Rock solid fries and rock solid chicken nuggets it was absolutely disgusting they must of overcooked them or reheated them absolutely unbelievable!!!

I had never been to Macdonalds at 10am, In fact I have only been to Macdonalds a few times overall, I asked for a cheeseburger and a thickshake, the guy on the drivethrough said we are still on breakfast, I asked what they were and didnt like any of the options, so I said I would leave it. I didnt realise I couldnt get out and had to sit for ages whilst others paid and then collected their orders at the next section. When I got to the pay section I asked, is it too late to get a thickshake, the young girl laughed and said I dont know what that is, I didnt realise they called them milkshakes?? She thought it was hilarious and I proceeded to say 'Yes it is hilarious isnt it?' She was rude and didnt help at all. She said they hadnt got any available. I left with nothing and wouldnt go back again. Useless staff.

I visited McDonalds Elder Gate yesterday evening. I was looking forward to trying the new Italian Stack burger and my partner wanted one of the coolers. Upon arrival there were a lot of unhappy customers standing around. When I went to order I was told that they weren’t doing anything from the summer menu - this meant no Italian stack burgers. I was also told that there were no milkshakes, McFlurrys, iced drinks, coolers, ketchup or curry sauce. I made my order of a quarter pounder and waited. While I was waiting the girl behind the til (slightly larger, wearing a t-shirt instead of the normal crew uniform, black nose ring in right side nostril and ginger-ish hair) was being extremely rude to the Deliveroo drivers. The way she was speaking to them was very patronising and condescending - they are just trying to do their job. Please can some feedback/retraining be provided on how these people are spoken to/treated? Thank you

order wrong again. this is why people work for mcdonalds as there to much of a moon to do anything better. idiots all of them. simple task of a burger becomes nuggets again brain dead morons every member of every mcdonalds.

Stopped off at this restaurant on my way home using the drive through. Placed my order of Mozerrella Dippers and Grand Big Mac. Arrived home to no Salsa Dip........key part of dippers if there is nothing to dip in. Also no napkins provided - Grand Big Mac quite messy. Poor attention to detail by staff - expected better.

No blue badge spaces available, both occupied with no blue badges visible. Both stayed for at least 40 mins. Person with us has mobility issues, limited walking and not good up and down kerbs. Had to park elsewhere. This is why us blue badge holders don’t bother going out, are McDonald’s ever going to check their accessible spaces are being used properly? Lots of staff seen going out with grill orders but not bothering to move long stayers on. There’s a reason folk have a blue badge!!

I've eaten here once a quarter for the last 4 years or so. Every time I come here I am struck by how clean the lace is and how friendly and helpful the staff are. They are often out in front of the counter offering to take trays, asking how the meal has been, and the place is generally spotless. A credit to the store manager and his/her team.

It was a rotten day, traffic was gridlocked and I was hungry and thirsty. So I dropped into mcdonalds where there was one other customer being served, after which the staff, and there were many, had a bit of a chat while I read the menu. Having decided, I waited to be served. They looked at me and carried on chatting. And still I waited. While they chatted. All of them. Looked at me again and still carried on chatting. I can't comment on the food - it would not have been worth the wait. Sk I left, still hungry.

Macdonald's is never going to be the restaurant of choice but we all have times when it's a convenient option. I must say I was really impressed with what this outlet had to offer for children's entertainment upstairs. - iPads with games Ok so they weren't all working, but hey IT is never perfect! - Games that projected onto the floor - brilliant fun - table covers with crayons on each table which allowed you to colour them, complete word searches and all sorts of activities - fabulous! Clean toilet facilities, clean restaurant and overall a good standard. It has changed my view on Macdonald's!

Ok but as with most McD, you don't get a lot value for your money, and feel hungry an hour later unless you a lot more

Best McDonalds I've ever been to. Brilliant and friendly staff. Food was served on time and cooked to perfection. Everything was nice, quiet and good looking inside restaurant. Definitely the best one in and around Milton Keynes and probably the area. Definitely recommend it and would definitely go back. 😀

`Bins overflowing, tables left with the last diners garbage on them, chips and the likes on the floor, staff propping up the hot-press with no regards for waiting customers and if you have the audacity to bring it to the managers attention do not expect him to give one jot!....never again.

It's Mcdonald's food so obviously it's not going to be Cordon Bleu but it's really handy if you need a stop off if you're on a long journey or you need to use the drive-through (in a taxi) after a night out and you get the munchies! There's a petrol station right next to it which is super handy. The service is always quick and efficient.

I meet up with friends quite regularly at this McDonald's pit stop. It is convenient to meet up with those who live in and around Milton Keynes. The building inside and out is always clean and the food is exactly what you would expect. I like their coffee better than any of the coffee chains and collect the little stickers on the side of the coffee mugs for a free coffee too. There is sufficient parking space, but when it is busy around lunch and dinner time there are spaces enough outside of the car park, nearby. I've never driven away because i could not find a space in their car park as I've always been able to park nearby. I have always been treated with respect and courtesy, especially as I always ask for fries straight out of the pan. I never accept fries that have been standing on the back rack of their dispensers. I am a bit of a slow eater so the fries need to be piping hot when I take them to my seat, otherwise they tend to be cold by the time I have eaten them, which is why I like them fresh out of the pan. it is fair to say that when there are children around it can - like any other McDonalds' be a bit noisy, but that is life isn't it? I am not put off using this cafe because of children. If you need a quick coffee or a meal McDonald's is as good as it gets.
