Great food but they let themselves down with the expensive delivery price!!

I was very pleased with the food being hot, early & tastes nice but for the price I was extremely disappointed that we had no chips with the kebabs! I’ve never known a kebab not supply chips with the kebab itself!

Great food, fresh, tasty and not greasy. Good sized portions.

Food arrived luke-warm. Missing parts of the order and when I rang the restaurant was met with someone extremely rude and was simply told “what do you want me to do about it”. They refused to deliver the missing items or issue any sort of refund. Absolutely appalling, would give this restaurant a miss.

It’s not arrived and the app says it has.

The burger was good. The chips were warm. Probably due to being 40 minutes late. No communication from the restaurant to say they are delayed. More annoyingly I had to pay £4.50 for delivery. Don’t think I’ll use them again !!!!!

Poor communication regarding delivery told us a time then was late due to a lack of drivers. Should tell customers before and be honest.

Tasty as always but chips could have been slightly hotter but then I like my food really hot but no complaints from anyone else

Food was tasty, but pitta seemed small compared to normal and we couldn’t fit hardly any of the kebab in. Sauce was missing from one. But still tasted good.

Meat was hot but Pitta bread was hard and the lamb Donna was tasteless. Chicken was plentiful and succulent and there was lots of salad

Don’t know why it’s so expensive for a basic kebab Ive had a lot better for a lot less. Delivery price also ridiculous I live 2 minutes away.

Well, where do I start.. thought I would order the semi mixed kebab and pot of chilli sauce. Food arrived more than 30 minutes early (delivery lady very nice and friendly). The doner and chicken meat was wrapped with 2 pitta breads, with chilli sauce over the top, and it had been sent in just 1 sheet of wrapping paper, so when it was opened, the paper was soaked with juices, so immediately had to use a plate, which I never want to do. Whilst the food was tasty, the portions were atrocious!! So small, so for a smallnportionnof meat and 4 or 5 pieces of chicken, it was almost 13 quid! It doesn't end there... the pot of chilli sauce, which is usually 50p to 90p anywhere else was £1.60!! Really??? ND THERE IS MORE!!! Delivery fee charged from Station Road Rainham was £4.50!!!!!! What a rip off!! Al in all, a small mixed meat "snack" cost over £20 which is absurd. It should be no more than 13 or 14 pounds, Delivered!!! Very VERY disappointed!! Mick DONE

Food was superb, fresh tender chicken, fresh crunchy salad and really tasty chilli sauce. Well done will definitely be ordering again.

Terrible burger and chips tasted like oil should have been changed months ago. Waste of money. Max our dog woofed it down so it was alright as pet food I suppose...,.

Literally the worst kebab I have ever had! Spent nearly £40 on 2 combination kebabs and a portion of chips, the donner meat and lamb shish were inedible!

The Kebabs from this restaurant are good, but sadly they have once again increased their prices and not just by a small amount . You can now get kebabs which are just as good and cost a lot less from other kebab shops in the area. I am afraid for this household they have priced themselves out of the market and in future we will be buying our kebabs from an alternative shop. On top of the price increase they have the affront to charge £4.50 for delivery where as others charge £ 1.50 so add this cost into the increased cost of the food and it is just greedy and fleecing once loyal customers. There kebabs have gone up by almost £2.00 a time and there little pots of sauce have gone up from £1.00 to £1.60. 6 paltry chicken nuggets is now £6.95 which I feel is definitely taking the mickey out of every customer who uses this restaurant

Food arrived on time and was hot and good.

We never had bad experience from this place & a Frey days ago everything we’ve ordered was arrived good time , hot & tasty ! Only criticism it would be is large mix grill 2-3 person meal mostly was doner so we’ve hoped had more other meats equally would’ve be better! Thanks for good service 😄😋

Great food. Piping hot and order is always correct.

Got the order correct,but it has really got second rate. They have changed the dressing on salad and has hardly any taste at all, the ammount of liquid that run out was quite unacceptable. Asked for double cooked chips, we had to put them under the grill to crispen up, otherwise they were a portion of limp dicks. Shame really as when it was Rainham Grill the food was top notch and never had a complaint, but sorry to say they really gone down hill.

Great food as always food a little late but hot so you don’t mind so much.

Restaurant made a mistake with my order but was very polite and corrected error.

Probably one of the best kebab shops in Medway. Food is lovely but the prices have gone up and £4.50 for delivery is atrocious especially when I live a 2 min drive from the shop

Food was cold by the time it turned up. We called a couple of times and got told it would be with us any minute when in actual fact 30 mins later it arrived

Was told after placing order more than 1 hour until delivery, also didn’t realise until after paid delivery cost was £4.50 plus 50p surcharge think that is excessive. Having said that food was good

Food was early and tasted alright but I just can’t believe you charge £4.50 for delivery and then just eat 50p so £5 for delivery!!

Told us the food would be delivered at 19.15 then changed to 19:40 which wasn’t an issue until the food arrived over an hour late and cold. when I called the person on the other end of the phone was very rude

The delivery time advised by Just Eat wasn’t met by the restaurant. I received a notification to say my food was on its way, 30 mins later the food wasn’t here. When I called the restaurant I was met with a very rude member of staff who got irate at me asking questions on where my order was. It was evident that the order had been missed, understandable- these things happen I was told to cancel my order and claim the money back with just day if I didn’t want to wait, not an apology or gesture in sight.

Fantastic food, very quick service better then the other local deliveries. We will order again.

We are regular customers of RK but having to self isolate at the moment. Food was lovely, as usual.

Not really the quantity or the quality of food this evening after spending £32 expected a bit better

Cold, very small portions and part of order missing. Very disappointing

One of the poorest meals we have had. We asked for NO onions, so they gave us onions. Asked for Double cooked chips, what we got was chips just warm, and like rubber, felt like they were shown the fat at dinner time. Very disappointed, Not the usual quality we normally get. Pull your socks up, that was not even worth £15, let alone the £30 we paid.

Always great service, never a mistake or anything missing, decent sizes and always tasty!

Kebabs were superb ,the best around in our view . We paid a bit more than our usual but well worth it . The only down side was the delivery charge which was £3.95 which I find excessive considering I live less than a mile away from the shop.

Food was 40 mins+ late, when rang restaurant they didn’t speak great English and was hard to communicate with, once explained how the food was 20 mins late they just said “well you still want it” with attitude like they couldn’t be bothered, I explained yes I still want it and they offered free bottle of drink. They came within 10/15 mins and the food was hot but dry, not a lot of food considering we ordered large... the food had barely any salad... won’t be ordering again. Just an overall disappointing service and food
