Missing items ordered starter for two which was so small one wouldn’t get anything not worth what we payed and first time order popadoms missing over priced and small amounts

Order slightly wrong, ordered rice and got Bombay aloo instead, not too big of a problem and not worth complaining about but not perfect!

Delivery was supposed to arrive at 8.30 still waiting at 9.30 and couldn’t get hold of the restaurant. Had to order from somewhere else and it arrived at 10

If we actually received the food we would, no doubt they’ll be pathetic about refunding us

Food arrived 2 hours after ordering, one hour later than estimated. Food was really good though, still hot so can't fault them on that - just a shame it took so long.

Food is currently an hour late and they're ignoring all calls I'm making to chase up the order. The first time I called, they ignored it until I called from a different number. Then they ignored the second number. Disappointing, won't be ordering from them again.

A nice meal, like always but had to get a second delivery as they forgot to bring one rice dish and then discovered our vegetarian meal had chicken in.

Sorry to say this was really not good, puris and chapatis both thick and undercooked and the paneer tikka masala was unbelievably sweet, not to mention overpriced for the amount of paneer it contained. First time ordering and probably our last. Lamb tikka was decent but that's our only positive really.

Mostly great as usual but the dhal was very salty this time.

Disappointing compared to in the restaurant.

As Tamera's are in the pricier end of local curry houses I was wounded to open the tikka massala and find it full to brim of basically runny soup, and not a hint or smidge of cream in sight! If I want watery curry I'll go to one of the cheap places and this really was the wateriest massala I've ever had. Some of the chicken was horrible texture I didn't even want to try to chew after first attempt. As we ordered popadoms and 2 starters I thought they'd thrown in a poppadom as nearly everywhere else does but no, and with 2 starters everywhere else also sends a green salad- but not here. While I'm complaining- the onion salad was also mean- very hot white onion when everywhere else will have a bit of red, tomato and coriander- you know that's what actually makes it a salad- otherwise its just a pot of white onions. The mint sauce and mango chutney were nice but even the sheek kebab had a strong wheat taste rather than meat. I really do feel that spending over £30 on this I've been completely mugged off. There's not just room for improvement they seriously need to consider the quality of the mains they're charging over £11 for. If this is what skimping to cut the costs for them looks like then I won't be buying from them again. Sort yourselves out!

Wow, I'm so disappointed about our first visit here. Coca-Cola was flat. When the chap to the order for the drinks, I noticed him look at the half folded menu, show the part that says 20% off. Food came out, and it was nice, but th chicken cubes I got were more like a starter portion, not a main. I did not complain as a friend was paying for my birthday and I had seen the discount from a distance and thought it's OK. But when my friend came to pay the gentleman said sorry that's not valid anymore. We asked why they were still on display for customers to pick up and just got rude. We are not doing it. If that's the case, put a label over it or get new menus. What surprised me the most was the total out right no, I am amazed he did not come back with 10% off or something for goodwill. Ho, well, back to titash we go, teach us to try somewhere new.

The best curry I've ever had!!!!! And I eat curry all the time. I can't recommend this place enough. 1st time trying and I'm so gutted that I'm going back to Surrey. So envious of my sister living in rugby! Will be visiting, just to have this curry again. Wow

Tamaras Kitchen is consistently great food. Their staff are amazing and look after you always. The price is very good for the high quality food they serve. If you are in Rugby and want the perfect Indian experience, I highly recommend coming here. 5 ⭐️ food, staff, ambience.

A really delicious meal that we all enjoyed

Such a shame , had to keep ringing to chase it up ...food was good but nearly 2 1/2 hours On a Tuesday night is a crazy amount of time to wait !!! Not impressed with service or communication which is a shame as food was very nice !

Had a delivery from just eat, it took a while but it was a Saturday night. Food was really good, samosas were lovely and the organs Josh was very tasty, garlic naan and pilau rice were fresh and tasty

Arrived 45 minutes late, food tasted ok but made both of us ill during the night! We rang about it being late and they offered 20% off next order… this was not good enough as it didn’t make it any better! And will NOT be going again!

We ordered 4 different meals and they all arrived, on time, piping hot. The food was absolutely delicious, couldn’t fault it at all. I would definitely order from them again 👍

Food was awful, Briyani doesn’t look like a briyani, chicken curry has no salt and species, Nan was not cooked properly. Wouldn’t recommend Tamera foods and will not order again, just waste of money and food in the bin

Lamb had little flavour, naga was tasteless and the starter very poor. The popadoms were fried in fresh oil but really this was poor quality and poor value

Positives - popadoms / rice / naan / mint sauce / meat Negatives - lacking a little flavour in the curry sauce, the usual red onion side is not on the menu.

Food was really not good. It was tasteless. Absolutely no flavour at all and definitely no spice at all. The mint sauce was awful too. It tasted sour. Wouldn’t order again. Sorry :(

Really a fantastic meal, great flavours and spice. Every dish was freshly prepared and tastes great. We were a table of about 15 and everyone got their food at the same time and everyone was very happy indeed. I will be back

No problem with service or quality but for one starter, one rice and one bread between two with a couple of popadoms and two main dishes £46 feels a bit on the steep side! I understand costs have gone up but this is probably what I’d pay for a decent dine in at Dolce’s over the road!!

Blandest rogan Josh and tikka masala I’ve ever eaten. No spices. Couldn’t taste any cinnamon in the rogan. Tikka masala just wasn’t great. Dips for poppadoms tasted off too. Very strange, as had no complaints before. Disappointed, so won’t be eating there again.

We were a group of nine, food and service were excellent. Would not hesitate to go again.

Food was ok . My husband loved his Vindaloo as it was very spicy which he wanted . I thought the Lamb Biryani was poor and it was all lukewarm .The tikka masalas was ok . It did arrive on time though

The food is always great from here. Unfortunately the prices are quite high and portion sizes of rice is small but it’s quality over quantity and we are happy to pay that difference sometimes. We’ve never had a bad meal from here and would highly recommend them. Delivery is always fast and delivered hot. Thanks for the great meals!

Chicken Dopiaza, Aloo Gobi and Dall all good. Rice very small , only 1 person - should have said that but the Prawn Korma was a sauce with 6 SHRIMPS and zero veg - very disapointed with that

Ordered King Prawn Biriyani and Lamb Biriyani. Food is an utter disappointment. The pawns used in the biriyani is not fresh and it has a foul taste and smell. My partner who was eating the lamb biriyani says it is very bland in taste. A MUST AVOID in every sense.
