Walking home from town centre, knowing Food Factory opened at 5pm, l entered at about 5.05pm. Head pops up from behind counter. 'I'd like a Donner kebab in Pitta, salad and chilli sauce, please?' But we only just opened? 'I know, l checked you opened at 5pm. That is why l'm here!' But, we're not ready (pointing to kebab grills, not yet lit - and another person brought a spindle with raw uncooked meat wrapped in cellophane! 'How long, then?' Oh at least half an hour! 'Not very efficient, then?'

The men that work here like to degrade women and talk down to them. Disgusting and awful service. I do not recommend.

Was a regular until found bone in chicken dirt didn't even offer refund was a regular they treat u like avoid!!!

Ordered simple 1/2 cheese burger and chips garlic mayo on,got 1/4 cheese burger with no garlic mayo on,told staff and got spat at,run by 3rd world idiots.

The customer service was rude when I asked for a fork which they did not bring the first time

Muy cerca de donde yo vivo. No soy un gran fan de la comida para llevar, pero cuando las necesidades deben, esto es tan bueno como cualquier otro. Es limpio, acogedor, relativamente rápido y eficiente, y la comida es bastante buena también! Solían hacer curry, que eran buenas, pero necesitamos a alguien calificado para hacer eso así que ya no está disponible!

Food is always fresh from Food Factory and does not taste like it has been reheated as do other places i have tried, therefore i will always order from Food Factory in the future.

I always order from Food Factory as a friend recommended it and ever since my food is always delivered fresh and hot. Some places i've eaten from dont taste fresh and deliver the food cold and reheated. Food Factory are always delivering my food in the time they say and its always fresh and hot upon arrival. Would recommend to everyone.

the samosas were still piping hot and had been cooked perfectly. i had chocolate cake too which was delicious and there was plenty of it. I'm very impressed with these guys and would certainly recommend them to others.. well done to the food factory

I always order from this takeaway it's been good every time until tonight it took and hour and a half and my food was cold and hard and my drinks was wrong

Didn't even turn up! Order was confirmed and I got a notification saying it had been delivered. I was looking forward to a grilled chicken kebab and waited up 2 hours till gone past 3 in the morning!!! Nice one food factory you just lost another customer due to your incompetence! Will not be placing anymore deliverys ever!

For many years I have eaten at Food Factory after a night out in town, but having not been for a few years, we thought we'd try it as its open late, big positive. They do a decent mixed grill for £9 which is more than enough for 4 people. We have ate 2 over the Christmas period as we have had guests over fro Lithuania and always love a good kebab when in Bolton. They were very pleased with the first night take out, we took one on their last. Chips are a little dry, but they do a bangin garlic mayo.

Ordered from here a few times but this time i got burnt garlic bread over cooked chips and very little content in my kebab

I have never had any problems ordering from here. The food is on time, cooked to perfection and tastes delicious! They also read the extra notes unlike some places so overall I'm giving full stars!

Absolutely awful pretty much sums this place up as a whole. An hour and a half for 2 pizzas on a wednesday evening is a disgrace. Rang up to see why it was taking so long, to be given excuses and no apology. And the pizza was definitely not worth the wait. Dont bother ordering from here, i certainly wont be ever again.

Specified no onions and to knock loudly. The burger arrived smutheredin onions and the delivery guy knocked so quietly we nearly missed it. When I called up about the burger, the person who answered tried to make out I was in the wrong, saying that it was easier to put the salad I wanted rather then just simply stating no onions. He then proceeded to say to me that that they don't always ready the comments/notes on the orders, trying to blame it on the fact they do get busy that they don't read the comments. NEVER Going Back Here Again.

Disgusting, disgusting customer service. Down right rude when I phoned to tell them they had sent our food too early as we wasn't at home. Was just awful. He then sent back the order at the time stated meaning the food was now an hour old going back an forth and the worst of it, it was the SAME food, REHEATED! disgusting! Regular customers that will NEVER use this takeaway again! need to sort your staff out.

Not somewhere to rave about, but reasonable for a kebab or pizza after a night out. Gets busy and you can wait a while.

Disgusting food that was only fit for the bin! The meat was reheated, stale and rubbery. There wasnt any salad or garlic sauce on it. The cheesy chips hadnt got any cheese on them!!!!! I reckon that thet sent me something that was made the day before. I will never orde from the food factory again. You have been warned.

We had the food factory mixed grill. Very tasty. Not greasy at all. Plenty for 2 to share. Cheesy chips were really good too! Highly recommended. A bit odd that they charge you 50p for using a debit card though!

This is hands down, THE best takeaway I have ever ordered from. There kebabs are beautiful and I would strongly recommend this place. Great food, great service, just amazing in general!

Took about an hour to get here. But it was nice. We got a burger, chips, cheesy chips, cheesy garlic bread, naan bread and crispy mini fillets (which weren't crispy in the slighest). The rest was nice though :)

A shocking state of a takeaway, chicken was rancid and black inside, chips had been cooked twice so were tasteless and cremated salad was off and donner meat was disgusting avoid!
