McDonald's in City of London, Westminster

They constantly kept trying to put people behind a barrier to wait which made it fu**ing awkward when walking round barging through people like how the hell does it make a difference were you wait?????? Your orders called you go up simple and yet again the order machine gave no receipt I told the man at the till he gave me one from day before and I was waiting for ages as I didn't know and the security guard was calling me a lier as if I was making it up for free food as if I'm that petty and I only a wrap it took so long and the wrap tasted stale never go there again there extremely rude in there also it's chaos

The food is good, although a little cold. The person who served me was rude to me because I told him that there was something wrong with my menu.

Bought a white coffee they gave me an expreso didn’t change it ask me to pay again by a very rude Nigerian girl I take was in charge Don’t go there absolutely disgusting customer service McDonald’s 😤

I'm hopping this review will reach to the management of this location. On 2nd of January on our way to BIG BEN me, my family and our friends from Spain we stopped on this location to have something to eat. After 10 minutes being very busy we found one table downstairs on the low level. The table was full of wasted food from other costumers being waiting about 10 minuets for someone of the staff to clean it. No this was the problem , this kind of issue can happen when is busy time ..... However, we order our food witch we have been waiting to be deliver to our table about 20 minutes. The food has been delivered cold and our two happy meals boxes were brought one inside the other. We said nothing being happy to get the food finally. When we shared our food we noticed that a bottle of water is missing, and then we realized the juice and sparkling bottle is missing too. As all this was not enough we notice for salat was no any spoon or fork . For this I had to go upstairs 2 times and claimed back my missing products from my order which I already payed for it. The staff was so rude and unprofessional....!!!. When finally we started eating and enjoying our cold meal one lady asked us to move our seats as she wants to go through to a small cupboard which was situated next to our table. The carpet was full of dust and wet, being explained to this person that we are eating and is not professional to be disturb for such a thing, plus our food can be contaminated. She didn't care about....! We had no result on this conversation and we had to stand up for this lady who passed our table so closely with this carpet . Dear Management, I have payed for a service which your unmotivated staff destroyed our diner and our moment. This is a McDonald's brand one of the famous location in the word and no any take-way food venue, the expectations are high

Waited for food for 55 minutes. staff were extremely rude. horrible queues. bad service. we will never be attending this restaurant again.

This staff member, her name is “Vendashi”, she was so kind and had a great service from her and the quality of the food was fantastic and i would definitely come back again.

Myself and my colleagues entered this establishment to satisfy my hunger and discuss our quarterly finance report. However, upon receiving my meal I was disgusted and horrified to discover they were not in fact chicken selects but MOZZARELLA STICKS! . This heinous misdeed has shocked me to my very core. Neither my colleagues or myself shall be returning to this establishment.

We went into the place primarily to use the toilets then we were going to order food. The toilets were disgusting. There were 3 cubicles to be shared between men and women. And as you can imagine with men using the toilet there was urine on the seats and on the floor. There was no toilet paper. My daughters wouldn’t use them. It put us off buying food. Having shared toilets is a nice modern equality idea and probably saves the restaurant space but the reality is it doesn’t work. I was very unhappy and uncomfortable to step into the room and find a man washing his hands at the sink. I thought either we or he had walked into the wrong toilets. Then the true horror of the situation was revealed. McDonalds really needs to up its cleaning regime if they expect men and women to share. Or ideally just have separate toilets.

I went inside and I order my 20 chicken nuggets as a meal. I got my order and took it home. Sit down start eating it And then my son had bit of his and a bit of bone was in it and he started chocking. This was outrageous and you need to sort out hygiene.

Discussing restaurant! Serve food and drink but but don't provide a toilet. They degraded my wife and wouldn't let her use the staff

Ordered ahead on the app. Went in to collect my order. Staff unengaging. Order ready quickly. It's McDonalds. I didn't expect anything else.

Been to better, been to worse. This looked like it needed a good clean but the staff were friendly and the food as good as it gets

The girl in the entrance should be model because everything what she does is just slow walking. She ignore customers, she is rude and useless. I like Mc Donald but not this place.

I have never eaten a McDonald's they disagree with me, but their ice cream desserts are fantastic, ordered & paid for on the touch screen TV, which worked well the staff did not seem to understand much English, perched ourselves on 2 fixed stools overlooking the Charing Cross Road, drug dealers, pickpockets & thieves, the 2 raspberry McFlurrys was excellent all for just £2.98.

I would never comeback to this Macdonalds again! Staff doesn’t seem to know what they are doing.....

so busy yet staff are fast and eficient and still room to sit upstairs or down, just perfect after a Big London show.
