Food very cold delivered by donna archer who was very abusive when I kindly explained it was to cold

1st of all they just take cash if you do not have cash with you , you can use their cash machine and pay 1.27£ just to get cash. And now food there was oil smell in cod fish and chips was also smelly but burger was nice.

I really do think a little more hygiene from the staff is necessary here. We could start by wearing beard nets.

I ordered a chicken fillet and asked over and over again for a fillet not only did I get this but it was also cold! The food is vile and I even paid extra for delivery Never ever again

The food was delicious, redeemed the awful service received by the delivery man. Late arriving, understood his petty excuse for him not being able to phone me? when you buzz an apartment to be buzzed in with clear instructions to use the lift.. shout at us, demanding for me to collect my own food which was requested and paid as delivery for a reason.. he is on cctv for his disgraceful such arrogance behaviour. Very lucky the food was brilliant🔥. 10/10.

Food was good however not what u wanted ! The guy called Aamir keeps messing up my orders ! I did not want it before 22:45PM as I am at work . They changed my time on the system and delivered it . I then had to threw most of it in the bin ! Really upset I guss it's true indian are greedy once they get the money they don't care about other people

Kings castle have really good tasty burgers. I have tried the simple chick burger the ringo burger the hot chick burger & they are so good. They come in a soft potato bun with salad & sauce. The pizzas are very good with a good amount of toppings. Fries are nice & crispy. Love the mystery blue & pink going guava drinks

Some people won't say anything unless they've got something negative to say but we think this is a great takeaway that sells great food. Ordered for my family of 4 and the food arrived warm and in good time. They do a great job with putting up with customers who don't know how to respect other human beings and they provide good customer service even on busy nights. Very good portion sizes for a price that's 100% worth it. Will definitely be buying from here again.

How do you miss something every time. No fries delivered at all.

I wrote my review 3 out of 5 because they did not send an apple pie and they must not have read my order properly some of my food came cold as well.

Ordered two meals to take out: Big Mac Meal and 9 Nugget Meal both with Coke Zero’s. Big Mac after a 3 minute drive was cold and had no cheese on it.(I was going to order a double Cheeseburger but noticed they weren’t available- could they have ran out of cheese perhaps?) Chips also cold. Nuggets Luke warm at best with neither the Chips nor the dips which were part of the order. One coke was at least 2 inches lower than the other. All of this for a princely sum of around £16. Feel like my wallet has just been dipped. By far the worst McDonalds I’ve ever eaten and I’ve eaten them across Europe and in the States. Absolute shambles.
