I've been visiting Hirst Bakery for a number of years now. The bread and baked items are made on the premises and therefore have a freshness and deliciousness. Great for takeaway teas, coffees and sandwiches, etc also. The staff are really friendly and helpful; the prices very reasonable for such high quality baking. Artisan baking at sensible prices.

Couldn't fault a single thing, great service, price and quality bakes- will be returning frequently. Will also be recommending to all my friends and family

Love this place. Me and my family have been visiting for years and years. Always a warm welcome and has a proper, old school family bakery feel.

Love the yummy food produced here, wonderful baked treats, sandwiches, artisan breads and yummy salads. This delightful bakery has been on this site for decades. Run by a kind and friendly team headed up by the owner Lauren who took over managing the business when her dad retired. She has made this the delightful bakery it is today.

Has been around for years and never fails to disappoint. Has an old school feel, but with lots of vegan options at the sandwich bar. Staff are lovely and prices are reasonable.
