The best restaurants serving Greek food in England

Ordered my usual Chicken Korma , Onion rice. The Rice was horrible.Everyone knows the plastic taste of Bens Microwave Rice. Tasted like it to me. Nothing like the rice I'd enjoyed in the past from this establishment.

Excellent food served by very pleasant staff.

This is not a posh restaurant, the seating was old wooden chairs/bench seats paired with old wooden tables. However the seats were very comfortable. In some ways this adds to the charm of the restaurant, which has a nice cosy atmosphere. A nice thing was that there was reasonable space in-between tables, and not like so many other restaurants where you feel the people on the next table are sitting at your table as they are so close. Service was quick and friendly, the food was very enjoyable, and the Prosecco was reasonable priced for Covent Garden, at £32 a bottle. This is a very nice place to eat with good service and reasonable prices.

We hired Greek Gourmet for our home wedding party as we got married abroad and what a brilliant decision that was. Everyone commented on how delicious the food was and how generous the portions were. Easily the best Greek food we have had (Even in Greece) Thank you so much and we will be down to your shop in Hereford for more. Would 100% use them again for any future events.

Fouad and his staff were so friendly and made our experience so enjoyable. The food was INCREDIBLE, all the dishes were tasty and authentic. They also made my father-in-law’s birthday super special. We’ve just moved to the area and this is now our new hot spot. We’ll be here every week!

Had great brunch and reasonable priced cocktails with work colleagues. Awesome dayy, would really recommend 👌 😆🕺❤️

time kept changing for delivery after saying order was on way. had to chase up. subsequently food was lukewarm. at its hottest it tasted nice, but got cold quickly. very disappointing.

Really great food and great service with reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend Figo’s.

Don’t judge a book by its cover , it may not look the most fancy BUT so glad that the opposite more popular Greek was too busy so came here , very affordable and the size of the meal was outstanding , cooked Well and presented with taste to go with! Would recommend

We had our staff Christmas party here last night and it was brilliant. Delicious food, friendly staff and amazing singer. It really made our night. Thanks to for team for a great evening.

We ate in here a couple of days ago. We had the lunch Meze platter at £12.90 per person. Very nice food and plenty of it. Really recommend this restaurant.

Had a great meal here with a big party of 10 of us. Food all served promptly, amazing meals, great service and atmosphere. Staff were working non stop to serve a packed out restaurant but never left us unattended when we needed more drinks . Great experience thank you

I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but food was excellent- pretty much the same as you would get at a restaurant! Great quality, good portions and great service door to door. First time customer and will be back! 👍

Would not order again. Chicken was awfully over cooked and tasteless. Rice tasteless really not enjoyable
