Easy Greek in Rugby

Love easy greek. Returning customer and will continue to return. Food is always lovely. Good choice of food. Staff are so friendly.

Went in to order, i understand it’s busy but when you tell customers it’s only a 15 minute wait for food you don’t expect to still be waiting 40 minutes later. They clearly prioritise the uber eats orders over customers in shop.

I am extremely impressed with the service provided. It was my first time visiting this friday night and a lovely girl suggested me the pitta gyros chicken which was absolutely amazing! I will definitely be visiting again.

Arrived five minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready for collection, and order still hasn't been started, BUT that aside the food was superb and worth the wait.

Never arrived. Avoid. Waited over 2 hours

Ordered at 7:34. Delivered at 21:51. Terrible customer service along the way. Told at 20:50 the food was out for delivery. Called again at 21:30 and told that they would need to start again with the order. Once food arrived the manager then shouted on the phone that I need to return the food if I want any money back. Food was cold and the meat was greasy, salty and dry. First time using this take away and safe to say won’t be ordering again.

the most unserious. I ordered with delivery they took my money and I didn't see the order I waited until 1h 30 min. they said they called but it's not true I don't recommend this unserious restaurant

Check your food, there's a fish like thing with a face in the chicken meal box.

Something in the chicken meal box that has a face, it looks like some sort of fish. Just zoom in, it has a mouth too. Contaminated food, check what you're eating people.

Food quality is good and food is tasty apart from the pitta bread its poor and lets the quality down. Was hot and presented nicely however Disappointed that we left a note requesting no lettuce or onion but that was just ignored.

Tryed it twice now and both times food spot in tonight we had pasta carbonara and oh my that was so good !!!! And we had halloumi wrap witch is allways good from hear and my parter had the mix gyro box witch he also enjoyed portions are large so filling so fresh so nice thankyou

Ordered. Said it could arrive at 8:50. The app then claimed it arrived at 9pm. Actual arrival time 9:20pm. Food nice but inaccurate delivery details.

We have had several meals delivered. Each time the food has been wonderful - so well cooked and very tasty. We do tend to order the same things as we enjoy them so much! My partner has the chicken souvlaki meal box, which includes lovely chips and pitta bread. I have a Greek salad with one of his chicken skewers and a few chips. Excellent!

terrible experience as for the second time app does not show my address correctly and driver dont have access to direction, never got my order and the driver stopped picking up the phone

Absolutely amazing gyros and fries,food is out of this world delicious and such a friendly woman,if in the area this is a must try,will definitely be returning when next in the area(we are the guys in the big pink truck from friday)

I ordered through just eat tonight instead of the website as having issues with it, spent £28.50 on two box meals. Delivery time said by 5.25, even though tracking said it had been delivered and to enjoy our food, it never arrived! Not happy!

I ordered through uber eats and added a few notes and the food was delivered hot and correct with a smile by the driver. The food is good for its money and tastes really nice. Will be ordering again from them soon.

Authentic Greek food cooked to perfection. Even the delivery driver is Greek as I found out due to my limited knowledge of the language . λαμπρός

The time line for delivery was 23:15, it now 23:22 it shows on the app that order been delivered, but I did not received my order until now. Very bad service I would like my money back

I ordered the food at around 17:45 to be delivered for 19:05. never turned up until almost 19:55. not impressed at all

Great food, authentic Greeks, which immediately reminded us of the taste of gyros from Corfu, the same taste. Very nice service, large portions worth the price. We sincerely recommend it and we will definitely come back.

my food look like is was threw on the box last night with different sizes fries /chucky chips lol and then water down Tzatziki sauce so did not injoy my food at all will not be using u guys again.

Where do I start! Their chicken is amazing, Greek wraps and pitta breads and meats again, amazing… chips - chunky fried crispy on the outside fluffy in the middle, excellent. Hello Pita with Hallumi - the best! Delivery and service exceptional.

They sent my wife a meal which contains egg she is not allowed to eat , and it was mentioned to them. After delivery they said they would give us a meal for free next time , when we rang them for the meal the owner pretended he did not understand! and said he would not give the free meal he offered and put the phone down we rang back and they done this 3or 4 times the service is terrible and the lie!

Well, what can I say?! I ordered so many different dishes and every one was spot on for flavour, freshness and quality produce. What tops it off is that everything arrived hot and delivered on time with a smile. Best Greek around!

Waited 2 hours to get our food. We had to ring the restaurant multiple times to figure out if it was even coming. When the food finally arrived and we sat down to eat the restaurant called us to accuse us of taking two orders from them.

We over-ordered, as it is very difficult to tell from the pictures and descriptions, but everything was absolutely fantastic, delivered piping hot and perfectly on time. will be ordering again

Great new addition to Rugby. Amazing Greek food (I'm Greek) and generous portions. We will definitely be back. 1 year later - I have been back here many, many times and the food is always 10/10. I wish they would change this place to a proper sit down restaurant, it is so good, I would be their biggest client. Maybe their best client anyway, except soon I would also become the biggest client, heh.

DISGUSTING wrong item sent the wraps £7.50 3 cubes of chicken and 5 chips brown lettuce. Called to complain owner said ‘ can’t understand me ! ‘ too busy to deal with me go away ! £40 down the drain won’t EVER order again. Can’t believe how rude the owner was obviously don’t need customers anymore !

Never had a problem before but tonight food stone cold, not what we ordered and portions so small my wrap had 6 chips total ! And now they won’t answer the phone

I was called many times saying they attempted to deliver but the actual slot was for 12.40 . When I told him the slot supposed to be for 12.40 he still hasn't come in time ...and not only that the veggie musaka is actually meant one!too bad
