Ordered 2 x pork gyro trays and the meat was beyond dry.... deivered 20 mins early and the pork was awful... very disappointed for £11.99 per meal.

Restaurant I called was rude, told me food was dispatched an hour before but status was still showing as "driver at restaurant" until a minute the food arrives at my door. Very disappointing It is clear this guy is delivering for multiple companies and thus making my food late. And the restuaurant were rude and terrible to deal with. I consequently waited 1.5 hours for cold food, refund my money please and give me compensation please.

I ordered from here for two reasons today, 1: food is always lovely and 2: delivery time was around 35 mins. Perfect for me at work. I ordered at 1:11pm and delivery was looking to be around 1:40. Delivery times kept changing and my food was delivered at 2:38pm. It was cold and soggy and I was so disappointed. This experience would not stop me eating there again ever as it is amazing but I would not order a delivery again.

Been here to eat in restaurant before it was wonderful. Different staff last night for our takeout clearly have no idea how to produce mr gyro usual delicious standard. The food was awful not cooked enough we had to throw it away. Such a shame as we love Greek cuisine, but this was not good.

Been a regular here for some time now, ordered a gyros from a restaurant in Athens and did not come close to how amazing it is here. On top of that the owner is lovely and all the staff treat you very well. Well worth the money.

First time trying there food, was absolutely lovely, very filling and tasted delicious. Absolutely worth it for the price as its cheaper than most places in high town. Will definitely go back whenever I need to get something to eat.

3rd time we’ve ordered from them and so far so good. Delivered on time, still a good temperature, plenty of food and it has tasted brilliant all 3 times, both the pork and chicken.

I orderd food by just eat service with delivery option i spend almost 30 pounds...to find out that order is only ready for collection only at restaurant...i need to collect it ..on my own...thsts joke...i paid for that service...even if i want to collect it food will be cold and not expected quality i want full refund for my order

This place is the best place with food freshly made, well seasoned, you can see that the owner cooks with his heart and not for money. I'm not a fan of eating out, but I just love this place🥰 I'm very glad it's in Hereford. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

Me and my partner are regulars and have never been disappointed by the quality of food and service here! The gentleman who runs the shop is always lovely and friendly. Brilliant seasoning on the fries and it’s extremely affordable without losing any quality in the dishes. Also, really nice to have the option of Feta Gyros which is not easy to find elsewhere. We love trying out Greek food and have yet to find another Greek restaurant that can compete. Honestly very fortunate to be able to eat here in Hereford :-)

5 stars for food and for the owner. Big and tasty yeros! One of the best yeros I had in UK so far in reasonable price for it's size. Friendly and honest owner!! Definitely recommend it!

Explained that it's was missing and they said they couldn't do anything because they were closing. It was 20.50 so 40 minutes before closing. I actually laughed it was so ridiculous. The order was missing a Chicken Gyros, just salad and chips. I called in 3 mins after the delivery and they said they couldn't do anything as it was too late. The shop was still open for 40 mins. I asked if they could deliver it and he just said no. I had to laugh it was so ridiculous.

The best gyros i have ever had . I have been to Greece a lot and can confidently say this is the best you will find 👍

The food was dreadful and the service even worse, the old owner of the takeaway very rude to both the worker that works with him and to customers. Overall overpriced and an awful experience, will never visit again.

I think my order was mixed up. I asked for chicken gyro with tzatziki. Delivered was pork and chicken with mayonnaise 😭

Tasty food in continental style kebab. Fresh food, albeit salt heavy, but cooked well with a good hit of garlic. Pittas are moreish. Pork and chicken succulent. Sizeable portion. Pretty much £10 for plate of food and soft drink. Worth a visit for a hot lunch, away from the bustle in the small seating area upstairs.

Lovely fresh food as always but late delivery but I forgive them it was still delicious..

My mum and I had looked at several places for lunch and the prices were astronomical, plus we'd had a long morning and were not in the best mood, so nothing tempted us. On the way back to the car she stopped to look at the menu chalked up outside this small, unassuming place which I'd walked past a million times and ignored. Mum said "it looks OK let's Try it!" Mum Is 87 so I don't argue. For all of £7 we had their wrap style gyros with pork & chicken, salad, chips, dressing - and the lovely chap serving could not have been nicer or more helpful! Off to the park with our spoils, which were fantastic! Really tasty and just what we needed. Why have I not been there before? I'm not really a meat eater but may just make an exception occasionally.... especially if Mum is visiting. Thank you.

A place where you can eat a very good meal of Greek cuisine. The chef is a Greek who prepares delicious gyros and pitas. The place is well-kept, although it is narrow in the middle of the premises. I recommend the food

Three of us had booked here for our first night in the City and were planning to have gyros for our supper. However, as we headed upstairs to the dining area, the staff mentioned mezzes and we thought that sounded fun! What a great selection of food arrived at our table all cheerfully served by the lovely staff. Very reasonably priced and really fabulous authentic Greek food!

Driver did not use a postcode to find the address and was extremely rude on the phone adamant that it was my fault that I had used the wrong postcode. I rang the restaurant to get a refund but had no luck. When the driver had arrived and I showed him the just eat app, the post code, the delivery instructions and the screen shots I had taken he still refused to accept responsibility and continued in his quest to point the finger going on to blame the restaurant. Unable to to give an accurate rating on the standard of the food as by the time it arrived it was cold and un-eatable

I got the gyros yesterday with my friend because I had been there before and really enjoyed it, however , about two hours after eating it I was feeling very sick and and friend had messaged me asking if I was well because she had been throwing up. About an hour after my friend messaged me I too was throwing up and I have symptoms of food poisoning. I used to love this place but now my thoughts on it have gone down.

Came across your this place by mistake. One of the best mistakes we've ever had. Fantastic giros (we all had) but also the rest of the menu on display looked equally inviting. Relaxed atmosphere (we sat outside, by choice) or you could sit upstairs. Greek music playing, giros and Mythos beer we loved it. We went back the following weekend to celebrate my birthday. Faaaan taaaastic! Very highly recommend

So glad I did! like being on holiday all over again… complete with traditional Greek music playing on the stereo 😁 Authentic Greek fast food, all very tasty and prepared by friendly staff. Delivery took 2hours. It took the driver 45mins to find us and he was rude on the phone as I tried to give directions Restaurant wouldn’t help as they said it was a Just Eat problem By the time the food arrived it was cold and inedible I cannot find any option in the app to request a refund

I arrived in Hereford pretty late and searched the city centre for a place to eat. After over an hour of fruitlessly walking around, I was starved. I gave up my search as a bad job and decided to just pop into this Gyros shop for a quick take-away. I wasn't sure about the food at first, watching it being wrapped, but wow, it was fantastic! Also, I didn't think the fries would work in a wrap, but they were perfect! Everything was diligently packaged as well to take away. Lovely food and a big portion! Would go back without second thought. PS: I would have liked a little more zaziki.
