Ordered a delivery. The drink,sides and "sub"were completely wrong. The sub was cold and not toasted,the 500ml sugar free pepsi was 375mm full sugar. Chrisps and cookie missing. Refund refused

6 pcs of chicken but found 2 were chicken carcasses with just a few scraps of meat, otherwise just bone, 2 dry breast cuts and 2 drummers, no thighs. Uber Eats driver took only 4 minutes to deliver but it arrived cold and no napkins were provided. Chicken coating doesn’t have much flavour and it was quite soggy. Overall not worth the money and won’t order here again. A generous 2 stars.

Have massively improved,been a Chichester resident for years and this was always an okay place But being very limited kebab wise in Chichester went between here and charcoal grill Don’t no if new owners or if they have just upped there game Last two meals from these have been excellent Got a sauce wrong,but owner sent a new kebab straight away and delivered himself Was well cooked and bacon was crispy Great place please continue

Esto es un agradecimiento al personal de este McDonalds. Mis padres de 91 y 92 años de edad visitaron hoy y estaban llenos de elogios para las dos jóvenes que les ayudaron. Por lo que mi papá me dijo que tenían casi servicio de mesa. El personal tomó su orden, luego les encontró asientos, entregó la comida, tomó el dinero y regresó al cambio. Sí, pagan en efectivo. Breakfast absolutely awful! We had a double sausage and egg muffin absolutely awful the egg was like rubber! Also a bacon and egg muffin also dreadful! This is not food! It should not be served!

Meal was delivered to wrong address. When we received it it was cold. Sent it back. Five minutes later another meal turned up was told was fresh. Clearly same meal and still cold. They Refused to accept this and got refund

When I arrived at the store to collect my order, Mr Zainal, the store assistant asked for the code. I then asked if he was referring to the order ID which I showed him but he ignored me and answered no, it is the 4 digit code, without providing him the 4 digit code, he wouldn't be able to get me my order. I then asked him if he could help me find the code and he replied he didn't know, I placed the order and I should have and I should know the code. I then explained I was never given a 4 digit code and I was never asked for one. There were other customers in the store so I didn't want to hold them up and I suggested him could assist with other customers first He said no, let him sorted with my problem first, and he took my device then finally, he said to me the 4 digit code is the last 4 digits in the order ID. Why on earth did he have to make things complicated, I mentioned twice that if the code is the order ID.

The staff at this restaurant are really friendly and to be fair to them they served us quickly on a busy Saturday afternoon. The food was cooked well and was cooked fresh too as it was red hot. The restaurant itself was dirty. I don’t know if this was because they were really busy and didn’t have chance to clean the tables or if it is always like this. The bins were over flowing and the table we were sat at was disgusting. I’d like to see if it is the same on a quiet day. I am unsure if I will be back.
