If I could put 0 stars for that poor excuse of âserviceâ I would, And the portions were what youâd feed a 6 month old baby. The service was bad to the extent that I ordered my McDonaldâs meal 15 minutes before the train and nearly missed it. This isn't gadgie burger no more , the stuff there producing now isn't hand made stuff its cheap and tacky ingredients must of been taken over as the stuff we received wasn't gadgie / dope burger standard it was ya classic hull fair cheap burger absolute shambles

Unfortunately it seems that standards have slipped since my last visit. what little staff they had seemed to be running around like headless chickens and I had to wait to be served. Unfortunately my food order was cold. They did replace the order however with no apologies. In whole not a great experience.

I am a manger in the same profession , I vaped not realising you could not , I was asked not to smoke , to which I replied I was not smoking I was vaping which I was told to go to another desk and I was been reimbursed by Josh your manager as he said I was arguing which I was not all he had to say was it is not companypoLicy not to vape ,( nothing in there signposted to say otherwise)I asked why when I had only corrected him he got very vocal I have worked on customer service for over 20 years and if this is how you train your staff for a late night venue I feel you may need to look at this issue ? He said he would be reimbursing me because apparently I had argued with him when I only corrected him, I said I would be complaining and the fact he and another of staff stood there laughing is a disgrace and not acceptable it is irrelevant wether you are an daytime customer or night your staff should all bee trained the same , if you wish me to come in have a face to face meeting with higher management with Josh, i am more than happy too because if you think this individual is a represent of your company you are seriously deluded
