Very busy on weekends. Finding parking is a nightmare. Service is very slow. You might have to wait up to one hour for your food. Food was extra spicy despite ordering mild spice. Food price was ok.

Got one dish lamb balti and tasted very soft and was moist, sauce was also good with the roti bread, even eating the ginger was tasty and helped the dish taste better.

The restaurant was quite because it was a weekday night,you would expect great customer service but unfortunately despite having had a good experience the last time we visited, this time we were really disappointed, the karahi was overly salty, and the waiter didn't complete our order like how hard is it to bring rice with our chicken which we had clearly ordered and 2 cans of soda???!! Disappointed much!!!!!

Good food, I love the balti dishes expecially the meat (mutton) balti. Is so tasty so far the best one in my opinion and reasonable price!

Had the lamb Karahi, made fresh after ordering. Tasted great! Would certainly eat here again, loved that they make things fresh. I was in a hurry and asked for it to be made quickly, and they were very accommodating. Thank you for the great food and service

Food was delicious. It was may favourite place for a long time, but my family found long beard hairs INSIDE our shish kebabs on 3 seperate occasions, one was after your recent inspection where you were awarded 5 Star. Really no excuse bro, your beard is sunnah fine but doesn't need to be inside my food, wear a beard net when making kebabs and Naans. It's really that simple. We've stopped going despite the fact we love the food and wouldn't risk it again. Started going to a place on Stratford road and this hasn't happened once.

Slow service despite being only customers also the restaurant only accepts cash. No card service. It's problematic when no cash machines are working on the road.

Went here tonight for a good curry and was not disappointed! Big plate of rice and big serving of hot delicious curry with nice naan- was great value. Very kind and helpful staff also. You can tell this is a very popular and well run restaurant . I thoroughly recommend here.

Had Regular Tawa… it’s one of the best. The kebab is so juicy and the taste is to the sky. Never had a tawa like this before. Thank you for the awesome food.

Best grill food mix grill amazing

Im not one to post reviews however this place has really surprised me. So first of all there was 7 of us we came all the way to birmingham to celebrate our friends birthday we find the place and we ask if there is space one person said it will be 30 minutes another said it will be 5-6minutes so we came back after 6 minutes then we had to wait another 25 mins just to be seated because we waited for our table to be cleared. after that we waited for our food to come, some of the food was nice however my friends chicken was completely dry and when told to the waiter they just replied the chicken is just dry? While we are eating 15 minutes in the waiter asked us to hurry up? after we waited a whole hour to actually eat. We carry on eating and we find out that one of my friends chicken is raw it was pink inside, after telling the waiter he replied can you hurry up eating we have people waiting. we got told to hurry up at least 5 times honestly if i could give this restaurant 0 stars i would if you ever plan to eat here the smash burgers are amazing hopefully they improve their customer service and food preparation with the chicken. -edit my friend actually got food poisoning from the chicken. When he went to work today they had to send him home because of his poor condition

I went with my friends yesterday and had to wait half an hour to be seated which was fine. But when we got to our table it was still messy and they kept moving us to different tables which was quite annoying. When we finally got to out table we sat down for 20 minutes waiting for our order to be taken and when it was finally taken most of the food was out off stock. The guy with the big goatee and side burns was verry rude to us and tried to speak in urdu to us when we told him we can not understand him he also kept arguing with the other waiters which alerted other customers. When the food finally arrived after half an hour we started eating, the food was not that bad my friends enjoyed the smash burgers but 5 minutes into eating the guy came back to our table trying to speak to us in urdu again, trying to tell us to hurry up and eat we have customers waiting. My friends grilled chicken wrap was extremely dry and burnt, it was hard to swallow it, so we tried sending it back and when the waiter returned they responded "its supposed to be like that" then gave him his food back, my other friend got a butter chicken khari and when he took a bite of the chicken it was pink in the middle!!! Im posting this the next day and i just called my friend which he just told me he has food poisoning now. As a chef myself I would not recommend this place to anyone

I never write reviews on food places as it might just be a one time thing but this place really amazed me. We waited half an hour to be seated which is fine as there was no space but when people after us arrived they were seated before us. After having empty tables the staff member took a very long time to set our table up. When we finally sat down we had to wait another 10 mins just for our order to be taken. Food then arrived and it was average however one of the chicken was undercooked and when confronting they did nothing about it. The staff member with the long goatee had really upset me and kept rushing us to finish. I think the place without him would be amazing. Cousin couldn’t do his job properly. What a mug. I won’t be returning if I see his face there absolutely terrible. Goatee guy had really let the experience down and If we weren’t served by him I would give a 4

Service very good , food was ok.

Chicken balti was amazing, and the naan was authentic and super delicious. The chicken shwarma had this build up of spice that was delightful to eat. Would definitely recommend it.

Food was excellent, we were surprised how good it was, especially after waiting over 45minutes. I assure if the food wasn't as good as it was, we would have been fuming. The atmosphere (decor) is very worn - let's just say you wouldn't go there for a date, but you would go there with the lads or colleagues.

Heard Alot but TBH really Disappointed i dont know people realise or not but in Lamb karahi They Are using Small cut beef as well I my self is Butcher so Guys Please Don't do this if you can't afford lamb then should let customers know what they will get in Lamb Karahi. i could have told them while there but just because there customers was standing so stop my self Anyway I'm not going there!!

Stale biryani rice. Chicken was not properly cooked. Would not recommend anyone to even try it for free!!!

Just okay.... nothing to write home about. The place looks deceptive from the front since their family section is in the back. Service was okay too. We went there for a Chicken karahi, but also ordered chicken biryani since it was special for the day. Biryani came out hot, but it tasted old and not too fresh - it tasted more like mediocre biryani. Then, chicken karahi was served with fresh Naan. The karahi was a little on the sweet side since the base is onion paste heavy with spices. The chicken was not juicy and didn't came off the bones easily. Overall, the food didn't deserve more than three stars. I'll pass on the karahi at this place.

The chef at Lasani used to work at Lahore on Highgate Road, however the food is much more superior presumably due to the difference in spices and ingredients used. The owner is a former partner at Karahi King down the road. Overall a pleasant ambience served by cheery staff - Riaz is a credit to their establishment. Unusual to have karela on the menu and it was mind blowing. Tarka daal 👌🏽 and so was the mix grill and karahis (lamb/chicken). Think I find a new favourite. Definitely going back.

A bit deceptive when you walk in ; it looks like just a take-away . But plenty of seating further back , not visible from the road . Good food and decent pricing , would recommend the small mixed grill .

Amazing Pakistani taste, we ordered mixed grill, lamb nihari, kabab karahi and chicken karahi. Everything was so delicious, will definitely visit again. 100% recommended.
