Always a good meal from Chesters, but they did forget my cake. I did, in fairness, only actually realise a week later. One of the better choices for a genuinely tasty chicken burger, wrap or box out there

I order at 12:30 and it said it would come on 1:15but the restaurant added 15 more minutes but it actually came on 1:02 food was great will be ordering again from them

Terrible service. They added 20mins on to my already 45mins delivery time then they were another 20mins late! No call to explain why . I had to ring them. Food was cold by the time it arrived!

all my food was freezing so I had to drive to the takeaway and get tjem.to cook it all again. never order from thwew again

wrong order again. missing pizza again. Even today's order is wrong. not ordering from here again

Was missing my Greek salad and 2 drinks.

Delivery arrived within the hour and food was mostly great besides slightly cold chips but definitely recommended.

the food tasted ok but unfortunately the gravy must have leaked into everything in the bag I'm guessing in delivery and also as it was in the foil containers instead of a proper tub. so it was a gooey mess! so the food would've been better if it wasn't covered in gravy! I was too hungry to complain!

Food was okay but not hot. Almost two hour delivery time got told it would be 5 minutes every time I called. Wouldn't order again

Large part of the order missing, when we contacted the restaurant they said it would be 5-10 mins, actually took 45 mins to get the missing food out despite constant calls and being reassured the driver was en route. The food that did arrive on time was very dry, clearly not cooked fresh. Will avoid this place from now on.

Got order wrong. Replaced bits without ringing and checking. And wouldn't fix anything when I rang to sort it. Spent lot of money and still hungry!!!

We waited 1hour 30 minutes and then it was still 30 minutes late after allocated time

massively over cooked chicken, painstakingly warmed up from the previous night. also, if you're going to "prayers" perhaps the best thing to do, would to not take orders until you're finished. 2 hours and food still not left the shop. I wouldn't mind if it was fresh.

food was 37 minutes late... absokutely freezing! the chicken was burnt and cold... the phone operator was rude... and the order was wrong! wht a fukin joke of a place never ever again!

Twice in one month been charged to much. Realised once i came home. Will never use again wouldnt recommend it either. If you do then make sure you check what your paying for and how much each item is.

I read quite a few bad reviews about this place but gave them benefit of doubt my order came half hour late and half of it was missing I think that is disgraceful that you pay full money but get half the things tried ringing but they had closed,if it was just food tasting bad I wouldn't have left bad review wud have I st ordered from somewhere else next time wat got me was the food that was missing again and again people have left these people reviews saying they haven't delivered all the food and nothing has been done about it

said delivery time would be 45 minutes but when the time came I went back on just eat app and they had added an extra 30 minutes onto the delivery for a Tuesday night at that time it is out of order.. I didn't get my order at all paid through the just eat app aswell NOT HAPPY

Worst takeaway I have had in a long time food was early but yet it was still freezing cold ordered a 14" got a 12" pizza ordered a bottle of pop didn't receive it.. Ordered ice cream didn't have any so they rang and told me but the didn't think to mention that they were sending a smaller cold pizza..

Food was ordered at 21.30 with a delivery time of 22.45 and arrived at midnight. .restaurant would not answer the phone and even just eat live chat logged off halfway through trying to help.. disgusting service and poor food. Doesn't even deserve 1 star ..

Ordered food waited well over an hour for it to arrive with half my meal not there,, when I rang they said they would resend the full meal out to me,, so again after waiting another hour it arrives with just the half of the meal that was missing, and I had already thrown the other half that came first time round as I wanted the full meal together. Never again will I order from here

Food arrived quickly and tasted nice. Hopefully they will update the menu in the app to include the items on the paper menus. Def recommended.

Order wasnt correct, wanted beef burrito they sent chicken, drinks were wrong, garlic bread was swimming in grease and wasn't edible, won't be ordering from here again. It wasn't a complex order

Very spicy pizza wedges little dry quick delivery

Reason for so low marking was that the bun bun was soggy the food arrived cold ordered a few times never had this happen to me

took an hour and 25 minutes, then it was stone cold when we finally got it. Rang the restaurant to complain it was cold but told there was nothing they could do. the gravy was a solid block not runny and still had granules in the bottom. When we said about it, they said it was always like that, and the same with the corn on the cob, that its black and burnt because its done on the grill. It was genuinely awful. Asked them to come and collect it due to it being so bad.

I have previously ordered from hear and food been on but last night was very very disappointed the chicken wings wasn't cooked probably the chips was cold and mince was put on the pizza when I asked for lamb plus the pizza was placed just in the box no grease proof paper so the bottom of the pizza was soggy

The takeaway were about to give us yesterdays wings when my brother who was watching made him take them out of the bag and fry fresh ones.

Chicken really greasy, but also nice, pizza was horrible and soggy, asked for cheese cheese and chicken got a sloppy mess, gravy was horrible was like clue, sauce was really spicy, delivered early and food was luke warm.... I wouldn't recommend this take away!!!😵☹️

Food was average and barely warm, and even though I clearly stated that the fillet burgers were to be plain they came covered in salad and mayo. I called straight away to explain and was challenged by the guy who said I didn't leave a comment, after about 30 seconds of him checking he then told me I'd only written something about sides, nope, check again. After another check he finally agreed that is written a clear message, but just said they're very busy so if I did want them again I'd have to wait another hour!!! The kids had already waited an hour originally I said, surely as its your mistake this is made a priority before anything else, nope he said, will be an hour. Very poor service and didn't seem to care. In fairness id add that we didn't have to wait the full hour in the end as they came quicker, but all in all not a good experience. Whether you're busy or not, if you make a mistake don't try and blame the customer without having your facts correct!

Food was cold and no sauces were given with the meal

Waited an hour for delivery. My son was really looking forward to it. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. Food can cold, I don't mean slightly warm, I means freezing cold. We all went for different burger meal deals, the chips where like warm at best but each burger was stone cold in the middle. I work on the catering industry myself and would NEVER serve something like that to a customer. Shocking food!!! Also the Hawaiian burger states on the menu, and pictured, turkey rashers. When we looked it was what could only be described as burnt discs of salami or some other dried meat. Can't really rate the delivery driver as he nearly spoke a word. In all, TERRIBLE TAKEAWAY, would never even consider ordering again from this place and won't recommend it. Much better options in town with a lot better food quality, service and would rather spend my money elsewhere!! If I could submit this review without a star rating then I definitely would!!

Ordered a few things and they mixed up my order with somebody else's order.

Ordered 14" pizza with chicken mushroom and onions received 14" pizza with chicken mushroom and sweet corn.

Food was not piping hot as I would expect it to be, but once I warmed it, was very nice

I was very unhappy with my order from chesters when it arrived it was stone cold , I rang them and they was rude , they advised me I would get discount next time which I didn't want as I wanted fresh food at the time not a stale pizza , so I said I would drive down to the shop and bring the food back so they could make it me fresh , which I wasn't happy about , that's why I choose delivery in the first place not to have to go and pick my food up , so overall I was unsatified with my service and food from chesters and will not be going again Thank
