The best restaurants serving Fast food food in Northern Ireland

This place is a joke, they open whenever they want. The hours advertised are pointless. The food can be very hit & miss, chips can be very greasy & undercooked, or sometimes overcooked & way too crunchy that they'd break your teeth. Staff can be quite rude too, for instance they gave me an extra jumbo chip that I didn't order, and I didn't realise till I got home. I got my wife to ring back & they tried to say I ordered 3 jumbo chips, not 2. But I am 100% sure I ordered 2, and my wife heard me order them too. They basically weren't gonna do anything about it, so I rang them back myself & told they I'm sure I ordered 2 jumbo chips, as there was only 2 of us eating. They then said for me to bring the extra chips back, I said I'm not driving back in to give you something I didn't ask for, I live 6 miles away, so I said ok then send your delivery driver to collect them, then she said we will sort you out the next time by giving us the price of a jumbo chips off our order. They really have no manners with dealing with customers. They forgot a portion of goujons I ordered via their delivery before & I could have asked for them to be re-delivered but didn't to save them having to drive to my house again, but when they messed up they wanted me to drive back to them, that's a really stinking attitude. And the prices are ridiculous too, you could eat in a restaurant for close to the same price.

Foods great and reasonably priced Judith served us and she was brilliant and friendly

First visit and will not be my last. Ordered fish bites and they were amazing strips of white cod good perfectly massive portion.

My wife and I were over from Canada in Carrickfergus visiting relatives and we got fish and chip suppers the other night. Everything was awesome, the portion size was great and we really loved the chips.

Ate in here a couple of weeks during a weeks visit. Staff were friendly and attentive, the place was clean and the food was ready in an acceptable time. 2 of our party both said the haddock was the nicest fish they had had in years and the burgers were also delicious .

Great and traditional fish and chip saloon. The oldest in Belfast. Highly recommend trying here, even if you’re not from the area. We travel here from Holywood

Very tasty Friday night tea. Staff were friendly, shop was very clean, portions were good and fairly priced.

Best cod supper ever congratulations fryers Glen 10 / 10 . Had fish and chips my wife had portion of cod and pastie delicious

I had ordered my food by phone and when I picked it up it was sitting 🙃 on the counter almost cold,this has happened me before I can't understand why the top of the hot cabinet above fryer has all the empty fish boxes and all orders sit in the cold until picked up. Not good enough. Need to get their act together.

Have ordered delivery twice and twice it's hasn't arrived very poor service will never use this chippy again hi David I ordered it at 1846 and it arrived after I'd put the review on at 2016 an hour and a half later and wasn't that warm had to heat it in oven

If they delivered they'd pay be in my Top 3 😁 😁. Sadly no delivery 😢 😔

Nice chips but fish was small and thin.

Homely, friendly and delicious. Just be sure to check how busy it is, this is one justifiably busy place.

Was looking forward to a big juicy burger as advertised got a grey disc in a bap...cheese on top of the bread nowhere near the burger to melt Windsor Park Special...not the Bethany I once knew and loved used to be amazing

Beyond a joke, 3 times in a row i have went to it and all 3 times my order has been wrong! Young staff have no clue what their doing, will not be going back
