase and said was on way but still didn’t arrive for another half hour, was cold and no chips with kids nugget meals. Rang them and they said I’d have to come collect the chips as only had one driver.

Every dish was delicious but the mixed veg masala seemed to only have potatoes in it. More mixed veg next time, please. We ordered a sag aloo for the potatoes so would have appreciated a few more veg in the curry.

Food was freezing cold. I live less than 2 miles from the restaraunt. Yum yum.

Ordered popadoms and chutneys never got any will be asking for refund. Poor

Our food was cold when it got here. We phoned up twice and been told it’s a busy night (Tuesday 9pm)….. don’t waste your time as if you order take out, you shouldn’t have to microwave your meal …..

Food came on time but the kebab was dry and the prawn butterfly was mushy. Big shame as the breads were lovely.

Order placed onljne 30 mins in advance of doors opening so you'd be forgiven for thinking it wouldn't take them an hour and 15 mins from front doors actually opening to actual delivery on a Thursday evening... but it did. Fair enough. Mild gripe. No sultanas (as described on menu) in the Special Rice, Lamb Naga was very mild and not a fresh green chilli in sight (menu states "for those who like it hot!"), the Garlic Naan was sans garlic which they were clearly aware of because they sent two Plain Naans instead (only ordered the one Garlic Naan) and we ordered a single can of regular coke but they sent regular Dr Pepper and a consilatory can of Diet Coke (again they must've been aware of the lack of stock hence the doubling up of something else which we didn't order). I understand that in these war torn times of Covid-19 certain supplies may be disrupted but for a curry house to bill a Naga Curry as hot but deliver a very mild one sans fresh green chilli is unforgivable. Normally I would call an establishment to discuss their failings but to be honest even if they offered another meal free I wouldn't be interested. Paprika used to be much better than this but you'd have to go back about five years for their halcyon days I'm afraid. Top tip 1: if you are struggling for ingredients for an order then do the right thing and inform the customer beforehand. Don't just try and blag it with extras which the customer didn't order. Top tip 2: If your Chef/Cook hasn't made themselves fully aware of what's on the company menu then I suggest they spend some time making themselves more familiar. Fortunately, the Garlic Mushroom and Poppadoms were nice but then again they're hard to get wrong. In summary, when spending the best part of £30 one deserves to at least get what one ordered and a Naga Curry is supposed to be very hot not mild.

The food was alright but the order was late which isn’t good when you have a hungry toddler.

The order was all correct and with complimentary poppadoms. The foods were all well cooked and appreciated by all the diners. Legendary onion bhajis and the battered paneer cubes were well received. We've been going to Paprika for 15 years so no surprise. The price paid (less than £10 a head) was extremely good value.

Late meant hardly warm. Chips were pseudo McDonald's fries and soggy. Other dishes lacked seasoning and impact.

Very late order very unhappy rung twice to see we're order was after the alloted delivery time to be told the first time was few mins away recalled after another 15mins to be told 8 more mins

Delivered early, hot and delicious. If we're ordering Indian we always use Paprika - they never fail on service or quality.

Nearly a perfect order, however messed up my naan bread and did not deliver peshwari but plain naan! Great shame!

All 3 mains were a very good standard although the King Prawns are now alot smaller than used to be when we first used the takeaway.

Honestly I never leave bad reviews but our food was disgusting tonight. Do not order chicken pakora or the butterflied prawns unless your food nuked in a deep fat frier - and I mean nuked. Not for me at all. Was looking for some light tasty Indian nibbles tonight...NOT a cross between Findus crispy pancake and a scotch egg (unfortunately without the egg - but that would have been nuked too) Very disappointed as we haven't had a bad meal from here before.1

Really tasty & the Pathia was hotter than expected but that was all good

Delivery was 5 minutes early, which I preferred. The food was absolutely delicious. It's my favourite meal ever.

Paprika is my husband’s favourite and we have both enjoyed their food. Been using them 5+ years and only ever had 1 issue which we got a free meal the next time we ordered. Great food!

Food was ok, nothing exceptional.

Just had a chicken madras and a chicken bhoona delivered and was bloody awful !!!! Chicken very over cooked and the only taste was spice !!! Definitely won’t be using them again !!! Very very expensive to go into the bin !!

The restaurant was over and hour late with my food. Would have been more if I hadn't gone and picked it up. I tried to phone them but they didn't answer. When I got to the restaurant they hadn't even started the order that I placed at 7pm I went out to the restaurant at 9.20 and got food at 9.40. When I got the order home the drink and chutneys were missing and the onion bahji was samosas. Plus I paid for delivery yet I hafmd to go out to get it lol sorted. Will never order from here again

Food did not turn up at all. Tried to call the restaurant and no one picked up, even after 38 attempts. Not happy and will pass on my experience to others.

Very disappointed, 2 hours we waited order wrong and cold and tried 50 times to ring but no joy. Not worth the money i paid. I knew they would be busy but to the difference between what i ordered and what we received was inexcusable. Can't even leave a review in their website.

I ordered mutter paneer. Cheese was substituted instead of paneer. I can't imagine eating mutter at with cheese. Also the lamb bhuna was sweet!!! The cook should be taught to make the recipes properly.
