Tried to book a table for 5 for a birthday celebration. Went in in person and was told a £10 per head deposit. Nothing wrong with that, happy to do so, especially as restaurants have 'no shows' but we couldn't pay there and then even though we had the credit card ready. Was told you will be sent a link. Got home and it was to my messages and assumed I banked on my mobile, I don't. Phoned back to discuss how we could pay and was told the system has recently changed, they didn't know how to process the payment put the phone down on me! Sorry you don't want our business despite having being many times before. Approx spend in the past £70 each so just said goodbye to £350 ! I understand that you might use cashless but you really need to put in place some way of taking payments other than on a mobile, especially as we had specifically gone in to the restaurant and were more than happy to pay there and then.

BIG MALAKAS. Ordered on Uber eats Sunday, won’t be ordering again. We’ve had big malakas a few times now, first time at a friends wedding and it was great, second time it wasn’t amazing but still good! But this time round it was inedible, such a shame cause it’s the only place that does vegan kebabs in this area that I don’t have to make myself. The order took an hour and half to be made, was cold when it got here. Which were more than happy to hear food up, that’s fine, so we did, and when we unboxed it, the whole thing was dripping in grease, now we are aware of you order a kebab, and chips it’s going to be cooked in grease- but the now cold bread, was soggy with oil. Really off putting, we headed it up anyway, took a bite and it was horrendous. The thing was dripping, from the paper, out of the kebab….into the bowl, full of oil. I’ve never seen anything like it. One bit of tomato, like 4 chips in the kebab, no sauce, and half cooked “meat”. we ordered a side of chips on the side and there was less than a hand full of chips in the bags. For £36 you’d think you could get a properly cooked kebab? To add to that ….before I decided to do a review, I messaged them directly to sort it out and just give them feed back. They saw my message instantly after it was sent, ignored me. Hours later I sent another just to say I’m happy to wait if they were busy but i do want to get this sorted. And again, saw the message and ignored me. So unfortunately I’ve had to take this approach. I wouldn’t bother ordering from this place, disapointing. I would have been forgiving if it was just a just a slip up and they’d replied but just to ignore my messages is abit rude, luckily I took Photos and have sent Uber the photos and they’ve given me a full refund because of how bad the order was! Also wierd name….. translated back to English as “big w*nker” …… very strange.

Came here for Tuesday night dinner with a few friends. Service was great, staff were friendly and accommodating, and even though it was a quiet weeknight there was still a lovely atmosphere with a log fire and pretty decor. It was great to see them serving tapas here again, and we had a few classic tapas as well as some newer, creative dishes we’d not tried before. The cracker bread & sweet pickle served with the pintxos & Camembert was lovely! There were also some lovely specials. Lots of options for vegetarian/ pescatarian. The sangria was great and we finished with the best limoncello I’ve ever tried! We had a dog with us and they were really accommodating, putting us at a table where she could have space and wouldn’t roam to other tables. Lovely evening & lovely people running it, we’ll definitely be back.

Delicious fresh cooked food with generous portions in a historical setting ( the old school). Very friendly service and as we were the last ones to leave we had the privilege of talking to the owners all about Greece. It was a really enjoyable evening and good value too! Would highly recommend.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Easy Greek for years, but unfortunately, the quality has really gone downhill lately. My last two orders have both had issues. The first time, my wrap came with salad even though I had clearly requested no salad. I let that one slide because I’ve always enjoyed their food. But my most recent experience was much worse. I ordered in-store for takeaway: two pastas, one wrap, one portion of regular chips, and two portions of chips with cheese. A fairly simple order. When I got home, I discovered they had completely missed the wrap, and both pasta portions were cold and only half full (see photo). I went back to get the missing wrap, and to be fair, they did provide a fresh pasta as well—but I had to wait another 15 minutes for it to cook. By the time I got back home, the chips were lukewarm, and to top it off, the cheese and bacon were missing from them too. At that point, I didn’t have the energy to go back again. I’ll give them one more chance because they’ve been great in the past, but this recent experience was really disappointing. There are a lot of new faces working there now, prices have gone up, and I worry the place is under new management and no longer up to the standard it used to be. Should they get back up to the same standards, i’ll edit my review to its previous 5 stars.

Fantastic Greek food from Kouzina. The Greek salad was to die (best we've ever tasted) for as was the baklava and complimentary orange cake. Staff are super helpful and friendly. Next time I'm in the bullring from Swansea I'll certainly be returning. Thank you guys
