Superbites in Newry and Mourne

Ate in here a couple of weeks during a weeks visit. Staff were friendly and attentive, the place was clean and the food was ready in an acceptable time. 2 of our party both said the haddock was the nicest fish they had had in years and the burgers were also delicious .

Good food but terrible staff, after spending over £40 on a sit in feed, when I asked for a dip I had to go back up to the tills and pay 60p for it before I got it, the woman working there was very ignorant, would put me off going back again, she told our 4 year old to get back to her seat when we were getting up to leave also.

I always pop in Superbites when I pass through Crossmaglen. Brilliant burgers-great meat, good brioche bap, bacon, crispy onion and sauce. Not soggy or wet. The chips are very good too and never a problem with the service.

Really rude staff, a woman working there made a complete embarrassment of me at lunch time today complete unacceptable behaviour and really needs a lesson on how to treat the public. Unsatisfactory and it spoiled my lunch. Very upset customer will not be returning.

Very annoying that you have to stand at the door and look at the menu instead of sitting down and looking at it. Felt very rushed to order and had no time to choose. Apart from that the food is nice.

Food was not great. Frozen burgers claiming they are fresh. I asked for some extra cheese and was given a cheese slice. They seem to have only one bottle of ketchup to share among all the diners. It was a lack lustre experience

Even here several times over the years and it never lets me down either the take away or the restaurant. Very clean and staff most helpful. Highly recommend the take away for fish and chips and the restaurant for more of your healthier options!

Really good fish and chips. Very reasonably priced. The place is spotless. Kids and family bargain menus available. Highly recommended

the take away is dead on for a quick fix feed. it'll take the hunger out off you but it wont fill you for a long period of time. but still handy for something quick. I know there is a restaurant too I haven been in it so I cant comment on it.

i arrived here and i met a few elderley ladies who just about said hello to me and one of then took my order i ordered Fresh cod and chips it came in a oldstyle box which i liked but the fish was soo greasy i was very dissapointed! the chips where fine, i felt sick the whole evening after it i would return for the chips but nofish

Well what can I say when I was there I sampled the fish and chips WOW Fantastic both there take away and restaurant are brilliant. They have a great lunch and they will take Euro if you find your out of sterling. Great position in the town on the square . The chips are a treat to behold.

I just popped into here today for a coffee and got recommended their breakfast. The portions were huge and well cooked and presented. The menu price was inexpensive - £4.50 for breakfast with 9 different items and coffee. Well worth a visit.

I use this restaurant on a regular basis as the food is very good and reasonably priced.The restaurant is attached to the fast food part of the business so the food is quick and freshly prepared. The restaurant is small and holds about 25 people and is very popular with the local people as it is always busy. It is very clean and also does takeaway dinners like roast beef,turkey and ham etc. Well worth a visit.. Wifi would be a bonus though as phone signal in this area is very very poor.
