Urban Doner Kebab in City of London, Westminster

I love everything about this place even if the food portions are getting smaller and the prices higher 🫢 Staff are attentive, food is delicious and not overly elaborated, which personally I think it's the key factor to enjoy the original taste of the recipes served. Atmosphere is super nice, clearly there was an effort made in the design of this project. Clean establishment, well mainteined and looked after, and clever waiters too!

Place was fairly empty but staff wanted us to have a reservation and then they only had part of the menu available. Didn't bother in the end.

Si ahora está cerrado, ¿podría actualizarse el sitio web para informar a la gente sobre esto? El sitio web da la impresión de que es un negocio en marcha y se pueden hacer reservas. Estoy molesto por hacer un viaje perdido.

This is the worst place I’ve been to in London. The food was totally inedible! It was clearly reheated in a microwave , the starter was 1 piece of salami and 1 piece of ham with a quarter slice of edamame cheese with a dry hard pretzel. The main meal was disgusting … meat was dry like turkey sandwich slices reheated , the gravy was basically water , the veg was soggy and it seamed they’d put 4 spice all over it …. Horrendous! Can’t comment on dessert as didn’t stay long enough to find out it was that bad an experience When we were over charged by over £100 the manager was rude and dismissive refusing a refund and refused to take off the discretionary service charge of nearly £50. The venue also smells badly of sewage so must be an issue with their pipes. Avoid this place as they take advantage of customers and has the worst customer service.
