I think that the person who had a bad meal must have had a bad day..I have used this chippy many a times. The fish is of good value as is the salad chips are good too.

Today ordered pizza, such a soggy crust and with little cheese on top really wastage of money

If you want a greasy, gristly, fatty mess served by someone who puts their fingers on your food as they place it on the tray - this is just the place.

the guy delivered my food somewhere else, and later he come back to me with someone else food, I ordered Donet and chicken wrap and I got burger and chicken nuggets. well done

Have used this one a few times since Summer 2020 (lockdown) as a takeaway for shish kebab. I decided to write a review as clearly the quality has improved from the other comments. The chicken shish was well marinated and cooked. The online ordering allows you the option to manage what salad is desired. The options also allow for comments. The children's meal options were good and my children enjoy their food. As stated I have had a few meals from here now and not been disappointed.

Food was delivered on time but the cold drinks were in the same bag as the food and was therefore not very hot. The food was not in an insulated bag either, just a supermarket carrier bag.

food took 2 hours to come and when arrived it was so greasy and cold, would not order again, was one of the worst kebabs we had. we ordered the loaded meat and chips with cheese, it would make more sense to have the meat first, then the chips on top with the cheese, having the chips on the bottom allowed for all the grease from the kebab and cheese to swim in it leaving it the worst chips we have had

They don't know how to do their job, they are deaf and don't understand anything, and I would say one of them doesn't even understand English properly, he acts very important as if he were some kind of shop owner on the phone. I won't list what exactly happened, but they are rude, they lie and convince you of something you didn't even order. If you cant add simple chips on the system than whats it like on ubereats or just eat?
