I was charged twice for my meal, I asked for a declined receipt but they said they didn't have one, two days later I check my account and I've still been charged for two. Not only that but the las behind the till forgot to give me extra.hot wings I payed for.

Dear Ambala Sweets Customer Service Team, I am writing this email to express my deep disappointment and shock regarding a recent incident that occurred at the Ambala Sweets outlet in Whitechapel. As a loyal customer since 2010, I have always held Ambala Sweets in high regard, but the behavior of your manager on the evening of May 13th has left me extremely upset. On that particular day, I visited the Whitechapel outlet with two of my friends for a small meeting. While enjoying some singara and coffee, one of my friends kindly gave me two packs of yogurt as a gift. As my friends and I are fond of Ambala Sweets' various delicacies, such as laddu and kaju katri, I sought permission from my friend to approach the manager and exchange one of the yogurt packs for some laddu, as per your shop's policy of exchanging items with a receipt. To my surprise and disappointment, the customer service representative, who happened to be the manager on duty, rudely refused my request for an exchange. This incident occurred within minutes of the purchase, while we were still seated inside the shop. I was taken aback by this response, especially since I had invited my friends to enjoy your sweets and felt embarrassed in front of them. As a loyal customer and host of that meeting, I expected fair treatment and respect. I am writing this email to bring this matter to your attention and request appropriate action be taken regarding this incident. The behavior displayed by the manager on duty not only violated the principles of good customer service but also failed to uphold the standards of professionalism and respect that Ambala Sweets has built its reputation upon. As a valued customer, I would appreciate a response to this complaint, informing me of the actions you will be taking to address this issue and prevent such behavior from occurring in the future. I believe it is crucial to ensure that all customers are treated fairly and respectfully, irrespective of the circumstances. They constantly kept trying to put people behind a barrier to wait which made it fu**ing awkward when walking round barging through people like how the hell does it make a difference were you wait?????? Your orders called you go up simple and yet again the order machine gave no receipt I told the man at the till he gave me one from day before and I was waiting for ages as I didn't know and the security guard was calling me a lier as if I was making it up for free food as if I'm that petty and I only a wrap it took so long and the wrap tasted stale never go there again there extremely rude in there also it's chaos

Estafa absoluta - 30 patatas fritas con queso y cobrado £ 4. 66 así que básicamente -pude ver que escatimaban razón por la que contaba- seriamente 15. ¡5 peniques por una sola patata frita no grande! ¡Nunca más deberían avergonzarse! ¡Más engañarme por ir allí!

Awful experience yesterday at this place. My niece was charged £14.00 for a small bottle of water. Thankfully she paid for it with apply pay and noticed straight away. She told the staff what had happened and wanted the refund for the amount that was overcharged. This then escalated into the staff saying they were not able to do this and would we like the value of the amount in food instead! This was not an option to us as we were all booked into a restaurant half an hour from this time! The staff were rude, unhelpful and were all laughing behind the counter. We really had to argue the case, we were told they didnt keep cash on the premises and there was nothing they could do abut it. After a very stressful 20 mins or so arguing the point with them, they gave us the cash back. We went out the shop and a customer who had witnessed the whole scenario came out and told us that the staff were actually all talking and laughing about the incident. Another member of the family went back into the shop to ask for the area manager details. The staff member went out the back and actually wrote the number on her arm!!!! Dreadful customer service and the staff should all be put onto a customer awareness training programme or sacked! Total scam!

I received my zinger burger which did not look very appealing. Looked nothing like the photograph and had one piece of lettuce. I asked the girl at the counter (magdra) if it could be changed. She didn’t even acknowledge me or anything I said to her she just turned around changed it and gave it back to me not apologising or saying here you go. It was rude. She needs a training course on customer service. It’s just common courtesy.
