KFC in Hertsmere

Went in for a snack yesterday, 2 pieces of Chicken and fries came to £6.99 Absent minded I handed over a Tenner and went and sat down, the guy behind the counter found me and handed me my change which I had forgotten. Honesty and integrity is still alive!

(M25 services KFC) Terrible experience, just like the other reviews on here. Shocking disregard for customer safety, during Covid restrictions. The female server, wore her mask loosely hanging on her chin, only half covering mouth and not covering nose. Then insisted on handing food to me, which I refused and requested it to be put in the counter. The server clearly knew it was half on, as it was in not pulled down under her chin, it was simply not tightened / not put on properly.

Extremely slow, and watching Burger King nearby serving customers promptly just made the experience more irritating. We ordered 1 popcorn chicken and 2 drinks, one of which was bottled, and 10 minutes later we received are fairly cold meal. Worst KFC in England.

Unfortunately visiting here today, just a quick snack before continuing journey,lunch box x2 .very poor strips of chicken with new style chips or are they soggy steamed chips which I think I could have counted and not got passed 20... that for £3.99 each and a coffee for around £2.60 very poor

Ordering the food was quick and easy on the self service machines. It seemed to take a long time for our order to appear and the chicken was v dry and not very crispy. It was disappointing compared to other KFC’s I have visited
