The best restaurants serving German food in City of London, Westminster London

I visited the restaurant and was helped to order by Aisha. She was so helpful and provided very good costumer service. Really enjoyed the service.

Elijo este lugar en lugar de GDK porque DONER Cave es más sabroso, y se obtienen porciones más grandes. Mucho más por tu dinero. Ahad es un chico muy agradable y el servicio al cliente es genial

GDK Alemán Doner Kebab No hay mucho que decir sobre esto realmente, hice una visita al lugar en Edgware Road y Bell Street W 2 el 27 / 09 / 2024 y no estoy seguro de qué se trata toda la rabia. El servicio era rápido y el servidor era muy educado y atento. El local es bastante amplio, bien distribuido y la limpieza general y la higiene también era buena. Esta es una franquicia alemana de kebab que usa carne de res en lugar de cordero y presentan el kebab en un envoltorio o en una caja. El tamaño de la porción es justo para el precio y el sabor del kebab también es justo, pero nada que escribir en casa. Puede que esté un poco sesgada aquí, ya que me encanta la carne asada, pero prefiero un kebab de cordero. Si usted está hambriento y cerca de una articulación GDK, esto sin duda llenará un vacío y le hará cosquillas a sus papilas gustativas, pero no mucho más.

Asqueroso lugar. Sobreprecio y olor a orina. La cerveza es la peor que he probado y para añadir insulto, el barman intentó cobrarnos de más. No se puede confiar.

Great selection of beers, and food. Friendly, attentive and polite staff - this place feels super welcoming Highly reccomend to try the Obatzda (cheese dip) - creamy, rich and paired with their fresh made pretzel, really delicious Great sausages and huge variety of them - tried the pork&cheese, great snap and flavour Would visit again 💯

Very Disappointing. Arranged for a group to go for friends birthday. A few of us had been before and the band on Saturday evenings is usually fantastic, was not informed when we booked that the band would not be playing - despite them advertising that they are on every Thursday and Saturday. When we arrived we were told that it was a special “themed” night for Eurovision and that it had been arranged for weeks. They expected us to have researched this ourselves however we feel this information should have been given when we booked. For this reason, there was no band and they simply showed Eurovision on a dreadful quality screen in the middle of the bar. As none of us were interested in Eurovision, we found the high volume of the music quite overbearing. It appeared that not many of the other guests were there for the theme either and the atmosphere was rather dull (save one woman prancing around like she was on drugs). As the staff appeared to all be geared up towards the “theme”, they didn’t seem at all interested in us, not once were we checked in on and service was dreadful. Previously when we have been, it’s been great but was a real let down this time with no band to get everyone up and dancing. Tip for staff - it doesn’t look good if guests are coming to your establishment and they feel ignored because you are all getting “chummy” with each other. Also, usually a good idea to check in on your guests and ask if everything is OK, had that happened we would have shared our disappointment with you. Have given 2 stars because the food we were served was edible. Edible but nothing more

I tried this place. It was a good experience but I dont think I will try this place again. It was pricey compared to what they offer. It was about 7£. But the staff was friendly overall.

Great meal out tonight. Lovely staff and great menu. All of our favourite German foods available and so delicious. We definitely look forward to a Wiedersehen.

La mejor tienda de kebab de Londres, especialmente og kebab, es tan sabrosa 🤤. Excelente calidad y gran servicio también 😊 muy recomendable 👍

Mejor mantenerse alejado y conseguir pollo / patatas fritas. Te sirven kebab como si lo estuvieras suplicando. Parece que tienes que ser amigo de ellos para conseguir una buena comida
