i worry that,the time i order for it being delivered is 20,mins. has it been pre cooked

I ordered kebab and chips, although I paid £10 with a drink I felt they should have told me this was old and heated up. Took it home, and all the kebab pices were either too dry or rubbery. It's wasn't fresh

Kingshill Kebabs serve hands down the best Kebabs in West London. We meet up with friends regularly and the platters Chris serves up are requested every time. Food is great, never been let down on the delivery. I highly recommend.

I recently visited Kingshill kebab in hayes i was completely blown away! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Now, onto the kebabs — honestly, the best I’ve ever had! The flavors were spot on, with each bite packed full of delicious spices and perfectly cooked meat. The balance of textures and the freshness of the ingredients took it to the next level., and the homemade sauce was. Fireeeee , You can tell they really care about quality here. The portions were generous, and everything was beautifully presented, which made the meal feel even more special. It’s clear that they put a lot of thought and care into every aspect, from the food to the atmosphere. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing kebab experience. Can’t wait to go back!

The estimated delivery time was 2015 I still got the food at 2010 even though there was Road closures, the delivery driver was great and even apologized for the delay eve though the food was delivered 5 mins earlier

The loveliest kebab ive eaten in west London

I have been searching for a good kebab shop, even though its a 15 minute drive for me (passing other kebab shops on my way), I have found Kingshill kebab. The food is fresh, the meat is good quality. I usually order the king special this can feed a family of 4. Very tasty the food has great flavour. Looking at some of the negative reviews, I take it they don't know good food or just having a bad day. Staff are friendly and polite and would recommend to others I have tried them all and kingshill kebab is by far the best in the area.

The donner here is always piping hot and the portion is huge. Love it!!!!!

Kebabs from this place are amazing, never get tired of these kebabs. The quality is always consistently high and the service is great too. We tried the chicken & the lamb kebab for the day and it was yummy & filling, the salad and sauces are amazing accompaniments with the kebabs. Portions are more than big enough for 1 person. Always well presented. Nice food, quick service and good prices.

Honestly, as a regular here...it just keeps getting worse. A chicken shish is more chicken strips and I'm going to look elsewhere, its no longer value or good to eat.

Went here today to get a mixed donner, served hot and very flavourful, the garlic sauce was very tasty along with the mixed variety of salad. Service and atmosphere was great with friendly staff Would 100% recommend others to try will be visiting again! :)

1st time to visit, had a mixed donor kebab. Totally disgusting, totally bland, even the salad had more flavour than the chilli and garlic sauce. Definitely would not recommend this restaurant or return back, go to the chicken shop next door for better quality. End of rant!

This place just does amazing kababs. This place is my regular spot to have their lovely kababs if I ever crave for kababs.they’re foods always smells, tastes fresh and juicy. I also tried their burgers which are really crispy and delicious. Highly recommend this place if anyone is looking for good kababs and their prices are reasonable. Easily the best kebab in the area, had a small donar wrap and it was the size of a submarine. I made the mistake of having BBQ sauce rather than my preferred Burger sauce but I still devoured it!

Great service from friendly staff

Portion size is good, food is expensive. I ordered chicken meat and chips, and although the food was tasty it felt like it was big pieces of chicken that were cut too thick and not cooked enough on the gyros grill machine to make it crispy and charred, rather than thinly sliced kebab off the gyros grill that is much better that they usually serve. The lady behind the counter was very nice.

There were some issues with my order, but they sorted it out. They were nice and helpful.
