Possibly the worst pizza and garlic bread I have ever had Took 2 hours to deliver also Literally didn't taste of anything other than cardboard

Slowest service ever. Came for my dinner break and waited in line as a normal person but what wasn’t normal is the time they were taking to serve 3 people in front. It took a whole 20 minutes just to serve the people in front and by the time they were ready to serve me I had to go back to work because my break was over. Why hire such incompetent staff?

The customer service is nonexistent. I have never seen any of them smile. The manager that has been working there for years with the red hair is always extremely rude, I walked in today and heard her bad mouthing a customer with another staff member. Not good.

Quick bite after college. One bite into a lukewarm, hard, uncooked McChicken sandwich. Which went straight in the bin. Staff did not have a nice attitude towards customers & were swearing. Never going again nor will I use any other Macdonalds!

How can £2.50 + £1.19 =£4.98? The prices on the boards apparently mean nothing. I find it disgusting how this company gets away with misleading customers over the prices

It was great coffee but I ordered via the app to collect and I waited and they never shouted my name but when I went up my drink was on the side and had gone soggy so they had to remake it. I was waiting for 30 mins. They always ask me questions about what I want when I’ve already told them when I ordered

I literally had no cash one and said could you do me some chips please and I'll pay tomorrow I'm not saying anyone should but I was genuine and I guess they knew as I got a carton of chips. The owner management or the nice person who gives me a carton of Chips said it's ok. I said thankyou very much with great gratitude. I will be back to pay for that tomorrow and order more food and give a little bonus thank you so much for helping me out and not looking at me like a foreigner in my own town. Much love and respect for these guys unlike a few doors up where they was hiding and didn't want to know. I'll certainly be back at pasha lovely people and lovely food x

Best food in Bolton Especially the "clove special kebab" Extra tasty The sauces are unbelievable especially the chilli sauce with a hint of mint! The red donner/tikka/shish is amazing The nan breads perfect Going to be orderin one every friday but rhis week i couldnt wait and ordered one for tonight, you get that much meat i eat hslf now and eat the other half later or even tomorrow! People work on the night shift need more training on how to cook and not to send food out that themselves wouldnt eat, sending greasy food out to the point the bun is falling apart along with the box. Fries are either half cooked or over cooked. Shift runner needs to realise food shop be prepared when the delivery driver arrives in the restaurant not when they get the order. Definitely won't be ordering from this place anymore.

Absolutely shocking.. food was late and when it finally came it was cold and only half of the order arrived.. so I gave the order back and spoke to them on the phone and they tried had no manners.. Never again.. won’t be open for much longer..
