The best restaurants in City of London, Westminster London

Durante il mio soggiorno a Londra ho provato abbastanza caffè ma che, purtroppo, non mi hanno soddisfatto. L’ultimo giorno, trovandoci a fare un giro nei pressi di Victoria Station e di Westminster Cathedral, ci venne voglia di caffè e, sentendo la nostalgia del buon caffè italiano, provammo a entrare in questo bar, bevemmo il caffè che era buonissimo: qualità molto alta. Il locale in sé è piccolino ma è arredato con buon gusto ed è accogliente. Questo caffè, sinceramente, per me, è assolutamente meglio di quello che, solitamente, bevo a Milano. Il personale simpaticissimo e molto gentile. Consigliato a chiunque si trovi vicino a Victoria Station e voglia prendersi un buon caffè.

During dry January I invited a group of around 30 people to meet and try out new alcohol-free drinks at Club Soda and we had the most fabulous day! I was running a well-being project for our Blue Light Emergency services which included coaching people through dry January to improve health and wellness. Laura Willoughby had kindly come to talk to us about alcohol-free drink options and socialising without alcohol. As I live in London I have been several times to this place myself and have always found the drinks options extensive, the staff really friendly and it's a great place to widen my choices of new drinks. The event went down brilliantly with people being able to mingle and connect throughout the shop and try new drink options. Jacob and the team were so hospitable and made the 3 hour meet up a real success. I'd highly recommend this place to any wanting to sample new healthier drink options and its central location close to Covent Garden is a fab place to meet up!

Best lamb wrap I ever had. I really liked the homemade sauce, it got some spice to it. Perfect location at Portobello street.

Amazing night at the sing easy, I brought it for my friend for a present. She did not have a clue what it was. We both loved it and will definitely return. Amazing pianists, waiters, waitresses, bar staff and of course the hosts. Shout of to Ellen she made my friend cry with an amazing performance to the waitress. Well done to you all see you again soon.

My brother was in rehab at Finchley Memorial Hospital, where he virtually lost his appetite, but instantly recovered it, at Blanche Café Bistro, where he devoured a Shakshuka, one of their specialist dishes, along with sourdough bread, olives and feta too. As a successful property agent, in the Lifestyle Industry for over 50 years, his professional review: high quality food, fairly priced with friendly, attentive service and a cool, cozy ambience, was also my personal view. Irfan and Yesim, the owners, go out of their way to serve all customers, like their own guests, catering for families, young and not so young and friends, looking to catch up over a lovely latte, with croissant and homemade pastries, alfresco style; they offer easy access for disabled visitors and they are establishing their name as the place to book, for your party or special event. Their menu offers, English, Mediterranean and American diner, options, so whether it's breakfast, brunch or afternoon tea: North Finchley has a real gem in Blanche Café Bistro. Jonny, Hendon

The food here is amazing the scenery is very nice and cosy the staff are super friendly and always so cheerful. Service is a 10/10 food is 10/10 I would recommend this place over and over again. It’s now officially the best Thai food spot around Dulwich for me. If you can’t take a date take a mate!

Wonderful meal with our family of six. (Two adults, four transfers.) Our food, coffees and smoothies were delicious and reasonably priced. So glad we dropped in!

I had the jackfruit option on the hotdog menu and was impressed firstly at how delicious it was, great seasoning, beautifully cooked with a lovely sourdough roll and pickles on the side; but also how I felt sated and not bloated. I was so delighted that I commented to the waiter who said it was the lack of oil in the cooking process. i'd been reading a lot about the toxicity of highly processed oils so am keen to know more now. I'd definitely go back and am looking forward to it.

Me gusta tanto la comida que he vuelto tres veces en un mes, cada vez con diferentes invitados a los que también les encanta. No es comida tailandesa corriente, los platos son diferentes e interesantes, algunos súper picantes y otros suaves y suaves, con muchas guarniciones para probar también. Los imprescindibles son las empanadas de salchicha llenas de limoncillo y frío, que se comen envueltas en hojas de lechuga con mermelada de chile y maní tostado, una brillante combinación de sabores y texturas. El curry rojo Khua Kling (teníamos el pollo) es similar a un cordero: frito en seco, picante, aromático y picante, y servido con arroz jazmín. El curry birmano de ternera y patatas es tierno y suave con sabores de cúrcuma y tamarindo, perfecto para fregar con arroz pegajoso o apilar encima de una crujiente galleta de gambas. Los lugareños felices en el pub (Craft Beer Co) estaban comiendo bocadillos como brochetas de pollo con salsa barbacoa de Laos. Los precios son muy razonables con muchos platos alrededor de 10. Limehouse es un poco terreno baldío, pero el lugar está justo enfrente de la estación DLR, por lo que es fácil llegar.
