Town Centre Mcdonalds. This McDonald's is very dirty, poor service, no napkins, bins overflowing, no one clearing or cleaning tables despite, just walking around, no receipts so can't complain online, full of kids vaping, floor and seats covered in food. It's minging. They don't clear the numbers when you pick up your order. It's not a family place.

Absolutely shocking, my meal wasn’t even put in the bag and when I asked them to sort it, they said there was nothing they can do apart from give me a refund absolutely shocking. My three-year-old child was starving at home because of this issue absolutely appalling we need new staff in places like this.

Very poor. Went through the drive through, order food and asked for a Mc plant with no mustard or ketchup ( got both !) Ordered aa cheese burger (didn't get !). Only found out when I had drove home couldn't be bothered to drive back. The food was fine except for the mistakes.

Bad service. Missed most of the order. Manager with a bad attitude when told missed most of order. The cookie and cake were stale with NO date on them. Avoid this McDonald’s with a barge pole.

ordered off the McDonalds app order number A8561. And yet again the order is wrong , you phone them they tell you its not there problem it is the delivery agent ? there food there problem especially when you ask for things and when they arrive the order is wrong or cold (appalling ) this time my meal turned up and no chips and it was large chips so if a small fries cost £1.50 I'm not sure I got possibly over charged by £3.00 . I definitely think Mr David Duncan needs to mystery shop the place as it very poor service.

Missing burger when arrived home! How much money are they making by not giving all items! This must be the 3rd/4th time - only use as it’s the closest

well new menu comes out and maccies decides to lose their sh#t , is a 40 minute way reslly necessary when all we ordered is a chocolate pie ? come on now considering there was about 5 cars in the queue. Not to mention this pie bloody stinks , safe to say i’m not happy

an accommodating lady at the front of the house then once I got to the counter it all went wrong staff with no hair net on touch hair then handled food did not wash hands once staff shouting at each other it not they job manager trying her best to keep it all together cold food wait 25 mins for a cheese burger and hot drink

Just got back home with my order only to find out I’m missing a meal and extra things the staff are oblivious this isn’t the first time this has happend it’s ridiculous 🤦🏻‍♂️ paid for extra and got nothing 👏🏻

Meal came not as ordered. Asked for sauce told none at all as there had been a football match night before. Went to ladies the toilet was absolutely disgusting, not in the pot the surrounding area. Other half went to gents 1 urinal completely out of action the other full of cleaning materials and a toilet that didn’t flush. The cleaner said she had been off for a week , surely they have others.

Ordered a food delivery at 22.55 and it stated delivery time between 23.15 and 23.35...... Contantly saying finding you a driver.... Finally went to bed at 24.50...AVOID

Order delivery from here and be prepared for cold, missing or no food at all. Go to the restaurant and be prepared for the above and abusive behaviour from the idiots who loiter there. The staff, especially the counter and Manager don't care if you get the correct order or your food is up to standard and are confrontational if you advise that items are missing. I avoid this Mcdonald's even though its the closest by far, i recieve better quality and mostly correct orders from the others.

Worst McDonalds on Earth, haggle for the 2nd patty you paid for on a double. Then they throw a single patty at you after 20 mins of waiting to build your own burger, good luck getting them to count to 3 Every order fails. Avoid if you want to live. The one at the Driving test centre is much better.

We’ve been and ordered from this McDonald’s in the past and customer service is actually pretty fast and never got orders wrong. Most of the McDonald’s too I’ve been recently I’ve had to complain to either slow customer service dirty restaurant, orders missing and food stone cold. But I’ve never had to make a complaint here at least I did make a few complaints to McDonald’s in Rawtenstall and one at Blackpool too.

Yet again another failed order from this branch. Hash Browns missing from an order of 2 breakfasts. Had this bad experience before with their breakfast orders. Had 2 Mcmuffins, 2 hash browns and 2 drinks. Yet somehow you can still get that small simple order wrong!

Discussing hair in the food ...turns up cold ...and with bits missing ......if you to dumb for maccys ...just go home ....

Apparently you can't order milk shakes here with out buying a meal, never heard so much rubbish ever. This mcdonlads has to be the worse one I've been to ,always problems

Took to long in drive thru cue 30 mins with only 4 cars in front extremely slow service what was happening people where beeping there horns ! Not like that helps anything

Expect to wait ages for cold food, thats if they dont miss it off the order. It gets worse if your order from Just-Eat.

EVERY TIME we order through 'Just Eat' we NEVER get any dips, even tho they are ordered!!! Also, the chips were very dry, no taste.

