The best restaurants serving Fast food food in West Midlands

First time coming to Birmingham and had mak halal extremely dissatisfied chicken was so chewy and disgusting, place stunk like cow poo. Would not recommend at all

Have been here a few times for a decent sandwich at lunch time. Got a fresh counter to pick from, bread pudding, sausage rolls, cooked breakfasts, samosas, chilled soft drinks it’s got everything you need. The staff are beyond lovely here, all local and really make you feel like you’re popping to see a member of the family, it’s really nice. Place gets pretty busy fast and then goes quiet again, very unpredictable but worth the wait. On street parking is a nightmare at times, busy bit of road so be mindful of that.

Not as good since it changed hands, but it's still very decent! Would recommend, always speedy and very reasonable prices, good taste! Veg needs to bigger

Visited the van at Thoresby park food festival. I had one of the pulled meat boxes and the food was bang average for the price you pay, I wouldn’t mind paying the price if the food was full of flavour like I expected from the pictures, however it was very underwhelming. I was also met with very poor customer service, I asked for an extra fork for my partner and was met by a very rude and stroppy gentleman as if I hadn’t just paid £14 for his underwhelming product and service. Very unfortunate for something with such potential, I would not recommend.

Lovely atmospere, hearty, warm food reasonable prices.

One of if not the best in shrewsbury, foods always hot and tasty the fish is so white not greasy can not fault it know sometime you have to wait but don't mind that for good quality food. Nice to also be acknowledged when you walk in

We visited the Pershore road branch of this restaurant. After reading the good reviews we were so excited to try this place. We ordered the £50 mixed grill skewer - It was a huge platter, but mostly filled with salad but there's not even £10 worth of meat. The chicken wings in the platter was so undercooked, the blood was still dripping inside. The lamb fillet was hard as rock, we couldnt chew or cut. The purple cabbage in the salad smelled awful, it spoiled the whole experience. We were very disappointed, and finally had to fill us up with the chips and saffron rice which was bathed in oil. The dessert was just ok, nothing special as it described in the menu. The ambience was nice, and the host was friendly. But the food wasn't really worth the money. Will never visit again.

Great chippy, parking ain't great and cash only.

This is not a cheap chippy, the food is good and up to recently the portions for decent, however recent experience, our family order was noticeably smaller, if this happens again, I will find a better value chippy

Very bad experience order by phone 2 pizzas ask to come in 25min whent there after 15 min very negative attitude Ben told you come early we ask you 25min like this we don't waste each other time then wait in shop other 40min to get food so took 55 min for 2 pizza food tasteless not even kid wanted to eat
