The fish was about inside the batter was soggy and chips were to hard ad chicken nuggets taste terrible so we won't be back the place hasn't changed

Stopped in to pick up a takeaway extremely friendly and helpful staff. The food was a huge portion and the fish was lovely as were the chips, would highly recommend.

Kind hearted & good food I ordered a fish supper then came to pay and......oops I hadnt come with cash. Went to shops down the road to get cashback but you cant from tap only so I reported back as I thought this was only fair and becasue I had found about £3 in odd coins wouldnt accept, but demanded I took the meal! Very kind gesture, we enjoyed it, it was good and we'll be back to repay our dues

We weren't sure what to order but the staff asked us what we liked and made us a fabulous bespoke feast! We'll defo be back next time we're in the area.

Once again mark produced 2 amazing meals for us his famous Christmas chip and a full monty a chip with everything on it and his kebab meat and sauce is better than you will get out of a kebab shop I know one person who is definitely going to miss her Christmas chip she always said they are great thanks again mark your food is amazing 😛

After placing an order to my home, was advised that they won’t deliver down the road to another part of BT38. Spoke to some simple person on the phone who doesn’t understand and slammed the phone down. Avoid! Plus cheeky owners response shows exactly how unprofessional they are!

My mother my partner and I were over from Aberdeen and we went here thinking it was another chipper but found dillingers instead the reception we got from arrival to getting our food was 1st class great place people and amazing food will definitely be back when we come home again from the Belfast guy and partner and lady on crutches

Sunday evening, didnt feel like cooking for one so decided on fish and chips. Googled for ones near me and found dillingers so as it was the first time and I wanted to be able to drive away if i didnt fancy it, I drove there and ordered. Couple running it very pleasant and helpful. Ordered cod supper and drove home. First of all it would have done two people! Fish was lovely, not thick portions (which I do like) but thin with lovely batter. Chips were not at all greasy and were nice and fluffy. Excellent value. Premises seemed very clean and hygiene was obviously a high priority. I mentioned it was my first visit and they smiled and said ‘you will be back’ and reminded me of delivery options etc. They are right, I will be back and ive already told friends about it.

Just had roast chicken supper with pepper sauce best chips in carrickfergus was absolutely delicious this is now my new chippy go to highly recommend it.

Ordered 3 times now from Dillingers and every time we have received 5* meals. My only complaint is that we usually can't finish what we ordered as there is just so much. Highly recommend these guys 👍👍👍

Unfortunately I did not enjoy my food. Burger was burnt and tasteless and chips hard. My daughter enjoyed the chicken goujons. Really disappointed.

Best chippy in Co Antrim, we absolutely love the food, loads of choice, good portion sizes and really tasty, not greasy either, we've never had a bad meal. Staff are lovely and the food is delivered fresh and warm and we've never had to wait too long, although it's always worth any wait!

What a great chippy to only discover. Food was excellent, hot & not greasy like some. Delivered quickly and was surprised to have received an extra meal with my order only to phone and discover that the proprietor does this gesture on a regular basis to customers. How thoughtful! Well done Dillingers. Highly recommend. (Also their sausage supper meal contains 3 sausages) 👍

Absolutely delicious Sunday treat. Chips were perfect and not at all greasy; nice and crispy on the outside and light and fluffy inside. My better half had fish and chips while I enjoyed the sliced chicken supper with fried onions, home made stuffing and pepper sauce. The staff were friendly and the premises were spotlessly clean. I can not recommend Dillingers strongly enough. Well done to Mark and his staff. This was our first visit, but we will definitely be back.

I hate chippies usually. However this place is my favourite place to eat! The food is always cooked to perfection & staff friendly. The chippy itself is so clean. Not like the usual chip shops in carrick. Love the sliced chicken, chips and pepper sauce 😋
