Starbucks - Uxbridge in Hillingdon

Really nice staff and good coffee. I think this is the best place for coffee in Uxbridge. Cake selection is decent too.

Starbucks used to be my fav place for breakfast or quick bite. Usually order Ham and Cheese panini with Caramel Macchiato. However it appears that they no longer do ham and cheese panini. Gluten free panini is not even toasted, but warmed up with a plastic bag it was in, came out all soggy and stuck to the serviette when I placed it down. Other ‘normal’ paninis were tuna or mozzarela and tomato. No other choices. Poor menu and will be buying paninis in Costa or other cafe and keep Starbucks for macchiato only. Staff appeared not motivated.

This Starbucks Cafe is situated mid - Uxbridge town , Middx England. Uxbridge is a busy fashionable town with close links to the Capital of London , not far away. It has tube train links and bus routes of frequency. So this Cafe is within the Chines Shopping Centre. It’s a two tier establishment, with wheelchair access via bottom entrance. It’s also family friendly and I think tourists will love to visit too. It has a reasonably priced menu of hot/cold snacks , also drinks too. It’s restricted on bottom level , with few table seating area. But upstairs is bigger if able to climb stairs. No lift access unfortunately! Ok still worth a welcome rest in between shopping or travel onwards.

Disgusting. No clean tables, over flowing bins, half of seasonal drinks not available, flys in the food counter. Coffee was delicious as Starbucks always is. Worst Starbucks I think I’ve visited

Dominique is disrespectful and rude. Caramel Frappuccino was lovely, no issue with the place itself. Love a good coffee. Thumbs down for me.

There is aways a cheaper version somewhere, yet the success of the brand says it all. Always a great choice of different hot drinks. Staff are aways smiling.

Terribile team as they get the orders to the wrong customers constantly as well as being extremely bitter and sarcastic to the customer for no reason at all instead of just giving you your right order. The quality of the drinks is not great as the other Starbucks around London.

Forgot to let us know they sold a mug we drove half an hour to get after already paying for, couldn’t get it refunded without being switched around 3 employees multiple times. Treated rudely and brushed aside.

So today we went to Starbucks to find out the secret menu and the staff helped us. Although we didn’t get the drinks she still helped us secretly and that’s honestly great to us . We even gave a £5 tip in the tip box !

Really good service- lovely upstairs seating and downstairs toilet very clean. Good for a quick released from shopping

Very fast coffee service. We were staying at the hotel nearly had came here for breakfast. Cakes and sandwiches replenished frequently. Chatty staff and bi d chairs upstairs to drink your coffee in

Went to this chain for a change. What’s the smell inside oil? Smells like a chicken shop. Upstairs bit grim god knows last time floor and stairs were mopped ?? Most tables uncleared. Over priced average cakes but can’t complain with that cos that’s expected. Last time for me

At least when you visit a Starbucks you know what you get and it is consistent decent overpriced coffee and difficult to find something to eat that does not have trillion calories. Nevertheless no great value for money but at least the food is rich in calories but tasty

Not that big a deal, but initially I immediately assumed the actual entrance to be a fire-escape or some sort of unused door. Doesn’t exactly invite you in. I entered through the door just outside the shopping centre doors instead and found myself on the wrong end of the queue. Oops. Drinks were fine though, it’s your standard Starbucks stuff, though the collection area was a little cramped. Good stuff, and in a nice place, just be aware that the entrance is a little odd.

Nice friendly, helpful staff. This is a really busy Starbucks but the staff are very proactive at keeping the place moving and clean! The upstairs seating area is brilliant for watching the world go past.

So stopped for a tea the lady promoted a larger tea for an extra 20p but when it came it was really watery and lots of milk I said I can’t drink this can I have another t bag but there was too much milk! so she makes me another tea at which point I ask for another t bag she said NO let it brew for 5 minutes! I said I don’t have 5 mins my film has started my husband asked for another t bag she says £2!!!! WTF I said listen you promoted a larger tea that I didn’t really want you make the first one too milky now your charging me for your mistake! Never again am I having tea at Starbucks. Coffee I believe is nice but their tea is rubbish the t bags they use are awful! And maybe if they took there time making the tea i.e. with love and care it would be a different story.

Many people love this chain. Just not my favourite. The coffee is to my mind just a little bitter. Well located in the main shopping area. Plenty of seating. Good disabled access.

Friendly prompt efficient customer service, delicious food, cosy relaxing atmosphere, but they should provide spoons for sugar

It was the first time I'd had a frappuccino in a while and I wasn't disappointed. Quickly served and it tasted great. There's good seating available and it was clean and tidy.

I was very impressed with the young lady who offered me table service, never experienced this before within a Starbucks so I will definitely be coming back :) Thank you!

Located in the Intu Uxbridge mall. Closes when the mall does, usually by 6pm. Serves the same menu as other Starbucks outlets one may have visited.

Just like any Starbucks anywhere. Nothing new, nothing different. There is a Costa's round the corner that is more authentic.

Regularly use this as a caffeine station when shopping at the weekends, despite the way that locals treat it the staff keep the establishment in a relatively good order and are always helpful and friendly

Buena ubicación para observar a la gente, pero... no es acogedor para una parada de descanso de café. Promedio come y no el mejor sabor del café.

Precisa trabalhar, lá tem wifi gratuito se voce consumir pelo menos um café. Nada dificil porque todos sao otimo. Recomendo também o "suco" quente de maça com canela.

