The best restaurants serving Fast food food in City of London, Westminster London

They constantly kept trying to put people behind a barrier to wait which made it fu**ing awkward when walking round barging through people like how the hell does it make a difference were you wait?????? Your orders called you go up simple and yet again the order machine gave no receipt I told the man at the till he gave me one from day before and I was waiting for ages as I didn't know and the security guard was calling me a lier as if I was making it up for free food as if I'm that petty and I only a wrap it took so long and the wrap tasted stale never go there again there extremely rude in there also it's chaos

No sé por qué hay tanto odio en este lugar. Es un McDonalds. A MCDONALDS. ¿Por qué pagarías £2 por una hamburguesa y esperarías una estaca tierna de 24 oz de calidad de 5 estrellas? Nadie viene aquí por la comida, sino para pasar el rato con amigos. Si quieres tener un servicio de calidad, tal vez no seas barato y llegar a un buen restaurante.

Compré una mayonesa de huevo y baguette de tomate, que costaba poco menos de 6 libras, que podría manejar si estuviera sabrosa. Estaba lleno de pepinillo de pasas raro, tan extraño. Sabía asqueroso. ¡Compré un café descafeinado que sabía a agua caliente! Qué desperdicio de poco menos de diez . . ¡Aléjate!

Its a bit on the rush side, i recommend always asking which are the most recently taken out from the oven. And their pastries are great as always. No seating area just standing but staff are always great

Totalmente bien un par de hamburguesas Veggie Whopper de este lugar, como una comida para llevar. El orden era fluido, y el personal era decente, como siempre. El servicio fue rápido.

Awful experience yesterday at this place. My niece was charged £14.00 for a small bottle of water. Thankfully she paid for it with apply pay and noticed straight away. She told the staff what had happened and wanted the refund for the amount that was overcharged. This then escalated into the staff saying they were not able to do this and would we like the value of the amount in food instead! This was not an option to us as we were all booked into a restaurant half an hour from this time! The staff were rude, unhelpful and were all laughing behind the counter. We really had to argue the case, we were told they didnt keep cash on the premises and there was nothing they could do abut it. After a very stressful 20 mins or so arguing the point with them, they gave us the cash back. We went out the shop and a customer who had witnessed the whole scenario came out and told us that the staff were actually all talking and laughing about the incident. Another member of the family went back into the shop to ask for the area manager details. The staff member went out the back and actually wrote the number on her arm!!!! Dreadful customer service and the staff should all be put onto a customer awareness training programme or sacked! Total scam!

I received my zinger burger which did not look very appealing. Looked nothing like the photograph and had one piece of lettuce. I asked the girl at the counter (magdra) if it could be changed. She didn’t even acknowledge me or anything I said to her she just turned around changed it and gave it back to me not apologising or saying here you go. It was rude. She needs a training course on customer service. It’s just common courtesy.