Ordered via just eat. Food delivered without sauce or straws. Phoned up to complain and spoke to Vicki who is a manager. No apology or anything and was repeatedly told there was sauce in the bag with the drinks!!! Well there definitely wasn't!! Never spoke...

The eat in section is usually ok. I've only had to take 2 things back - flat coke and overdone chicken selects. Both times they were replaced with no issues. It's kept clean even when busy. however, we've used the drive through a number of times recently and have not received the correct order each time. Only found out when we've got home which was too far to take back. The diet coke has been flat or tasted of cleaning product, wrong sauces, no napkins and wrong flavoured milkshake. Don't think we'll be using the drive through again. Staff are normally friendly and helpful inside.

The staff are very friendly. The tablets that are in place there don't always work. The restaurant could be a little larger.

Ordered a burger surya served me. Told run out and told to move on. I stated this is the second time this has happened. She just laughed. I will never go back. She's a weirdo!!

It is a long time since we visited here, but it remains in our memory and from more recent reviews, it appears there has been little change from our experience. We mainly visited due to a lack of alternatives, and wished we had not!. The restaurant was very busy and we were very lucky to be able to sit down. The food arrived quite quickly but the quality was very poor. Overall the restaurant was not a pleasant place to eat due to the cramped conditions and below par food.

While ordering my food I was waiting near the service counter and counldn' believe what I was hearing from a manager the way she spoke to staff was a total disgrace ordering them around in a disrespectful way in front of customers. I’m not sure what sort of low IQ patty flippers they’re employing there but they get the order wrong every single time. You CANNOT ring up and tell them to send it back either and they never answer the phone.

Sadly this McDonalds has been gradually getting worse for a few years.They never seem to successfully complete an order without prompting. Their speciality is to forget the salsa with the cheese bites. Also anything a bit unusual like no lettuce goes unheeded. I can't tell you how many times our name has gone in the complaints book. Wrong orders, wrong coffees etc.We only go to that one now if absolutely desperate.Lately the home delivery vans have made the drive through a nightmare.For any chance of a successful meal do not use the drive through!

Ordered via Uber delivery. Order was completely wrong. Called the restaurant to be told it was their mistake they had given the driver the incorrect order but there was nothing they could do as it wasn’t their driver and I needed contact Uber who may give me a refund. I was given 2x McFlurrys and a strawberry milkshake of which I can’t have as I dairy allergy. Will my be ordering from here again

Went for a drive through breakfast this morning. Ordered flat bread asking for just cheese and no bacon all went well but only when it came to paying lady at the window advised me that MANAGER told her she can not sell me flat bread with no bacon Im vegetarian I dont eat bacon... I love that cheese flat bread though... How disappointing.. By the way I have been to this Mc and many others and had the same flat bread with no bacon and it was never and issue.

Once again a disappointing trip to my local mcds.if it's not rude staff who don't know what they are doing. It's lack of food or anything will do . Large chips and where is the lettuce ?? Nope unfortunately we won't be returning.Was thinking a nice treat for the family ..

Staff are friendly, and cusrtomer service is outstanding. It is cheap but as everyone knows it is a fast food place. Perfect to bring the kids for tea

Went in for a fillet burger fries and a strawberry lemonade.. I watched the guy build the burgers, no hygiene gloves on, cross contaminating everything. In the middle of all this he sneezed everywhere but continued to build the burgers for everyone.. The fries cold and unsalted. Strawberry lemonade not sure what they had done to it but the strawberry syrup was round the bottom somewhere. Staffs had no idea what was going on and the common theme of language was it needs that sxxt on top.. Wow never again McDonald's

Every single time I visit their is always something wrong and when asking staff to resolve the issue I always get looked at in disgust, never have a problem at any other McDonald’s and this one unfortunately is my local, I also asked for sauce and we assured it was in the bag already then I got home to discover it wasn’t witch to me the staff member clearly knows he never put it in as when I went straight back over and asked again for my sauce it was ‘out’ so I was blatantly lied to and was made to wait a further 10 minutes for some as bagging up recent order was more important to the employee, do yourself a favour and drive to junction 4 McDonald’s about 5 min driver or 25 min walk it’ll be worth it

Food is always hot and fresh from here. Never had a problem over the years. Staff are really friendly too especially Immy. Would definitely recommend

Went in but had to go to counter rather than fast order screen, two females behind messing with chocolate one male at customer side of counter. Totally ignored by females , male staff member actually said to them someone at counter but no response . Walked out .