Starbucks is Starbucks. You know what you're going to get but the service; 3 sullen girls and one in particular, Callie, was very rude. I had to ask for a knife and napkins several times - none on offer. Service very slow, painfully slow.

So I'm a regular Costa coffee customer but started to hear big talk about Starbucks. Tried it and their coffee is horrible hit chocolate is ok and their frapochino is very watery and lacks flavor compared to Costa coffees fruit coolers.Also very slow service. Overall very disappointed and won't visit again

Great location and an oasis during/ after a trawl through the shopping mall. Staff are polite and service is great. Must concede that other reviews have correctly pointed out uncleared tables - but I think that's more a reflection of the local attitudes than anyone working their socks off getting orders right!

Come in here most mornings for my coffee. Very attentive staff, always remember my order and my name - nice touch guys. They work very hard and have even emailed to head office in the past to say how great they are. See you soon :)

Nice staff and a roomy upstairs but I wish there was more comfy seating as I noticed some selfish table-hogging going on in the very few armchair seats and sofa's (by the type of people who can nurse a drink for well over an hour). It gets busy quickly on the weekends, like most of these establishments, so get here early if you want to sit comfortably on soft furnishings!Cleanliness has improved as an employee was tidying up a few times whilst I was there last Sunday.I agree with a previous reviewer that the staff seem to get changed a lot, but maybe it's due to students giving up their jobs here for studying more or graduating?

Every time I visit Starbucks the tables are filled with empty cups and food wrappers, i also think it is time for a referb!

Staff are helpful and polite but the cleanliness is a big issue for me I don't appreciate paying a premium price for coffee and then having to sit on dirty chairs/ sofas. It needs a good clean and updating, I won't be visiting again until the standards have been set.

I was feeling in need of a coffee and a piece of cake after shopping.I get a Venti latte from Starbucks in central London most days and figured the service would be up to the same standards but I was bitterly disappointed.The service was poor & slow and I had to ask for a plate for my iced bun as I was drinking my coffee in the store and didn't feel it should have been given to me in a bag.

It is always preferred, except if is too busy and I can't find a table.It is relaxing and staff is always pleasant, even if they change them very often.

I always wanted a right blend of Chai Latte and they disappointed e everytime! so instead bought coffee machine and buying starbucks ground coffee !! so content with my home cappucino, latter, etc!!! peace of mind for not wasting money there!!! rubbish coffee at store!

I have visited this Starbucks a few times over the years, it does have some highs and lows. However it does need some TLC and a good clean. The table cleaning has always been a problem and upstairs is often full of people eating food from other places (rather than Starbucks). So little chance of eating or drinking your Starbucks in house often.

I am the Starbucks lover - what to say more. I enjoyed breakfast before my working day started. It was great experience.

I go every day yum yum I love tea ... definitely a must go . oh the honey and almond hot choc is good to .

Not the best venue for coffee in Uxbridge. Coffee fine as always, but not the friendliest place and can be over busy, and very noisy. Fine for a quick stop, but not a relaxing long stop.

I popped in for a quick bite and coffee. Little seating downstairs so I needed to go upstairs. The fact I ordered a bite to eat and there is no table service meant I had to wait before being able to go upstairs and get settled. Why someone couldn't have taken it to my table is beyond me. Enough staff were on.

В основном в Англии все Старбаксы устаревшие, по сравнению с Россией. Цены, на мой взгляд, высокие. Не все столики в этом Старбаксе удобные. Расположение хорошее, в торговом центре рядом со станцией метро. Советую всем идти лучше в Costa напротив. У них прекрасные диванчики на втором этаже.

ショッピングに疲れたときに気軽に入れるスターバックスです。メニューも注文の仕方もどこでもだいたい同じなので気軽に入れるのがよかったです。

映画館の入っているChimesというショッピングセンターの中にあります。いつも大混雑で席を見つけてからコーヒーを購入したほうがいいと思います。

Your typical Starbucks. Decent location, but everything else is average from the coffee, food all the way to the service. Certainly wouldn't go out of my way to go here, but if your passing and want a coffee it does the job

Starbucks has a deservedly dodgy reputation. I don't find their coffee at all wonderful, nor their cakes and so on.However, I didn't ever find this place dirty (last visit in March) and I enjoy sitting outside even in the winter. The coffee is bearable and the service is OK.

Everything is terrible - sullen service and the coffee is nothing other than warm brown water. Not very clean looking either.

Well, it's in a convenient location, central to everything. Everything else is just how a Starbucks normally is. I'll add that my drink was hot, unlike what some other reviewers found. Maybe I was lucky.

Popped in whilst waiting for a friend. Free Wifi always useful and the coffee and snacks were good. Staff and service very welcoming and attentive.

This Starbucks is always packed with takeaway customers but that doesn't stop the staff knocking out coffees and what not within minutes. They also have plenty of seating located downstairs and upstairs.

The coffee is not up to the mark. It was served luke warm and frankly did not get the taste of coffee. Prices are quite steep.

Saw the film You have Mail and decided to try Starbucks as it appeared in the film. A cup of Capocino tasted more like hot milk. Didn't sample the food on offer.

Positives:Convenient location in town, virtually central to everywhere of interest. Standard Starbucks offering. Good seating options when not busy. Negatives:Generally long queues at this store. Drinks very often aren't hot enough so have to order 'extra hot'. Seating arrangements make it a mad scramble when store is busy.
