The best restaurants serving Fast food food in England

I’ve given them 1 because I can’t go any lower. So they were booked to cater for my granddaughters christening. The food never arrived when it should have done!! 1 3/4 hours later. It came. It was totally burnt, stank to high heaven and everybody sent it back. Thank you for ruining my granddaughters christening. A lot of hungry people. Shame on you that you think it’s acceptable to send food out like that 😡

A great little gem of a place. Been here with original owners for 30+ years. It's the first time been here for years and I did wonder if it had changed.Their kebabs are perfect. Fresh crisps salad, yummy chips and tasty food 😋 just like they were in the late 1990s 😜 Thanks guys 👍🏻

14 year old daughter treated terribly. Card declined through no fault of her own. She got her purse out to pay with cash and server just shouts out her to leave. Made her feel like she was a criminal. Would she have done that to an adult. I thought not until I read some reviews about this Sutton branch. I will not be using it.

I just had this and I feel sick, and I do have a very Brave stomach, There half peri chicken was falling apart and Really dry, there chips were just about edible for me anyway, and there pizza was overcooked

Don't recommend, they are asking you for salad and everything for take away and when you get home , surprise no salad 👍

Unable to get a simple order right. Customer service from delivery driver and staff at takeaway was appalling. I would not recommend, life it too short to for the ag ordering from here causes.

The staff was very Unfriendly and rude. The worst experience. Just wasted my money hahaha. Even didn’t want to give one star.🤢🤯

Getting a bit of feed up of the service at Macdonlads generally. It's meant to be a fast food restaurant and having ordered from the app, table service or drive thru it has taken us about 15 minutes on average to get our food.

3rd time my order has been wrong from Mcdonalds App. This time I decided to go in and complain. Big mistake as the manger didn't care and said it wasn't her problem and she couldn't sort it and give us the food we had ordered. She said that I had to complain via Uber as Mcdonald weigh the orders before sending out. Why they don't check them with their eyes is beyond me but be warned trying to get your food or a refund isn't easy.

Don't know what I did in a past life to deserve that service. But we were asked to park up to get our food from the drive through, then 15 minutes later got cold fries and burgers. They were special order burgers and they were freezing cold. Glad the kitchen staff had a laugh though shame it's a the customer expense. To those that have ordered before... I am sorry

Often get my order wrong and I only find out when I'm home.

Came for drink after long journey ordered 2 drinks both were terrible no coffee in coffee no choclate in chocolate We asked server Jody who changed them both they were tad better but not great Jolie was very empathetic and really we should have called manager but having run in with him before we decided not to ruin another day Just glad your junior staff are helpful 😀

Should get rid of the rocket lettuce.. stick to iceberg lettuce
