went to the subway near recycle tip at worksop and decided to call instead of going somewhere else. there was nobody else in when we entered the music very loud so the girl behind had to keep asking me what i wanted, i had to keep asking her what she said. there were two assistants sat talking vey loud. before we left there were three asssitants sat.the sandwich was ok and the tea. we do like the subway usually but definately not that one

Visited with grandson after school pick by special request from him. 4 sandwiches made to order as requested with the fillings required. Service was very good, fast & efficient. Drinks were usual bottled out of the fridge. Good visit

Went subway on my way to work Staff were friendly and were there to help me to decide what was in each of the breads so I could pick the right one Brad was very pleasant and friendly he was professional and served with a smile Great food too I will definitely be back

Slow everytime I go, how hard is it to make a sandwich! Took 25 minutes! Then I get home to no meat in my BMT sandwich!!!

I have visited this subway many times and the staff have always been fantastic. So I was quite surprised to find a member of staff far from helpful tonight. I visited at around 7.30 and spoke to the member of staff ( a young lady with a head scarf type headband on ) it was quite obvious she didn’t want to be there. I ordered a foot long sub - no problem. I then ordered a Thai chicken salad - a face was pulled and she said what ? So I repeated my request. She then said I can’t do that I don’t have the sauce left. I have had this many times and know it is only chicken in sweet chilli sauce. I mentioned it to her and she didn’t seem happy that I knew this and another face was pulled. I said ( laughing) what’s wrong don’t you know how to make it? She then had a think and decided she had no chicken to bake it even though I could see some in the display. I then in my annoyance told her to forget it all and walked out. As I did this I could hear her complaining about me to the two men in the shop that she was as obviously more interested. If she is a regular member of staff there she definitely needs more training in customer service as she has certainly put me off visiting there again.

All the staff was very help, got plenty of meat on my footlong sandwich, loads of salad to and enough bbq sauce. Always clean and tidy when i come. Just 1 bad point. I had a double chocolate chip cookie was hard. So i asked if i could change it and they said yes.... I would recommened people come to this subway. Staff are 100% helpful

Come for a quick bite in here,3 staff on all messing around,the entire restaurant is dirty,not 1 table clean and the toilets are a discrace,only 2 people eating in here so no excuse,food was okay though.

I'd lower your expectations of you would consider this franchise to be the same as all the other reliable subway store. I've only given it 2 stars because they manage to get the sandwiches right. First of all, took 5 mins for the staff to stop talking and serve any customer. There was no bread available - only Italian Herb and Cheese, and Wheat. Secondly once I'd manage to order my sandwich on different bread, I got into a debate with one of the assistants about using a Purple Voucher Book voucher. I first asked if the store took PVB vouchers, and was met with a look of a team member who hasn't received the correct training. Another team member quickly pointed out, the store did. However, I received 1 fountain drink, and when I requested another I was told I would have to purchase it. I quickly referred to the black and white print on the voucher but was met, still, with that I would have to pay for it, and was told the store had numerous "attempts" from customers to get the extra fountain drink free of charge. I asked for the voucher back and read the terms and conditions out to him, eventually I managed to get the point across, to which he gave me the cup and quickly walked in the back with the rest of the staff looking bewildered Poor training, poor service, not experienced in ensuring the right amount of stock available, no respect for customers. Could be a great franchise, but needs work on staff and management.

For a change visited Tesco and called into this new outlet for Subway lunch deal. The service was excellent as we were novices visiting Subway stores. The food was fresh, drinks were dispensed and the deal included cookies. Overall we enjoyed our food and would certainly call in again.

Awful food , scabby bits of fries not full length chips, once again no milkshake , had to have a container full of ice with flat unfizzy so called Coca-Cola, absolutely disgusting, straight down the sink!! Don’t get me started on the quarter pounder with cheese, a fraction of the size they used to be , wafer thin burger,looks like it had been flattened by a steam roller, embarrassing to look at when you open the box, I’d like one that looks like the ones made for the tv commercial, total waste of money, my first McDonald’s for some years, definitely my last!!

Absolutely ridiculous can't change sauce on a big tasty to big Mac sauce, despite not having an issue doing this at other branches. Staff unhelpful, never again went to KFC instead

ABSOLUTELY USELESS THIS DOMINOS STORE. glitch in the system meant they charged me wrong, I ordered, paid, and then the app said it had been baked and was out for delivery. To be then called and told the order was being cancelled after over 30 mins of waiting for my food. I paid for my food and the order was taken so why has this happened. I’ve emailed many times and spoke to someone called Phoebe who’s as much use as a chocolate fireguard. This was over a week ago and I’ve still not even been refunded. My order should be fulfilled as it was taken and considering you haven’t even refunded me. SCUM BAGS THE LOT OF YOU
