Lovely food, fast service, friendly staff....what's not to like?

Has gone down hill badly, it's not good when you call in for a feed and you have to leave half off it because its uneatable.

Busy wee cafe, ate salad burger and chips, large portion of hot tasty well made chips. Reasonable price £7.30

It is always nice to get a lovely fry in the morning and Nite Bite is most definitely the place to come to.

Went here with a partner for a meal. My partner order a soup and roll. When the meal arrived they had gave her soup and a nap and never said anything. I went up to ask for a roll and the staff said we haven’t got any. I had orders myself a lamb kebab box and when it arrived I noticed the kebab meat did not look good at all. I did try and eat it and as soon as I tasted it, it was horrible and made me sick to my stomach. Within a few minute my stomach had got really upset and I was unable to eat anything on the plate, I went up and complained about the food I said I was unable to eat the kebab meat it was really bad. The member of staff said sorry and went over to the owner and explained that my food was bad and I was unable to eat it. The owner looked at me and said there is nothing wrong with the food and to charge me full price. I was totally shocked as my food was still on the plate and the food was not eatable. The member of staff seemed embarrassed and came back over to me and said sorry again about that

I was in for lunch to day, the food was lovely and the staff where attentive.. Will definitely be back again soon

Lovely food great service both sit in and take away

My wife and I dropped in at 2045 on Saturday evening. There was someone eating there inside the restaurant we were told only takeaway allowed. I ordered and paid, waited outside then went in after 5 min asked to use the toilet. The owner/manager said " it's just been cleaned for tomorrow morning", I said OK and can I use it. She repeated her statement. So I just took my food and left. We ate outside the restaurant it was only ok tasteless. Would never go back I felt I was treated like that because of my accent. Will never go back obviously.

Lovely little place to eat , clean and food is cooked in plain sight , we try to get here a couple of times per month for a big keto friendly fry and it has always been super . Nice efficient,friendly staff and superb value.

For a cafe its very clean and has a 5 star food hygiene rating. Everything home cooked. Reasonably priced and also great for a fry up.

I have their lunch specials regularly and they are delicious. Just had peppered chicken, chips and carrots today and was as good as ever.

This is a great wee diner. Doesn't look like much from outside but is clean and staff are very welcoming. Great value fast food, the dinners are excellent and good quality desserts. Nothing fancy but guaranteed good food and really cheap.

I am sorry to say that, this visit wasn't good my mum asked for an egg and it didn't come unless we prompted the waitress and asked her where it was. When her dinner arrived the egg was runny.

I have stopped here on a number of occasions and I always receive great value, and have been served good simple food. The breakfast is very good and reasonably priced. The lunches offer excellent value for money. This is simple food at a reasonable price.
