I placed the order online I rang them to find out where the order was I was told it wud be 1 minute away to the find out the order was wrong as they had only sent 1 meal out when 2 were ordered

Queen Vic you have disappointed once again!! Really disappointed this evening, was looking forward to Fish n chips had a bad experience here before so was inbetween choosing AJK’s/Ocean or Queen Vic, unfortunately decided to give Queen Vic a 2nd chance! Fish was definitely not fresh, chips were cold and soggy, curry sauce was cold!! Overall really disappointing again!! Definitely not trying it for a 3rd time! Poor food/Poor Customer Service/defo not value for money. Another confusing thing to add - you don’t do a regular size, but you have an option for small or large?? Bizarre. To the guy that served me, a friendly tip. You are in a customer service based role, some manners along with a smile won’t hurt you, you acted as though you had been dragged off the street forced to work and get paid! We all have bad days there is no excuse, service with a smile 😊?? remember 1st impression is the last impression and all that.

There’s a lady who works in this subway who’s worked there for a very long time, I believe she is a manager now, she has reddish/brown hair… I chose to write this review to show appreciation to the efforts this woman has put in over the years. It must be over 10 years she’s worked there now and she truly has become a master of her craft, the subs she makes are better than the marketing images… but that is not why she has so much of my respect, the dedication and loyalty this woman has for Subway, doing a job that most people would complain about, her commitment is remarkable and must be recognised. It puts a smile on my face when I come in the store and she is the one making the sandwiches. Big respect to the #1 worker
