Great food , varied menu and competitive prices with generous portions. The American pancakes were sublime- was transported to California minus the sun obvs!

Staff were super duper friendly, very helpful and attentive and the food was fantastic. I got a veggie breakfast with extra halloumi: amazing portion sizes and did exactly what it said on the tin. A great way to start the day and very good value for money!

Doesn't look anything special from the outside but Istanbul Grill's food is always tasty and fresh. Staff are so friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble. 100% worth a visit.

Heathrow T3 Landside. Flawless service: I would like to nominate Abdullah for always recognise me the minute I walk in to get my coffee. He looks at me and acknowledge my presence and check if I want my regular, he is always very cheerful, positive vibe and multi-task from the till to deliver to, make my shift start with a good feeling! Great asset for the business

Good burger meal but they need to use better chicken wings (they are so small) although the taste was nice.

Delivery was very fast. Pizza looked fresh out the shop and was hot. Toppings were neat and tidy all over the pizza. Would definitely recommend.

The staff are fabulous,they go above and beyond for thier customers.I had stupidly forgot to change a delivery address and asked for help.They sorted this for me and contacted me to let me know.Thank you-food is great and customer service is fantastic!!!!!

For the second time they have forgotten items in my order and Deliveroo won’t help also never add salt and vinegar even when you ask

I would like to be able to order through deliveroo but they have to sweet menu only savoury uploaded. I prefer deliveroo as uber drivers are always late and not as careful as deliveroo drivers also uber app never helps when you have a problem but deliveroo help I driver's are late. This place is right next to the hotel I was staying at (Premier Inn): so I went out of convenience and because I was hungry… I wanted something quick. I ordered at the kiosk, paid at the kiosk, but then never got a receipt for pick up and the screen never showed me a number for pick up either… I had to guess which order was mine. I told two staff about the kiosk problem and neither felt inclined to fix anything or have a look at it. Then I got my order; cold, drab burgers… they missed out my fries too, which I had to go back for to get… Another case of staff that just don’t give a hoot about doing a good job.
