The best restaurants serving Indian food in England

Probably the most overpriced expensive restaurant I've ever been to. Guru in Finchley was always good value but not anymore, treble the price and food nowhere near as good as it used to be years ago. Hard to find a place these days that don't rip you off. The thing is if you create good value you always have a busy restaurant but owners these days have zero business sense

These guys are NOT HALAL be careful guys as they will tell you it is with 0 certification as halal meat is more expensive they don't have no god or reason to lie it's business.....

Very bad, not suitable for living. Food is contaminated and not added. Failed management. The place must be monitored by the competent authorities (it also causes diseases)

First time I’ve had food from here and it was lovely. I collected the order and the prices was really reasonable. The young lad who took payment was really friendly and polite. I will be ordering again

Always had lovely meals here. Delivery and eating in best Indian i have been to. Baji’s are to die for. Such a shame that they have closed down. Going to miss them so much!

The food is absolutely amazing and so delicious 😋 will defiantly be coming back for more! First time ordering for a takeaway and it's just so good. Delivery driver very polite, friendly and respectful, price is good and you get a lot for two people, good communication with the receptionist, very patient and friendly. The food here is alway's lovely. We get delivery and the food arrives nice and hot. We told them we did not like prawn crackers that were added when you spend over £15 and now every time they remember this and they add extra bits free instead. I would reccomend this place to anyone who has not tried it.

The Usha is by far the best Indian restaurant in the area. The food is always second to none. The waiters are absolutely outstanding people, they have a great deal of care for all of their customers.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. First of all, the food was an hour late, which was frustrating. When the food finally arrived, I was shocked to find that the chicken was raw, which is unacceptable. Additionally, the flavors were completely off, and it didn't even resemble what we had ordered. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with the service and the quality of the food. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a good dining experience.

Stayed in Penzance for a break and ordered take away from here. Very friendly staff and lots of vegan options. The food was delicious. So good we ordered here twice. Highly recommended.

Not as good as the last time we were in Brixham sadly. We were staying up at Hillhead (campsite) so ordered a takeaway for delivery. Friendly staff taking orders and said it would be within the hour, and that the delivery girl would call when leaving the restaurant - which she did. It was only 25-30 minutes so we were pleased with the service. However, on checking the bag when returning to our camper there was no veg curry with the biryani??? Absolutely no point in calling to complain as the rest of the food would've been cold by the time they'd delivered the missing dish. We had ordered a veg balti, as an extra dish, so it wasn't the end of the world, just disappointing that we were 'short changed'. The food was hot and tasty but not sure we would use again?

Had takeaway from memories of India. My God it's lovely, arrived quick and food was top! Thanks guys!