when today and was waiting for my number to be call but they only said name of my order big mac and coffee when i ask is that mine the chinese bloke said look for your number in front of everyone but i thought they said number when i try to say something he turn his back on me but it way he said it was rude and not a very nise man at all he let everyone down never go again

I bought lunch from McDonald's Ewood and after driving home realised part of my order was missing so had to drive all the way back to get it. When I asked them to replace the full order because it was cold they said they could only replace the fries which ment we had to eat cold burgers even though the mistake was their fault. I went in around 15.20 Sunday 10th December 2017 for a family treat. But after getting a half cup of milk rather then the latte I ordered I spoke to the store manager who said pop in. As I ordered my food 4 meals I mentioned the coffee and that I’d spoken to the store manager. I was then spoken to like a child in front of other customers and the she proceeded to argue with me in front of my son so I walked out. Absolutely disgraceful and uncalled for. I am also complaining to Mcdonalds uk she should be ashamed of herself.

Don't go 1st manger ken need to learn how to talk to staff and customers 2nd cold food 3rd get order wrong every time 4th full of kids not eating/buying 5th waiting 20 minutes for food

I've been to this McDonalds twice, both on a sunday evening and both times it was pretty quiet in there. Despite this they managed to take a lifetime to actually get my food to me.

Como nos visitado ayer se apresuraban, y no tenemos tiempo para cocinar. La comida estaba fría piedra y necesitábamos poner en el microondas. Habría de regresar, pero simplemente no tiene el tiempo. Esto ha sucedido el pasado cuantas veces hemos estado aquí, así que no regresaremos ahora. No sólo es la comida fría, pero las hamburguesas son como ellos han sido ja e improvisado, lo que descuidadas y difíciles de comer. Ahora vamos a otro sitio de comida rápida. Nunca más.

Siempre he visitado este restaurante desde que abrió sus puertas como un regalo para mis hijos a veces grand. Este semestre me llevaron ellos a almorzar y esperamos y esperamos lo sucedido en este lugar. Esperar 15 minutos para dos comidas felices y otros 5 para un café. Mientras espera su comida 3 personas regresar porque estaba muy fría. Venga en conseguir su acto juntos, quien es el director que necesita re formación! !

Como cualquier otra, pero la comida es McDonalds, a menudo frío, especialmente patatas fritas. El personal es antipático y parece que no se molestó en servir. Normalmente tarda 15 minutos en espera para 1 burger. Cada vez horrible

El personal es muy amable y servicial. La comida era fresca, caliente y barato como todos los mcdonalds. El comedor estaba limpia y tenía un ambiente positivo. Especialmente con la amplia limpia y clara ewood park ventanas mirando hacia.

Why oh why is it so difficult to look at the order get the food and put it all in the bag. When you use the drive through check your order because usually they forget to put something in. I called up and they said they add me to the list they have? Why do they even have a list I just don't get it !!

Vi a un miembro del personal haciendo mi gran mac hasta esta noche - a recoger mi lechuga, queso y gerkins por sus propias manos. Así que me preguntaron sobre esto y dijo personal este no debería ser el protocolo ya que trabajo en mí mismo catering - aparentemente está bien nunca. . Todo lo que sé. Esta persona no podría haber limpiado su vagabundo dos minutos antes y no limpian para todos todo el mundo sabe. .

We called in as we had been shopping and it was 7-30 pm. The restaurant wasn't thatBusy but we still waited 10mins for food !! We struggled to find a clean table even though it was nearly empty . There. Seemed plenty of staff but nobody cleaning up !!The outside was absolutely full of rubbish as well . It's not somewhere we go on a regular basis and I certainly won't be going again !! No please or thank you from he staff either !!!

A little bit better since the refurb, iPads and a new way to order rather than cue (which I thought took longer), you use a touch screen - select what you want to eat then get a ticket… and cue. At the end of the day it's Micky D's, don't expect too much.

Visited this evening via the drive through, when I got home part of the order was missing, ordered 2 cheese burgers and fries, both fries were missing not happy, tried to ring the store but no one answered.

Ordered food through the drive thru and realised when I got home I had parts of my order missing. Complained and manager gave me a free meal but when I went to claim it nobody had a clue what they were doing and ended up paying for my food anyways just to avoid annoying people in the queue behind me. I normally enjoy a mcdonalds, this on in blackburn is the worst i have ever been to! Dirty, unorganised, cramped and the food seems to have been thrown about and bashed as it does not look appatising at all. Will avoid at all costs in the future!

usual mcdonals stuff really exempt your lucky if you get the right order! been here a few times and they never get it right!!
