The best restaurants serving Fast food food in England

Unfortunately it seems that standards have slipped since my last visit. what little staff they had seemed to be running around like headless chickens and I had to wait to be served. Unfortunately my food order was cold. They did replace the order however with no apologies. In whole not a great experience.

Got the order wrong, plain burger had cheese in and it was ready 15 minutes before the other four, bad service, poor hygiene

I got onto Just Eat for a kebab last night at 12.45. They never came - and never explained why. They had all my details including email and mobile phone. I want my money back

The food was good I was living in Salis ury at the time and was in gosport over night food was delightful thank you. Xx Well donr

Waste of time. Take a delivery order, advise its being prepared leave you waiting, then tell you they're closed 2 hours later.

Horrible chips. Cold, chewy and scabby. They had obviously been around for several hours and reheated at least once. The service was poor, to compliment the food.

Just had one of The best kebabs from here, unbelievable flavour. under new management, fantastic service! Highly recommend! Thanks guys

Meal was delivered to wrong address. When we received it it was cold. Sent it back. Five minutes later another meal turned up was told was fresh. Clearly same meal and still cold. They Refused to accept this and got refund

I went to buy dinner on Sunday 16th June 2024 at 10:20 pm. They advertised the caramelised onion Humous dip (extra topping) for £1, the manager wanted to charge me £1.50 for no reason. She said the advert was wrong, was very rude and unprofessional and told me that she would not charge me the advertised price. I informed her that it was advertised for £1 and should be charged that amount. She refused and became extremely rude. When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it to me and went into her office.

When I arrived at the store to collect my order, Mr Zainal, the store assistant asked for the code. I then asked if he was referring to the order ID which I showed him but he ignored me and answered no, it is the 4 digit code, without providing him the 4 digit code, he wouldn't be able to get me my order. I then asked him if he could help me find the code and he replied he didn't know, I placed the order and I should have and I should know the code. I then explained I was never given a 4 digit code and I was never asked for one. There were other customers in the store so I didn't want to hold them up and I suggested him could assist with other customers first He said no, let him sorted with my problem first, and he took my device then finally, he said to me the 4 digit code is the last 4 digits in the order ID. Why on earth did he have to make things complicated, I mentioned twice that if the code is the order ID.

We order from here so much (too much its not normal) tonight Aug 4th ordered the usual food its always hot so no complaints there however tonight was the opposite expierence to what we normally get. We got a call saying your food had been sat here for 20mins are you coming? Confusing to us as they no us and deliver here all the time. Anyway they said sending it now, literally not even 5 mins it arrives so the same burger and pizza that the guy told us had been sat for 20 mins had been run through again so is now so burnt u cant eat it and the burger is so wet and sloppy Just awful. The delivery driver showed up and gave me the receipt which showed it was for collection however the receipt isn't ours as its for a pizza kebab burger chips 2 dips and 3 cans of pop. So annoyed especially when everything costs so much these days but once the food had left them they couldn't care less. Terrible

went to the subway near recycle tip at worksop and decided to call instead of going somewhere else. there was nobody else in when we entered the music very loud so the girl behind had to keep asking me what i wanted, i had to keep asking her what she said. there were two assistants sat talking vey loud. before we left there were three asssitants sat.the sandwich was ok and the tea. we do like the subway usually but definately not that one

Rock solid fries and rock solid chicken nuggets it was absolutely disgusting they must of overcooked them or reheated them absolutely unbelievable!!!

Arrived and waited to order. The music was so loud staff couldn’t even hear customers talking. I mentioned the loudness of the music and they sarcastically offered to turn it down (it was nightclub volume). Ordered a tunacado to go. Waited for it to be made whilst being deafened by the music and watching staff dancing round and singing rather than working. The woman behind me was also complaining about the noise. Took my sandwich home to find virtually no avocado in it and it was too salty to eat. All in all a bad and expensive waste of money.

I have done a review before, on the hope things might have changed I thought I would retry. No things have not changed the server was lovely this time and the food was ok. But the place was absolutely disgusting including the toilets. It was around 3pm that we ate there where lots of tables empty everyone needed clearing and wiping down. Not happy. Sorry Burger King I’ve tried twice, I will not now go back.
